The arrangement of the nozzle assembly 40 can be more reasonable by providing the connecting structure 130, which facilitates the connection between the nozzle assembly 40 and the support rod 72 and between the nozzle assembly 40 and the rotating shaft 30.
Preferably, the connecting structure 130 is pivotally connected to the support rod 72, and the connecting structure 130 is connected to the nozzle assembly 40.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, in the embodiment of the present invention, the connection structure 130 is connected to the rotary joint 80. The support rod 72 moves to drive the connecting structure 130 to move, the connecting structure 130 drives the nozzle assembly 40 to swing in a vertical plane, and the nozzle assembly 40 is pivotally connected with the rotating shaft 30 through the rotating joint 80, so that the connecting structure 130 is connected with the rotating joint 80, the connecting structure 130 can drive the nozzle assembly 40 to swing synchronously with the nozzle assembly 40 through the rotating joint 80 relative to the rotating shaft 30, and the swinging of the nozzle assembly 40 in the vertical plane can be smoother and smoother.
Preferably, the koji tray washing apparatus includes a plurality of connection structures 130, and the first spray head 41, the second spray head 42 and the third spray head 43 of the nozzle assembly 40 are each pivotally connected to the support rod 72 through the connection structures 130, respectively. The first nozzle 41, the second nozzle 42 and the third nozzle 43 can be respectively and pivotally connected with the supporting rod 72 through the connecting structure 130, the first nozzle 41, the second nozzle 42 and the third nozzle 43 are mutually independent and are all connected with the supporting rod 72, and the movement of the first nozzle 41, the second nozzle 42 and the third nozzle 43 can be simultaneously controlled through one supporting rod 72, so that the movement independence of the first nozzle 41, the second nozzle 42 and the third nozzle 43 can be ensured, the movement synchronism of the first nozzle 41, the second nozzle 42 and the third nozzle 43 can also be ensured, and a better cleaning effect can be realized.
As shown in fig. 1, in the embodiment of the present invention, the koji making device includes a koji making tray 140 and a koji making tray cleaning device 90 located below the koji making tray 140, wherein the koji making tray cleaning device 90 is the above koji making tray cleaning device. The koji making tray 140 is used for koji making, and the koji making tray cleaning device 90 is used for cleaning the koji making tray 140 so as to perform a koji making process using the koji making tray 140. Specifically, the koji tray washing device 90 is disposed at the lower portion of the koji tray 140 to perform a high-pressure washing action on the koji tray 140, that is, the koji tray washing device 90 washes the koji tray 140 from the lower side to the upper side.
Preferably, the koji-making tray may be a circular tray.
Because the koji making device of this application includes the koji making dish belt cleaning device of this application, consequently, the koji making device of this application also has the above-mentioned advantage of the koji making dish belt cleaning device of this application, and it is no longer repeated here.
As shown in fig. 1, in the embodiment of the present invention, the koji making apparatus further includes an installation frame 150 having a koji making chamber and a center support disposed in the koji making chamber, the koji making tray is rotatably installed on the center support, the koji making tray cleaning apparatus 90 further includes a support 100 and a sealing structure 110, one end of the rotation shaft 30 is connected to the center support through the support 100, and the rotation shaft 30 is connected to the installation frame 150 through the sealing structure 110.
In the arrangement, the koji making disc is positioned in the koji making cavity, and the central support is used for supporting the koji making disc, so that koji making by using the koji making disc is facilitated; the rotating shaft 30 is connected with the center support through the support 100, and the rotating shaft 30 is connected with the installation frame 150 through the sealing structure 110, so that the center support and the installation frame 150 are both connected with the koji making tray cleaning device 90, the purpose of installing the koji making tray cleaning device 90 on the center support and the installation frame 150 is realized, the koji making tray cleaning device 90 can be positioned in a koji making cavity, and the koji making tray cleaning device 90 is conveniently utilized to clean the koji making tray.
