When the device is used, the device can be adjusted according to actual conditions such as the water quality of sewage to be treated, daily sewage discharge amount, equipment arrangement place and the like, the layer number of the second filter layer 121 is changed, the type, the use amount and the arrangement mode of the filter medium 1212 are changed, the installation mode of the filter net box 1211 is changed, the second filter layer 121 and the second treatment part 12 are flexibly assembled, and the optimal filtering effect is achieved.
The third filter layer 131 is installed on the upper portion of the third treatment portion 13 through bolts and buckles, the third filter layer 131 comprises a filter plate 1311 and filter cotton 1312, the filter cotton 1312 is placed between the two filter plates 1311 and is paved and fixed by the filter plates 1311, and a better filtering effect can be achieved. The filter plate 1311 is densely provided with through holes, which not only facilitates the filtration of purified water, but also plays a role in filtration. The lower part of the third processing part 13 is embedded and communicated with a purified water outlet pipe 132, a backwashing air inlet pipe 14 and a backwashing water inlet pipe 15, and fastening flanges are arranged at the connection parts of the purified water outlet pipe, the backwashing air inlet pipe 14 and the backwashing water inlet pipe 15.
The specific implementation process is as follows:
when sewage is required to be filtered, the sewage is discharged into the filter box 1 from the sewage inlet pipe 111, the drainage plate 112 enables the sewage to be uniformly dispersed onto the first filtering layer 113, and meanwhile, the drainage plate 112 and the first filtering layer 113 perform rough filtration on the sewage, so that algae lumps, large suspended matters and the like in the sewage are intercepted and filtered. When the filter medium 1212 needs to be backwashed, the backwashing air inlet pipe 14, the backwashing water inlet pipe 15 and the backwashing water outlet pipe 16 are opened, the filter medium 1212 is scrubbed by using strong air pressure, impurities attached to the filter medium 1212 are eluted from the filter medium 1212, the filter medium 1212 is cleaned by using concentrated water, the cleaned sewage flows out from the backwashing water outlet pipe 16, the filter medium 1212 recovers a good filtering effect after being flushed, and the subsequent requirement on turbidity can be met for a long time.
After the filter medium 1212 is used for a period of time, the backwashing air inlet pipe 14 is opened, aeration treatment is performed on the filter medium 1212, so that the phenomena of hardening, agglomeration, flocculation with impurities and the like of the filter medium 1212 can be effectively prevented, the dispersion degree of the filter medium 1212 can be improved, and the filtering effect is further improved.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 5, the multi-media filtering apparatus for sewage treatment in embodiment 2 is different from embodiment 1 in that the structure of the second filtering layer 121 is different, the filtering net case 1211 and the filtering net cover 1213 are both made of water-impermeable plates, a net-shaped water inlet 1214 is formed at the left side of the filtering net cover 1213, and a net-shaped water outlet 1215 is formed at the right side of the bottom surface of the filtering net 1211, so that sewage enters from the water inlet 1214 on the filtering net cover 1213 and flows out from the water outlet 1215 of the filtering net case 1211 to fully contact with the filtering medium 1212 for a long time during filtering, thereby achieving better filtering effect. The scheme is particularly suitable for sewage treatment projects such as small filtered water amount, small sewage treatment projects, dispersible sewage treatment projects and high particle content in sewage, and can effectively reduce indexes such as CODcr and SS in sewage.
The rest of the structure and the operation principle of the embodiment 2 are the same as those of the embodiment 1.
