Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the technical solutions of the present application will be described in detail and completely with reference to the following specific embodiments of the present application and the accompanying drawings. It should be apparent that the described embodiments are only some of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
In the present application, the directional term "lower" refers to a direction towards the ground in the use state of the rack pool 1; the directional term "up" is in the opposite direction as "down".
Figure 1 schematically shows a rack basin 1 according to one embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, a scaffolding basin 1 includes a basin body 10 and a support assembly 20. The pond body 10 includes a top edge and a bottom edge. As shown in fig. 3 and 5, the support assembly 20 is configured to support the pool body 10 in a use state of the stand pool 1 and includes a plurality of foldable support rods 200 and a top frame 230 hinged to the plurality of support rods 200. The top frame 230 is installed on the top edge of the sump body 10, and a plurality of support rods 200 are connected to the circumferential outer side wall of the sump body 10.
In use of the scaffolding pool 1, a plurality of support rods 200 extend and support the pool body 10. When the support pool 1 is collapsed, the plurality of support rods 200 are folded toward the pool body 10 (as shown in fig. 4) and received by the pool body 10 (as shown in fig. 2). In other words, when the supporting frame pool 1 is folded, the top edge and the bottom edge of the pool body 10 are close to each other and the plurality of supporting bars 200 are between the top edge and the bottom edge to be covered and received by the pool body 10 as the plurality of supporting bars 200 are folded. Thus, when the rack water tank 1 is stored, the support assembly 20 does not need to be disassembled into a plurality of parts, but only the support bar 200 needs to be folded, which greatly facilitates the storage of the rack water tank 1. Moreover, when the support pool 1 is stored, the pool body 10 and the support assembly 20 do not need to be disassembled to be stored respectively, but are stored as a whole, and the support pool 1 is approximately in a cake shape after being folded, so that the size is small, and the storage of the support pool 1 is also convenient.
Optionally, the pool body 10 may be made of a water-impermeable PVC material, plastic cloth, canvas, or other foldable material to facilitate being spread by the support assembly 20 when in use and folded when stowed. The pool body 10 can also be an inflatable pool body, and when in use, the pool body 10 is inflated to be opened; when the support pool 1 is folded, the gas in the pool body 10 is firstly discharged and then folded. The above features of the aquarium body 10 are well known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein. The pool body 10 may be in the form of a cylinder, an oval cylinder, a prism, or the like in the expanded state. In the present application, the pool body 10 is described as a cylindrical shape.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the water cell body 10 includes a plurality of first connectors 101 disposed at intervals adjacent to a top edge of the water cell body 10, and a plurality of second connectors 102 disposed adjacent to a bottom edge of the water cell body 10. Preferably, a plurality of first connectors 101 are provided at intervals on the top edge of the sump body 10, and a plurality of second connectors 102 are provided at the bottom edge of the sump body 10 corresponding to the plurality of first connectors 101. In the collapsed state, the first connecting members 101 are engaged with the corresponding second connecting members 102 outside the circumferential outer side wall of the sump body 10. According to this structure, under the state of furling in the support pond 1, the first connecting piece 101 and the second connecting piece 102 are connected together, thereby binding the pond body 10 and the support component 20 into a whole, greatly reducing the probability that the pond body 10 and the support component 20 scatter when the support pond 1 is stored, which further facilitates the storage of the support pond 1.
Alternatively, the first connector 101 and the second connector 102 are two parts of a buckle or a snap fastener, or may be two straps. In other embodiments, the first connector 101 and the second connector 102 may also be two rows of teeth of a zipper. Of course, the first connecting member 101 and the second connecting member 102 can be other connecting structures, as long as the pool body 10 and the support assembly 20 can be conveniently bound into a whole, and the description is omitted.
As also shown in fig. 1, the first connector 101 and the corresponding second connector 102 are offset from the support rod 200. Thus, the support rods 200 do not interfere with the user's connection of the first connectors 101 to the corresponding second connectors 102 when the stand pool 1 is collapsed, thereby facilitating the user's manipulation.
