Therefore, by utilizing the relative matching of the sliding block 112 and the L-shaped groove 711, the host machine component 7 can be detached relative to the base component 1, is convenient to store and carry, and meanwhile, the host machine component 7 can be used independently as a fan heater and the like, so that the requirements of users on multiple functions and multiple purposes of the same product are met.
The L-shaped groove 711 includes a vertical groove section and a horizontal groove section that are communicated with each other, an upper end of the vertical groove section is open, and the slider 112 can enter the L-shaped groove 711 through the opening of the vertical groove section.
Specifically, at least two of the sliding blocks 112 are disposed on two opposite side walls of the mounting cavity 111, and the L-shaped grooves 711 corresponding to the number of the sliding blocks 112 are disposed on the two opposite side walls of the main chassis 71. The sets of sliders 112 cooperate with the L-shaped slots 711 to provide more secure mounting of the host assembly 7 on the bottom housing 11.
Referring to fig. 19 to 22, preferably, a fastening protrusion 113 is disposed on a top wall of the mounting cavity 111, and a fastening groove 712 matched with the fastening protrusion 113 is disposed on a top of the main chassis 71; when the slider 112 slides to a preset position of the transverse groove segment of the L-shaped groove 711, the locking protrusion 113 is engaged with the locking groove 712 to position the main chassis 71. From this, through protruding 113 of card and draw-in groove 712 looks block, when installing host computer subassembly 7, host computer subassembly 7 can not rock, and in carrying, removing, transportation, is difficult for receiving slight external force just to make host computer subassembly 7 drops from drain pan 11 and falls and decreases.
In this embodiment, the top of the main chassis 71 is further provided with a pre-positioning slot 713, and the pre-positioning slot 713 is located at one side of the card slot 712; when the sliding block 112 slides to the intersection of the vertical groove segment and the horizontal groove segment of the L-shaped groove 711, the locking protrusion 113 is located on the predetermined groove 713. Through the cooperation of the pre-positioning groove 713 and the clamping protrusion 113, whether the sliding block 112 and the L-shaped groove 711 are clamped in place or not can be judged from the outside when the host computer assembly 7 is installed, when the clamping is not in place, the clamping protrusion 113 can be pushed against other positions of the host computer shell 71, and at the moment, the host computer shell 71 can protrude outwards to generate unevenness.
Preferably, the pre-positioning groove 713 is long, and a length direction of the pre-positioning groove 713 is identical to a length direction of a transverse groove of the L-shaped groove 711. The elongated pre-positioning slot 713 can better match the sliding of the sliding block 112 on the transverse slot segment of the L-shaped slot 711.
Referring to fig. 17, 18 and 21, in the present embodiment, a hot air inlet 114 is disposed on a side wall of the mounting cavity 111, a hot air outlet 714 corresponding to the hot air inlet 114 is disposed on a side wall of the main chassis 71, and the hot air outlet 714 protrudes outward; when the main chassis 71 is mounted on the mounting cavity 111, the hot air outlet 714 is inserted into the hot air inlet 114. Therefore, the hot air inlet 114 can support and limit the hot air outlet 714 in the vertical direction, so that the ventilation is tighter, and the fixation of the host module 7 on the bottom case 11 is further enhanced.
Referring to fig. 16 to 20, in the present embodiment, a power interface 715 is disposed on a side wall of the main chassis 71, a power line cavity 115 with a downward opening is further disposed at the bottom of the bottom chassis 11, and an insertion slot 116 corresponding to the power interface 715 is disposed between the power line cavity 115 and the installation cavity 111. The power line cavity 115 and the insertion groove 116 make the power line routing simpler and more convenient, and the power line routing is not required to be performed from the bottom of the main case 71, so as to reduce the height of the supporting leg at the bottom of the bottom case 11, and the whole dryer is more beautiful and light.
Preferably, the open end cap of the power line cavity 115 is provided with a cover 117. Therefore, when not in use, the power cord can be stored in the power cord cavity 115 and covered by the sealing cover 117, and the storage and carrying are convenient.