Preferably, the holder 100 is removably attached to the center support, such as by a retaining member (e.g., a screw). Preferably, the support 100 is pivotally connected to the shaft 30 (e.g., via a bearing) to facilitate rotation of the shaft 30 about its axis.
Preferably, the sealing structure 110 is disposed at the outer circumference of the rotating shaft 30, and the sealing structure 110 is pivotally connected to the rotating shaft 30 so that the rotating shaft 30 rotates about its axis. Preferably, the sealing structure 110 is a cylindrical structure, the sealing structure 110 includes a cylindrical body with an opening at one end and an end cover connected to the cylindrical body, a first through hole is formed on a side wall of the cylindrical body corresponding to the opening, a second through hole is formed on the end cover, and one end of the rotating shaft 30 connected to the first driving structure 20 sequentially penetrates through the first through hole and the second through hole and then is connected to the first driving structure 20. Preferably, the shaft 30 is pivotally connected to the end cap by a bearing. Preferably, the shaft 30 is pivotally connected to the cylindrical body by a bearing. Preferably, a gasket is provided between the rotation shaft 30 and the sealing structure 110 to seal a connection position between the rotation shaft 30 and the sealing structure 110. Preferably, the gasket is a polytetrafluoroethylene gasket.
Preferably, the first driving structure 20 and the link mechanism 60 are located outside the koji mold cavity, so that the occupied space of the koji mold washing device 90 in the koji mold cavity can be reduced.
Preferably, the shaft 30 may include a plurality of shaft segments connected in series, a first shaft segment of the plurality of shaft segments being connected with the carrier 100, and the sealing structure 110 being disposed at an outer circumference of one or more shaft segments of the plurality of shaft segments. The number of the shaft sections of the rotating shaft 30 can be limited and adjusted according to actual needs, so that the length of the rotating shaft 30 in the direction of the central axis can adapt to the radial size of the koji making disc, and the adaptability of the koji making disc cleaning device is improved.
Preferably, in the embodiment of the present invention, the rotating shaft 30 includes two shaft sections, the two shaft sections are connected by a flange, one of the two shaft sections is connected with the support 100, and the other of the two shaft sections is connected with the sealing structure 110.
Specifically, the rotating shaft 30 is a basis for realizing high-pressure cleaning, the swing link mechanism 70 which is beneficial to realizing cleaning without dead angles is installed on the rotating shaft 30, the support rod 72 and the connecting structure 130 are driven to axially swing by utilizing the sliding fit between the sliding part 74 and the guide structure 73, and the connecting structure 130 is fixedly connected with the nozzle assembly 40. The middle of the rotating shaft 30 is supported by the supporting rod 11, so that the rotating eccentricity of the rotating shaft 30 under long span can be avoided. One end of the rotation shaft 30 is connected to the center support through a support 100. The rotation shaft 30 is connected to the mounting frame 150 through the sealing structure 110 to achieve sealing between the koji-making tray cleaning device 90 and the mounting frame 150, so that the koji-making tray cleaning device located in the koji-making chamber is isolated from the outside. The first driving structure 20 and the link mechanism 60 are arranged outside the koji making cavity, and the rotating shaft 30 is driven by the link mechanism 60 to radially swing around the axis of the rotating shaft; the shaft 30 is pivotally connected to the nozzle assembly 40.
From the above description, it can be seen that the above-mentioned embodiments of the present invention achieve the following technical effects: the support structure supports the rotating shaft, the first driving structure drives the rotating shaft to enable the rotating shaft to rotate around the axis of the rotating shaft, and the nozzle assembly is arranged on the rotating shaft, so that when the rotating shaft is driven by the first driving structure, the nozzle assembly can synchronously rotate around the central axis of the rotating shaft along with the rotating shaft under the driving of the rotating shaft, and the koji making disc is cleaned through the nozzle assembly; in the technical scheme of this application, system bent dish belt cleaning device can realize mechanized washing system bent dish, need not artifical washing, and the cleaning efficiency is higher.