Optionally, the first connector 101 (and the corresponding second connector 102) is located at an intermediate position of the arc length between two adjacent support bars 200; all the first connecting members 101 (and the corresponding second connecting members 102) are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction of the pool body 10, so that when the support pool 1 is stored, the binding of the pool body 10 and the support assembly 20 can be more firmly fixed, and the situation that some parts of the pool body 1 are loosened due to lack of binding is avoided. Alternatively, there may be only one first connector 101 (and corresponding second connector 102) between two adjacent support rods 200, or there may be two or more first connectors 101 (and corresponding second connectors 102).
As described above, the support assembly 20 includes a plurality of support rods 200. For simplicity, only one of the support rods 200 will be described below.
As shown in fig. 6, the support bar 200 includes a first bar 201, a second bar 202, and a folder 203 connecting the first bar 201 and the second bar 202. As also shown in fig. 7a, 7b and 7c, the folder 203 includes a first mounting sleeve 204 mounted on the first rod 201 and a second mounting sleeve 205 mounted on the second rod 202. In one embodiment, the first and second mounting sleeves 204, 205 are cylindrical; a first mounting sleeve 204 is mounted on the lower end of the first rod 210 and a second mounting sleeve 205 is mounted on the upper end of the second rod 202. A rotary head 206 is formed on one of the first mounting sleeve 204 and the second mounting sleeve 205, and a connecting bracket 207 is provided on the other of the first mounting sleeve 204 and the second mounting sleeve 205. The pivoting head 206 is hinged to the connecting bracket 207, for example, by means of a hinge axis 216. The folding member 203 is configured such that in the use state of the rack pool 1, the lower end of the first mounting sleeve 204 abuts the upper end of the second mounting sleeve 205, and the first rod 201 and the second rod 202 are arranged in a straight line (in a straight line as shown in fig. 3 and 7b, 7 c). Thus, the entire support assembly 20 is stably erected to maintain the sump body 10 in a use state. In the collapsed state of the support frame sink 1, the lower end of the first mounting sleeve 204 is spaced from the upper end of the second mounting sleeve 205, and the first rod 201 and the second rod 202 are parallel to each other (as shown in fig. 4). In this configuration, the folding member 203 is manufactured separately from the first rod 201 and the second rod 202, and although the folding member 203 also has a plurality of parts having complicated shapes, the separate folding member 203 simplifies the manufacturing thereof. In addition, in this way, maintenance and replacement of the folding member 203 are facilitated.
It should be noted that in the present application, the length of the first and second rods 201 and 202 is less than the cross-sectional radius of the water basin 10, and the length of the first and second rods 201 and 202 is equal to avoid interference of the facing support rods 200 when the stand basin 1 (or support assembly 20) is folded.
As also shown in fig. 7a, 7b, and 7c, an opening 208 is opened in a circumferential side wall of the second mounting sleeve 205, and the opening 208 extends in an axial direction of the second mounting sleeve 205. The attachment bracket 207 is configured as a pair of lugs extending in parallel from two opposing edges of the opening 208. Thus, the rotating head 206 is pivotally connected between the two connecting brackets 207. According to the structure, in the assembly process of the bracket pool 1, the two connecting brackets 207 limit the rotating head 206, and the rotating head 206 cannot move freely, so that the assembly is convenient. In addition, the rotating head 206 is clamped between the two connecting brackets 207 to rotate during the opening process of the bracket pool 1, and the rotating head 206 is prevented from being accidentally damaged by external force deviating from the connecting brackets 207.
As also shown in fig. 7a, 7b and 7c, the folder 203 further comprises a locking pin 210. A locking pin 210 is reciprocatingly mounted on the opening 208 and is adapted to the rotator head 206. In the use state of the support pool 1, the locking pin 210 is engaged with the swivel 206 (as shown in fig. 7 a) to lock the swivel 206, so that the swivel 206 is prevented from rotating relative to the connecting support 207, the first rod 201 and the second rod 202 are kept in the same line, and the whole support assembly 20 is kept upright to support the pool body 10, which is convenient for the user to use the support pool 1. Upon collapsing the rack sink 1, the locking pin 210 moves away from the swivel head 206 along the opening 208 to unlock the swivel head 206. Specifically, the support rods 200 can be folded radially inward to fold and collapse the support frame pool 1 by moving the locking pins 210 away from the pivot heads 206 along the openings 208 and then applying a radially inward pushing force to the first rod 201 and/or the second rod 202.