In this embodiment, the host assembly 7 further includes a control module 72, a power module 73, a fan 74 and a heat-generating body 75, the control module 72, the power module 73, the fan 74 and the heat-generating body 75 are all disposed in the host casing 71, the control module 72 set up in the front end of the host casing 71, the rear end side wall of the host casing 71 is provided with the hot air outlet 714, the bottom of the host casing 71 is provided with the intercommunication the cold air inlet 716 of the air inlet of the fan 74, the air outlet of the fan 74 with the air inlet of the heat-generating body 75 is communicated, the air outlet of the heat-generating body 75 is communicated with the hot air outlet 714 of the host casing 71. Therefore, with the above structure, the host component 7 can be used alone or can be combined with the base component 1 for use.

Referring to fig. 23 to 25, a difference between the present embodiment and the embodiment 1, 2 or 3 is that the dryer disclosed in the present embodiment specifically discloses an air duct structure applied to the dryer.
In this embodiment, the dryer includes the base assembly 1, the upper cover assembly 2, the support assembly, the clothes drying cover 3 and the main frame assembly 7 as described in embodiment 1, 2 or 3, the base assembly 1 also includes the bottom frame 11, and the main frame assembly 7 is disposed on the bottom frame 11.
In this embodiment, the cavity 118 of the bottom case 11 is provided with an air guide 12 corresponding to the hot air outlet 714 of the host component 7, and the air guide 12 has at least two air guide channels 121 for shunting hot air of the host component 7 to two sides of the cavity 118. Therefore, the hot air output by the main machine component 7 is divided to two sides of the cavity 118 through the air guide 12, so that the air outlet is smoother and more uniform.
Specifically, the host assembly 7 is located in the middle of the bottom case 11, so that hot air can be uniformly distributed to two sides.
Referring to fig. 24 and 25, in the present embodiment, the bottom case 11 is provided with an air outlet layer cover 13 for covering the cavity 118, and the air outlet layer cover 13 is provided with a plurality of air outlet holes 131. The hot air is output to the drying cavity from the cavity 118 through the air outlet 131 of the air outlet layer cover 13, the air outlet is fine, and the clothes fall off from the air outlet layer cover 13 without affecting the drying effect.
In this embodiment, a supporting platform 14 for supporting the clothes is further disposed at a position of the bottom case 11 corresponding to the main unit component 7, and the supporting platform 14 is higher than the air outlet layer cover 13. Preferably, slopes 141 communicating with the air guide duct 121 are respectively disposed on two sides of the support platform 14, and a plurality of inclined holes 142 for air outlet are disposed on the slopes 141. Therefore, through the slope 141 structure with the inclined holes 142, hot air is discharged from the inclined holes 142 into the drying cavity, and the obliquely conveyed hot air is more beneficial to drying the clothes at the corner position.
Referring to fig. 23, in the present embodiment, the air guide 12 is located at the hot air inlet 114 of the installation cavity 111. Specifically, the air guide 12 includes two connected arc-shaped air deflectors 122, and the two arc-shaped air deflectors 122 are combined with the bottom shell 11 to form two air guide channels 121 at the hot air inlet 114 of the installation cavity 111. When hot air enters the two air guide channels 121 from the hot air inlet 114, the hot air impacts the two arc-shaped air deflectors 122, and the arc-shaped surfaces of the arc-shaped air deflectors 122 can better guide the flow of the hot air, so that the wind speed of the hot air is maintained, and the noise is smaller.
Referring to fig. 24 and 25, in the present embodiment, the upper cover assembly 2 is provided with a plurality of exhaust ports 211. Specifically, the exhaust port 211 is disposed on the periphery of the upper case 21 of the upper cover assembly 2. Thereby, moisture and air in the drying chamber can be discharged to the outside through the air outlet 211.
Referring to fig. 25, in the present embodiment, an intermediate layer 8 for supporting the clothes is further disposed between the base assembly 1 and the upper cover assembly 2. In particular, the intermediate frame is interposed between the two hinge assemblies 4. when the hinge assembly (4) is unfolded, the two hinges (41) are respectively embedded and positioned on the first positioning grooves (51) of the two hinge seats (5).