Claims (10)
1. A koji tray washing apparatus characterized by comprising:
a support structure (10);
a first drive arrangement (20);
the supporting structure (10) is used for supporting the rotating shaft (30), the first driving structure (20) is in driving connection with the rotating shaft (30), and the rotating shaft (30) is rotatably arranged around the axis of the rotating shaft (30);
the nozzle assembly (40) is arranged on the rotating shaft (30), and under the driving of the first driving structure (20), the rotating shaft (30) and the nozzle assembly (40) synchronously rotate to clean the koji making disc through the nozzle assembly (40).
2. A koji tray washing apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a second driving structure (50), wherein the second driving structure (50) is drivingly connected to the nozzle assembly (40) so that the nozzle assembly (40) is swingably provided in a vertical plane with respect to the rotation shaft (30), wherein an angle is provided between the own axis of the rotation shaft (30) and the central axis of the nozzle assembly (40) swinging with respect to the rotation shaft (30).
3. A koji tray washing apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a link mechanism (60), wherein the first driving mechanism (20) is drivingly connected to the rotary shaft (30) through the link mechanism (60).
4. A koji tray washing apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the link mechanism (60) comprises:
a first connecting rod (61), wherein one end of the first connecting rod (61) is in driving connection with the output end of the first driving structure (20);
a second link (62), one end of the second link (62) is pivotally connected with the other end of the first link (61);
and one end of the third connecting rod (63) is pivotally connected with the other end of the second connecting rod (62), and the other end of the third connecting rod (63) is connected with the rotating shaft (30).
5. A koji tray washing device according to claim 3, wherein the link mechanism (60) comprises a first link (61), a second link (62) and a third link (63) pivotally connected in this order, the length of the second link (62) being adjustable.
6. A koji tray washing device according to claim 5, wherein the second link (62) comprises two first segments (64) and a second segment (65) connecting the two first segments (64), one of the two first segments (64) being pivotally connected to the first link (61) and the other of the two first segments (64) being pivotally connected to the third link (63), wherein the first segment (64) is screw-connected to the second segment (65).
7. A koji tray washing device according to claim 2, further comprising a swing lever mechanism (70), wherein the second driving structure (50) is drivingly connected with the nozzle assembly (40) through the swing lever mechanism (70), the swing lever mechanism (70) comprising:
a swinging piece (71) which is in driving connection with the output end of the second driving structure (50), wherein the swinging piece (71) is arranged in a swinging manner in a vertical plane;
a support rod (72), the nozzle assembly (40) being pivotally connected to the support rod (72);
the guide structure (73) is arranged on the swinging piece (71) and extends along the length direction of the swinging piece (71), and an included angle is formed between the length direction of the swinging piece (71) and the central axis of the supporting rod (72);
a slider (74) connected to one end of the support rod (72);
the sliding part (74) is in sliding fit with the guide structure (73) so as to drive the supporting rod (72) to move along the axis direction of the supporting rod.
8. A koji tray washing apparatus according to any of claims 1 to 6,
the nozzle assembly (40) is connected with the rotating shaft (30) through a rotating joint (80); or,
the nozzle assembly (40) comprises a first spray head (41), a second spray head (42) and a third spray head (43) which are sequentially arranged at intervals along the direction of the central axis of the rotating shaft (30), the first spray head (41), the second spray head (42) and the third spray head (43) are sequentially arranged at intervals in a plane perpendicular to the direction of the central axis of the rotating shaft (30).
9. A koji making apparatus comprising a koji making tray (140) and a koji making tray washing apparatus (90) located below the koji making tray (140), wherein the koji making tray washing apparatus (90) is the koji making tray washing apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
10. A koji-making apparatus according to claim 9, further comprising a mounting frame (150) having a koji-making chamber and a center support provided in the koji-making chamber, the koji-making tray (140) being rotatably mounted on the center support, the koji-making tray washing apparatus (90) further comprising a support (100) and a sealing structure (110), one end of the rotation shaft (30) being connected to the center support through the support (100), the rotation shaft (30) being connected to the mounting frame (150) through the sealing structure (110).