Optionally, a support spring 215 is disposed within the opening 208, the support spring 215 supporting the locking pin 210. In addition, the rotor head 206 comprises an arc-shaped rotor surface 222 and a bayonet 220 offset from the rotor surface 222, wherein a projection 221 corresponding to the bayonet 220 is formed on the locking pin 207. Thus, in the using state of the bracket water pool 1, the supporting spring 215 applies upward thrust to the locking pin 210, so that the lug 221 on the locking pin 210 is clamped with the bayonet 220 of the rotating head 206 to lock the rotating head 206; the first lever 201 and the second lever 202 cannot rotate relative to each other and the first lever 201 and the second lever 202 are kept in the same straight line. When the bracket water tank 1 is folded, the locking pin 210 can be manually pushed downwards and the supporting spring 215 is pressed, so that the bayonet 220 is separated from the convex block 221, and the rotating head 206 is unlocked; a radially inward pushing force is then applied to the first bar 201 and/or the second bar 202, causing the support bars 200 to fold radially inward. It will be appreciated that when the support pole 200 is folded radially inwardly, the bayonet 220 is offset from the projection 221 so that, even if the locking pin 210 is released, the projection 221 does not engage the bayonet 220, thereby facilitating folding of the support pole 200 radially inwardly and folding and collapsing the sink 1.
As also shown in fig. 1, a plurality of sleeves 103 extending in the axial direction of the pool body 10 are configured on the circumferential outer side wall of the pool body 10. The first rod 201 and the second rod 202 are inserted into the corresponding sleeves 103, respectively. In this way, the support assembly 20 can be conveniently assembled with the pool body 10.
Optionally, the fold 203 is exposed outside the sleeve 103. Alternatively, the sleeves housing the first rods 201 and the corresponding second rods 202 are in line and have a space between them where the fold 203 is exposed outside the sleeve 103. Thus, the folding and unfolding of the folding member 203 is not limited by the sleeve 103, facilitating the user to unfold or fold the stand pool 1.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 10, a plurality of mounting grooves 231 are opened at intervals on the circumferential inner surface of the top frame 230. A hinge seat 211 is provided at the upper end of the support rod 200. The hinge base 211 is configured with a pair of protruding columns 212. The pair of the protruding pillars 212 are installed in the installation groove 231 and hinged with the installation groove 231. Through this structure, the supporting rod 200 is hinged with the top frame 230, and the structure is simple and the assembly is convenient. Optionally, the hinge base 211 further includes a cylindrical mounting portion 213 and a pair of bosses 212 configured on a top of the mounting portion 213. The mounting portion 213 is mounted to the support rod 200. For example, the support rod 200 is a pipe member, and the mount 213 is inserted into the support rod 200.
Optionally, a foot pad 214 is provided at the lower end of the support rod 200. The foot pad 214 has a greater friction force with the ground to facilitate stable placement of the support basin 1. In one embodiment, the foot pad 214 is made of silicone.
Optionally, the support bar 200 and the foot pad 214 are ball-connected. In this way, the foot pads 214 can be kept in good contact with the ground regardless of whether the supporting well 1 is in the use state or the collapsed state, which also facilitates the storage of the supporting well 1.
It should be understood that, in the case where the support bar 200 includes the first bar 201 and the second bar 202, the hinge seat 211 is provided at the upper end of the first bar 201; a foot pad 214 is provided at the lower end of the second rod 202.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the top frame 230 is configured with an annular groove 232, and the top edge of the water tank body 10 is placed in the annular groove 232 and passes through other members (not shown) adapted to the annular groove to sandwich the top edge of the water tank body therebetween. In this way, the top frame 230 can be conveniently and securely assembled with the water tank body 10.
The above description is only an example of the present application and is not intended to limit the present application. Various modifications and changes may occur to those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present application should be included in the scope of the claims of the present application.
