The following disclosure provides many different embodiments, or examples, for implementing different features of the invention. In order to simplify the disclosure of the present invention, the components and arrangements of specific examples are described below. Of course, they are merely examples and are not intended to limit the present invention. Furthermore, the present invention may repeat reference numerals and/or letters in the various examples. This repetition is for the purpose of simplicity and clarity and does not in itself dictate a relationship between the various embodiments and/or configurations discussed. In addition, the present disclosure provides examples of various specific processes and materials, but one of ordinary skill in the art may recognize the applicability of other processes and/or the use of other materials.
Referring now to fig. 1-10, an aircraft 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described, the aircraft 100 being useful for agricultural operations such as spraying pesticides or spraying water onto crops in the agro-farming industry. For example, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the aircraft 100 may be a plant protection unmanned aerial vehicle, which is an unmanned aircraft for agricultural and forestry plant protection operation, and the unmanned aircraft is composed of a flight platform, a navigation flight control system, a spraying system, and the like, and the spraying operation is realized through ground remote control or navigation flight control, and can spray chemicals, seeds, powders, and the like.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an aircraft 100 according to an embodiment of the invention may include; the device comprises a machine body assembly 1, a machine arm device 2, a power device 4, a spraying device 8 and a driving device 5. Wherein the spraying device 8 is used for spraying a medicament, seeds, powder or the like.
Referring to fig. 2, the horn devices 2 are connected to the body assembly 1, for example, two horn devices 2 are provided, two horn devices 2 are symmetrically disposed about the body assembly 1, and an inner end of each horn device 2 is connected to the body assembly 1.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the power unit 4 is rotatably mounted at the outer end of the boom device 2, the power unit 41 includes a power motor 411 and a propeller 412 mounted on the power motor 411, the spraying device 8 is located below the power unit 4, the spraying device 8 is rotatably connected to the boom device 2, the driving device 5 is respectively connected to the power unit 41 and the spraying device 8, and the driving device 5 is used for driving the power unit 41 and the spraying device 8 to rotate in the same direction. It will be appreciated that when the drive means 5 drives the power unit 41 to rotate anticlockwise around the arm means 2, the drive means 5 also drives the spraying means 8 to rotate anticlockwise; when the drive unit of the drive means 5 is rotated clockwise around the arm means 2, the drive means 5 also drives the sprinkling means 8 clockwise.
The inventor found in practical studies that, in the related art, when the unmanned aerial vehicle is in a hovering state, the propeller of the power unit rotates to form a downward pressing wind field below, the spraying device is located in the middle of the wind field, the central axis of the spraying device is parallel to or coincides with the rotation axis of the propeller 4, and the fog drops sprayed out of the spraying device are uniformly dispersed downward along with the downward pressing wind field. When the aircraft changes the flight state and flies forwards, backwards, turns left or right, the driving motor at the bottom of the propeller controls the propeller to incline around the horn device, and the spraying device at the bottom of the horn cannot incline synchronously with the propeller, so that a large included angle is formed between the rotation axis of the propeller and the central axis of the spraying device, the sprayed mist drops cannot be uniform, and the spraying effect of the aircraft 100 is affected.
And according to the utility model discloses aircraft 100, drive arrangement 5 can drive power unit 41 and sprinkler 8 syntropy and rotate, forward, backward or when turning to aircraft 100, be favorable to making central axis of sprinkler 8 and the rotatory central axis of screw 412 of power device 4 remain parallel or coincide throughout, in other words, when aircraft 100 changes the flight gesture, be favorable to making sprinkler 8 be located the middle part of wind field all the time, the droplet that sprinkler 8 sprinkled can evenly spray under the wind field of the formation of power unit 41, improve aircraft 100's the effect of spraying.
Or, in some embodiments, a certain angle is preset between the central axis of the spraying device 8 and the rotating central axis of the propeller 412 of the power device 4, and a better spraying effect can be achieved at the angle, and the spraying device 8 and the propeller 412 of the power device 4 rotate synchronously, so that a proper included angle is always kept between the central axis of the spraying device 8 and the rotating central axis of the propeller 412 of the power device 4.
According to the utility model discloses aircraft 100, through making drive arrangement 5 link to each other with power unit 41 and sprinkler 8 respectively, forward, backward or when turning to aircraft 100, drive arrangement 5 drive power unit 41 and sprinkler 8 syntropy rotate, be favorable to making central axis of sprinkler 8 and the rotatory central axis of propeller 412 of power device 4 remain parallel or coincidence throughout, the droplet that sprinkler 8 sprayed can evenly spray under the wind field of the formation of power unit 41, improve aircraft 100's the effect of spraying.
Alternatively, in some examples, as shown with reference to fig. 7 and 8, the driving device 5 may drive the power unit 41 and the spraying device 8 to synchronously rotate the same direction, for example, when the driving device 5 drives the power unit 41 to rotate counterclockwise around the arm device 2 by a preset angle, the driving device 5 also drives the spraying device 8 to rotate counterclockwise by a preset angle; when the driving unit of the driving device 5 rotates clockwise around the horn device 2 by a preset angle, the driving device 5 also drives the spraying device 8 to rotate clockwise by the preset angle. Therefore, the central axis of the spraying device 8 and the rotating central axis of the propeller 412 of the power device 4 can be always kept parallel or coincident, which is beneficial to further improving the spraying accuracy of the spraying device 8, ensuring the spraying amplitude and further improving the spraying effect of the spraying device 8.
