Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the car washing wastewater enters the water collecting tank 2 through the coarse mesh filter 21, and is the first stage of filtering of the sewage, that is, solid impurities with large volume in the sewage, such as leaves, waste paper, stones and the like, are filtered; the sewage is pumped into the bag filter 51 by the sewage lifting pump 4 for the second stage filtration of the sewage, namely, the filtration of impurities with larger particles in the sewage, such as fine sand, stones or broken leaves and the like; the sewage enters the quartz filter 52 from the bag filter 51, and is the third-stage filtration of the sewage, namely, the filtration of impurities with smaller particles in the sewage, such as suspended matters in the water and the like; the sewage enters the carbon-based adsorption filter 53 from the quartz filter 52, and is subjected to fourth-stage filtration, namely filtration of trace pollutants such as detergent components in the sewage; the sewage enters the filtering device 54 from the carbon-based adsorption filter 53 for re-filtering, that is, the filtering elements in the filtering device 54 further filter various impurities in the sewage, so that the sewage is filtered into reclaimed water for car washing.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, after the car is cleaned, the filter assembly 5 often needs to be backwashed, that is, the filter device 54, the carbon-based adsorption filter 53, the quartz filter 52 and the bag filter 51 need to be backwashed, in order to realize the function, a first switch valve 72 is arranged between the clean water pump 8 and the car washing equipment 9, a backwash pipeline 71 is connected to a pipeline between the clean water pump 8 and the car washing equipment 9, a port of the backwash pipeline 71 is connected between the first switch valve 72 and the clean water pump 8, and the other end of the backwash pipeline 71 is connected between the reclaimed water tank 6 and the filter device 54; further, a second on-off valve 73 is provided in the backwash pipe 71, and a third on-off valve 74 is connected to a pipe between the reclaimed water tank 6 and the filter device 54, the third on-off valve 74 being provided between the reclaimed water tank 6 and a port of the backwash pipe 71.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, when backwashing of the filter assembly 5 is required, the first switch valve 72 and the third switch valve 74 are closed, the second switch valve 73 is opened, water supply to the car washing equipment 9 is stopped, the reclaimed water tank 6, the clean water pump 8, the backwashing pipeline 71, the filter device 54, the carbon-based adsorption filter 53, the quartz filter 52, the bag filter 51 and the sewage tank 3 are sequentially communicated, reclaimed water in the reclaimed water tank 6 flows into the sewage tank 3 after the clean water pump 8 is started, and backwashing of the filter assembly 5 is realized in the process; when the automobile needs to be cleaned, the first switch valve 72 and the third switch valve 74 are opened, the second switch valve 73 is closed, and then the water collecting tank 2, the sewage tank 3, the sewage lifting pump 4, the bag filter 51, the quartz filter 52, the carbon-based adsorption filter 53, the filtering device 54, the reclaimed water tank 6, the clean water pump 8 and the automobile washing equipment 9 are sequentially communicated, so that the recovery and the multistage filtration of the waste water are realized, and the reuse of the automobile washing waste water is realized to save water resources.
