Description

Hand-held electric hair drier with side air inlet
Technical Field
The utility model relates to a hand-held type domestic appliance field especially relates to a hand-held type hairdryer of side inlet air that is used for hair nursing and such as hair dryer and heat setting brush.
Background
Based on the characteristic that the hair dryer can be rapidly shaped and dried, the hair dryer has a large audience group. The fan unit in the blower can suck air flow from an air inlet of the blower and send the sucked air flow out from an air outlet opposite to the air inlet, so that the drying purpose is achieved. Additionally, hot air blowers (such as heat styling brushes) are used to style hair in either a wet or dry condition. The air outlet of the blower can be connected with an air nozzle, the air speed of the air flow can be improved through the air nozzle, the air flow can be concentrated, and the purpose of modeling is achieved.
The most important performance for a hair dryer is comfort and safety, and it is generally difficult to compromise both with current hair dryers. Particularly, for the travelling comfort, the most direct problem is the time of hair drying, for the great women of hair volume, often dry the hair and need the time of ten minutes to still need swing, the removal hair-dryer that must not stop blow-dry in-process, waste time and energy, lead to the arm hard, influence and use experience. There are no two ways to dry hair quickly, either to raise the temperature or to increase the air volume. The first approach, commonly used by conventional hair dryers, is to increase the temperature to shorten the time required to dry the hair. But high temperatures are prone to safety issues: the hair is baked to be dry, scales and branches are generated, and the scalp is damaged at high temperature. The second way is to increase the air volume only by increasing the motor to drive a larger fan, but the weight and noise of the hair dryer are increased, and the experience is more affected.
Chinese utility model patent CN201131424Y discloses a hair-dryer of side air inlet, including the casing, be equipped with the air intake on the casing, the air intake blows and is equipped with the fan blade, and its air intake setting is in the both sides of casing, and the motor starts the back, and wind gets into simultaneously from both sides air intake, and the amount of wind is great, and the motor dress is on the support that blade one end links to each other, therefore the motor can not block the wind direction, and wind directly gets into in the casing along the wind channel. The utility model discloses a position through changing hair-dryer air intake to change the flow path of wind, and then reduce the power consumption of hair-dryer. However, the hair dryer also has a problem of loud noise during use and has a low energy utilization rate. US5875562A discloses another widely used side entry blower which mounts a motor within a handle portion and is connected in driving relationship to an impeller by a long vertical shaft to minimize sound and vibration in the handle portion. The utility model discloses a large-scale impeller flows the air from large-scale top air inlet downwards, then passes through it outside the transmission in order to weather the hair through the side gas vent. However, the utility model is only suitable for the fan with low rotation speed (the rotation speed per minute is 20000 revolutions or less).
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
The utility model discloses the main technical problem who solves provides a side air inlet hand-held type hairdryer, reduces wind and makes an uproar when can providing high-pressure jet stream.
In order to solve the above technical problem, the utility model discloses a technical scheme provides a hand-held type hairdryer of side air inlet, and it includes main part and handle, and this main part includes main fluid export, fan unit, heating element and fluid flow path. The fluid flow path includes a main fluid path and a side path. The fan unit is disposed in the main fluid path, the fan unit drawing fluid into the main fluid path and transporting fluid through the heating element such that fluid in the main fluid path is heated and exits from a main fluid outlet. The axial direction of the fan unit is parallel to the main fluid path. The main fluid path and the side path meet before the air intake end of the fan unit. The port of the side path includes a first aperture including a plurality of apertures extending at least partially around an outer wall of the body.
Generally, a fan unit driven by a digital high-speed motor sucks air fluid to provide high-pressure jet air flow, negative pressure is formed if the air fluid at the front end of the fan unit is not sufficiently supplemented, disturbance is caused to the air flow discharged from the rear end of the fan unit, on one hand, the air outlet speed per unit area is reduced, and on the other hand, large air noise is generated due to air flow disturbance and transverse friction. The utility model discloses side air inlet hand-held type hairdryer's side route joins with the main fluid route, joins the position and gets into fan unit front end at the fluid. The side path increases a path for supplementing air fluid, on one hand, the air supplementing speed is increased to reduce negative pressure so as to realize airflow balance, and on the other hand, airflow disturbance on the main flow outlet is eliminated so as to reduce air noise.
In a preferred embodiment, the lateral path comprises at least two corners. The side path is perpendicular to the main fluid path.
