(embodiment mode)
Fig. 1 is a longitudinal section of a fan 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention. The fan 1 is a centrifugal fan. In the present embodiment, a fan incorporating a motor will be described.
As shown in fig. 1, the fan 1 includes a motor 2, a blade 3, an upper case 4, a lower case 5, and an assembly wiring 7. The blower 1 holds the lead tube 9 by the motor case 6 having the step portion and the bottom side case 8.
The blade 3 is attached to a shaft 20 of the motor 2. One side of the shaft 20 is an output shaft 20a and the other side is an output shaft 20 b. When the shaft 20 rotates, the blades 3 also rotate together. The lower case 5 is in contact with a stepped portion of the motor case 6. The motor 2 is fixed to the lower case 5.
Fig. 2 is an enlarged view showing a main structure of the fan 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 3 is a perspective view of the lower surface side of the blower 1. Fig. 4 is a perspective view showing the arrangement of the motor 2 and the assembly wiring 7 used in the blower 1. The overall structure of the fan 1 will be described below with reference to fig. 1 to 4.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the fan 1 includes a motor 2, a blade 3, an upper case 4, a lower case 5, and an assembly wiring 7. The lower case 5 has a rib 5a on the outside. Here, the upper case 4 and the lower case 5 are collectively referred to as a blower case 22. The blower case 22 is molded from resin and incorporates the blade 3. The motor 2 is made of metal, and a lead tube 9 is held by a motor case 6 on the output shaft side and a bottom case 8 on the reverse output shaft side, which have a step portion forming the outer contour of the motor 2.
The outer periphery of the power supply line 7a is surrounded by a bellows 7 b. In the motor 2, the portion surrounded by the bellows 7b of the assembly wiring 7 is disposed so as to enter the inside of the rib 5a under the blower housing 22. The corrugated tube 7b is assembled such that the wave crests of the corrugated tube 7b are located inward of the ribs 5a of the lower case 5. That is, the ribs 5a are sandwiched by the adjacent crests of the corrugated tube 7 b. With this arrangement, water droplets can be prevented from being transferred from the upper case 4 by the ribs 5a of the lower case 5.
As shown in fig. 3, the rib 5a is disposed in the lower case 5 so as to surround a gap between the power supply line 7a and the bellows 7b of the assembly wiring 7 of the motor 2. The motor case 6 is designed in consideration of prevention of water from entering the fitting surface 2a and the like included in the motor case 6. Therefore, when the fan 1 is used in the arrangement as shown in fig. 1, water can be poured into the fan 1 for any reason, and water droplets can be discharged to the lower side of the fan 1 by the ribs 5a of the lower case 5 or the grooves of the bellows 7b at the lower portion in the gravity direction. This can prevent water from entering the motor 2. In the fan 1 of the present embodiment, in the installation posture of the fan 1 shown in fig. 1, the combination of the ribs 5a and the bellows 7b of the lower case can prevent water from entering the motor case 6.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the motor 2 has a circuit board 10 in the motor case 6 and the bottom case 8 via lead pipes 9. A gap is formed between the motor case 6 and the bottom case 8 and the lead pipe 9, and it is necessary to prevent water from entering from the outside. The combination of the ribs 5a and the bellows 7b of the lower case 5 can prevent water from entering between the motor case 6 and the bottom case 8 and the lead pipe 9. This makes it possible to provide a fan having an excellent effect of preventing water from entering the fan due to water droplets from the outer periphery of the casing and having high productivity. In addition, the ribs 5a of the lower case 5 are a structure formed of resin, and can easily change the shape. This makes it possible to provide a blower that can be easily mounted on various vehicles.
As described above, the fan 1 of the present embodiment includes the motor 2, the motor case 6, the bottom case 8, the circuit board 10, the power supply line 7a, the lead tube 9, the blade 3, the fan case 22, and the rib 5 a.
The motor 2 has a shaft 20 having one side as an output shaft 20a and the other side as a counter output shaft 20 b. The motor 2 has an outer contour formed by a motor case 6 and a bottom case 8, and the motor case 6 is located on the output shaft 20a side. The bottom side housing 8 is located on the reverse output shaft 20b side. The circuit board 10 is mounted inside the motor case 6 and the bottom case 8. The circuit board 10 is mounted with a circuit for driving the motor 2. The power supply line 7a is electrically connected to the circuit board 10. The power cord 7a is led out to the outside of the motor case 6 and the bottom side case 8. The power supply line 7a supplies power to the circuit board 10. The lead tube 9 is located between the motor case 6 and the bottom case 8 and the power supply line 7 a. The lead tube 9 is held at least in any one of the motor case 6 and the bottom side case 8 and combined with the power supply line 7 a. The blades 3 are mounted to the shaft 20. The blower case 22 houses the blade 3 and is molded from resin. The rib 5a is disposed on the blower case 22 so as to surround the lead tube 9 from the output shaft 20a side of the motor 2 toward the counter output shaft 20b side.
Thus, a fan of a motor having a built-in circuit board, which is excellent in waterproof measures and high in productivity, can be provided.
As described in the present embodiment, the rib 5a can be formed at least in a part of the blower case 22, specifically, in the vicinity of the portion from which the power cord 7a is drawn, and the above-described operational effects can be obtained.
Further, it is preferable that the outer periphery of the power supply line 7a is surrounded by the corrugated tube 7b, and the rib 5a is sandwiched between adjacent ones of the plurality of peaks formed in the corrugated tube 7 b.
The blower case 22 is formed of an upper case 4 located on the output shaft 20a side and a lower case 5 located on the counter output shaft 20b side. Preferably, the blower housing 22 has the motor 2 fixed to the lower case 5, and the ribs 5a are disposed on the lower case 5.
Industrial applicability
According to the utility model discloses a fan utilizes simple and convenient waterproof countermeasure, can provide the higher fan of waterproof nature. Therefore, the fan of the present invention is useful for a fan used for an on-vehicle blower fan or the like having a high effect of preventing water from entering by a water droplet measure.
