Description

Hand-held electric hair drier
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of hand-held household appliances, in particular to a hand-held hair dryer for hair care and hair drying appliances such as hair dryers and heat-setting brushes.
Background
Based on the characteristic that the hair dryer can be rapidly shaped and dried, the hair dryer has a large audience group. The fan unit in the blower can suck air flow from an air inlet of the blower and send the sucked air flow out from an air outlet opposite to the air inlet, so that the drying purpose is achieved. Additionally, hot air blowers (such as heat styling brushes) are used to style hair in either a wet or dry condition. The air outlet of the blower can be connected with an air nozzle, the air speed of the air flow can be improved through the air nozzle, the air flow can be concentrated, and the purpose of modeling is achieved.
The most important performance for a hair dryer is comfort and safety, and it is generally difficult to compromise both with current hair dryers. Particularly, for the travelling comfort, the most direct problem is the time of hair drying, for the great women of hair volume, often dry the hair and need the time of ten minutes to still need swing, the removal hair-dryer that must not stop blow-dry in-process, waste time and energy, lead to the arm hard, influence and use experience. There are no two ways to dry hair quickly, either to raise the temperature or to increase the air volume. The first approach, commonly used by conventional hair dryers, is to increase the temperature to shorten the time required to dry the hair. But high temperatures are prone to safety issues: the hair is baked to be dry, scales and branches are generated, and the scalp is damaged at high temperature. The second way is to increase the air volume only by increasing the motor to drive a larger fan, but the weight and noise of the hair dryer are increased, and the experience is more affected.
Dyson hair dryers are widely accepted by users. The Dyson high-speed digital motor carried by the Dyson hair drier has the advantages that the rotating speed per minute reaches more than 110000 revolutions (twenty-three thousand revolutions per minute of the rotating speed of most hair driers on the market), three times of strong airflow is sprayed by an Air Amplifier airflow multiplication technology, wet hair can be dried in seconds under high-pressure spraying airflow, and the damage to the hair is reduced. Meanwhile, due to the ultrahigh frequency rotating speed of the motor, the frequency of the generated partial noise is very high, and a noise person higher than the upper limit of the common ear hearing (twenty kilohertz) cannot hear the partial noise, so the noise is small. However, because the motor and the fan are arranged in the handle, the annular wall air duct is arranged at the joint of the handle and the air blowing cylinder, air is blown out mainly through the coanda effect, on one hand, the energy utilization efficiency is not high, and on the other hand, the handle cannot be folded.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly solves the technical problem of providing a handheld electric hair drier which can provide high-pressure jet air flow and simultaneously improve air supplement speed so as to reduce negative pressure to realize air flow balance, thereby improving energy utilization efficiency. In addition, the handheld electric hair drier accelerates the heat dissipation efficiency under the condition of increasing the air outlet speed of a unit area.
In order to solve the above technical problem, one technical solution adopted by the present invention is to provide a hand-held hair dryer, which comprises a main body and a handle, wherein the main body comprises a main fluid inlet, a main fluid outlet, a fan unit, a heating element and a fluid flow path. The fluid flow path includes a primary fluid path extending linearly from the primary fluid inlet into the body to the primary fluid outlet, a side path and a wall defining path. The side path and the wall defining path draw fluid through the main fluid path into the fan unit. The fan unit is disposed on the main fluid path, the fan unit drawing fluid into the main fluid path and transporting fluid through the heating element such that fluid in the main fluid path is heated.
Generally, a fan unit driven by a digital high-speed motor sucks air fluid to provide high-pressure jet air flow, negative pressure is formed if the air fluid at the front end of the fan unit is not sufficiently supplemented, disturbance is caused to the air flow discharged from the rear end of the fan unit, on one hand, the air outlet speed per unit area is reduced, and on the other hand, large air noise is generated due to air flow disturbance and transverse friction. The side path and the walls of the hand held hair dryer of the present invention define a path that merges with the main fluid path at a point where the fluid enters the front end of the fan unit. The side paths and the wall-defining paths increase the path of the make-up air flow, on the one hand increasing the make-up air velocity to reduce the negative pressure to achieve air flow balance, and on the other hand eliminating air flow disturbances to reduce air noise.
In a preferred embodiment, the side path is perpendicular to the main fluid path.
In a preferred embodiment, the primary fluid inlet comprises a first aperture comprising a plurality of apertures.
In a preferred embodiment, the outer wall of the body proximate the primary fluid outlet comprises a second aperture comprising a plurality of apertures extending at least partially around the body.
In a preferred embodiment, the second aperture connects the walls to define a path.
In a preferred embodiment, the outer wall of the body proximate the primary fluid inlet comprises a third aperture comprising a plurality of apertures extending at least partially around the body.
In a preferred embodiment, the third holes are symmetrically disposed at both sides of the body to connect the side paths, respectively.
In a preferred embodiment, the handle is connected to the fan unit at a location on the main body.
In a preferred embodiment, a power cable for supplying power to the fan unit extends through an end of the handle.
In a preferred embodiment, the heating element extends along the body to the primary fluid outlet.
In a preferred embodiment, the body further comprises a duct and an outer wall, the duct extending within the outer wall, the space extending between the duct and the outer wall providing the wall defining the path. The duct facilitates, on the one hand, the insulation of the heated fluid in said main fluid path and, on the other hand, the heat dissipation of said heating element and the motor of said fan unit.
In a preferred embodiment, the wall defines a path that is annular.
