The washed clothes need to be dried, but if the washed clothes suddenly meet the weather of rain or insufficient illumination, the clothes are difficult to be dried in a drying mode, a plurality of workers rent in the apartment, the balcony of the apartment is closed, the clothes cannot be directly dried outside, and therefore the clothes are difficult to be dried.
Clothes dryers or clothes care machines are generally large in size, occupy area, and are remarkable in storage problem when not in use. In the related art, the dryer has a function of storing and folding, but the operation is very troublesome, and some dryers are stored in a manner equivalent to reinstallation after disassembly, such as disassembling a housing or a framework, which is very inconvenient. Meanwhile, a device for heating in a clothes dryer or a clothes care machine is generally arranged at the top, so that the mounting structure is complex, the drying efficiency is low, and the air flow circulation utilization rate is not high.
Based on the above concepts and problems, the present invention provides a clothes dryer 100. As can be appreciated, the dryer 100 is used for drying articles such as clothes.
Referring to fig. 1 to 9, in an embodiment of the present invention, the clothes dryer 100 includes a framework 1 and a heating module 3, the framework 1 forms a drying space 14, the heating module 3 is disposed at the bottom of the drying space 14, and the heating module 3 is provided with an air outlet 322 for outputting hot air; the drying space 14 is defined to have a first direction along the vertical direction and a second direction which is not parallel to the first direction and forms an included angle, and the hot air blown out from the air outlet 322 flows along the second direction and then flows along the first direction.
In the present embodiment, the frame 1 is a main structure of the dryer 100, and plays a role of supporting or providing a drying space for laundry to be dried, etc. By forming drying space 14 in frame 1, drying space 14 is utilized to provide storage and drying space for articles such as clothes to be dried. It is understood that the frame 1 may be a support structure, a support housing or a housing structure, and is not limited thereto.
As can be appreciated, by providing the heating module 3 at the bottom of the drying space 14, thereby allowing the dryer 100 to be conveniently placed or disposed on the ground, the installation structure of the dryer 100 is simplified, the convenience of use is improved, and the occupied area of the dryer 100 is effectively reduced, compared to the conventional dryer in which the heating module is provided at the top of the dryer and suspended at the top of a roof or a balcony.
It should be noted that the clothes to be dried, which are placed or suspended in drying space 14, are easily dried at the upper part of the clothes to be dried compared with the bottom part of the clothes because the water is intensively flowed to the bottom part of the clothes by gravity. In this embodiment, through setting up heating module 3 in the bottom of drying space 14 to utilize heating module 3 to pass through air outlet 322 and carry hot-blastly in to drying space 14, make the wind gap blow 322 the hot-blast back that flows along the second direction, and flow along the first direction, utilize hot air density to be less than cold air density this moment, thereby it dries the clothing bottom to make hot-blastly rise preferentially along the first direction, thereby accelerate the drying rate and the drying efficiency of whole clothing, and improve air current cyclic utilization.
In the present embodiment, the drying space 14 extends in a first direction (i.e., a vertical direction). It is understood that the drying space 14 may be one or more. When the drying spaces 14 are plural, in order to facilitate the heating module 3 to dry the clothes to be dried in the plural drying spaces 14, the plural drying spaces 14 are arranged along the first direction.
It should be noted that the drying spaces 14 may be spaced from each other by using a support rod, a support plate or a partition plate. In order to facilitate the hot air flow to rise and circulate along the first direction, the structures such as the supporting rod, the supporting plate or the partition plate are provided with through holes or air holes, and the like, which are not limited herein.
The utility model discloses the dryer 100 of skill is through being formed with stoving space 14 in skeleton 1, thereby utilize stoving space 14 to hold the clothing, place and dry and provide the space for the clothing, and locate the bottom in stoving space with the heating module, and be equipped with at the heating module and be used for exporting hot-blast air outlet, thereby utilize the heating module to pass through air outlet to carry hot-blast in the stoving space, have in the definition stoving space simultaneously along the ascending first direction of vertical direction and with first direction nonparallel and be the second direction of contained angle, so make the hot-blast edge that the heating module that is located stoving space bottom blows out through the air outlet the second direction flows the back, and flow along the first direction, because when the clothes that wash hang in the stoving space, water receives gravity action centralized flow to clothing bottom, utilize hot-air density to be less than cold-air density this moment, thereby make hot-blast to rise to preferentially dry to clothing bottom along the first direction, thereby accelerate the stoving speed and the drying efficiency of whole clothing, and improve air current cyclic utilization.
In one embodiment, the angle between the first direction and the second direction is greater than 0 and less than or equal to 90 °. It will be appreciated that the first direction is vertically upwards. The second direction may be one or more, and the second direction is related to the arrangement position of the air outlet 322. In this embodiment, the air outlets 322 include a plurality of air outlets 322, and when the air outlets 322 are spaced and arranged around the periphery of the heating module 3, the second direction has a plurality of air outlets, and the second directions are arranged around the periphery of the heating module 3, that is, the second directions are radially arranged with the first direction as the axial direction, and at this time, the included angle between the plane formed by the second directions and the first direction is included. Optionally, the included angle between the plane formed by the plurality of second directions and the first direction is greater than 0 and smaller than or equal to 90 °.
In this embodiment, an included angle between each second direction and the first direction may be selected as 10 °, 20 °, 30 °, 40 °, 45 °, 50 °, 60 °, 70 °, 80 °, 90 °, and the like, which is not limited herein. Optionally, the included angle between the plane formed by the plurality of second directions and the first direction may be selected to be 10 °, 20 °, 30 °, 40 °, 45 °, 50 °, 60 °, 70 °, 80 °, 90 °, and the like.
In one embodiment, the heating module 3 has a top surface perpendicular to the first direction and a side surface extending from the periphery of the top surface and bent downward, and the air outlet 322 is disposed on the side surface. It can be understood that the plane of the top surface of the heating module 3 is perpendicular to the first direction, the side surface of the heating module 3 surrounds the periphery of the top surface, and the side surface is formed by bending and extending the periphery of the top surface downwards.
It is understood that the side surfaces surround the top surface to form a cylindrical structure, which may be a circular cylindrical or polygonal cylindrical structure, but is not limited thereto. In this embodiment, through locating heating module 3's side with air outlet 322, so when making the water droplet that is located the clothing of waiting to dry above the stoving space 14 low because of gravity, thereby effectively avoid the water droplet to drip into in heating module 3 from air outlet 322, influence the normal operating that heats module 3.
