Description

Blower fan cover
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of hand-held household appliances, in particular to a blower housing for hair care and hair dryers such as hair dryers and heat-setting brushes.
Background
Based on the characteristic that the hair dryer can be rapidly shaped and dried, the hair dryer has a large audience group. The fan unit in the blower can suck air flow from an air inlet of the blower and send the sucked air flow out from an air outlet opposite to the air inlet, so that the drying purpose is achieved. Additionally, hot air blowers (such as heat styling brushes) are used to style hair in either a wet or dry condition. The air outlet of the blower can be connected with a fan cover, the air speed of the air flow can be improved through the fan cover, the air flow can be concentrated, and the purpose of modeling is achieved.
The most important performance for a hair dryer is comfort and safety, and it is generally difficult to compromise both with current hair dryers. Particularly, for the travelling comfort, the most direct problem is the time of hair drying, for the great women of hair volume, often dry the hair and need the time of ten minutes to still need swing, the removal hair-dryer that must not stop blow-dry in-process, waste time and energy, lead to the arm hard, influence and use experience. There are no two ways to dry hair quickly, either to raise the temperature or to increase the air volume. The first approach, commonly used by conventional hair dryers, is to increase the temperature to shorten the time required to dry the hair. The second approach to increase the air volume can only be achieved by increasing the rotational speed of the motor to drive a stronger wind speed. However, both of these approaches can cause the problem of over-burning of the blower outlet due to the long-term use of the blower, which affects the safety of the blower.
The air hood of the hair drier is matched with the hair drier for use, mainly has the effects of shaping and drying, can be used for hairstyles such as straight hair and slightly coiled hair without scalding and dyeing, and can achieve the effects of not collapsing and not damaging hair quality. The outer wall of the existing blower fan cover is sealed, when the existing blower fan cover is installed on a blower and used, air suction cannot be performed, namely, the effect of pressurization is not achieved, and heat of a blower opening is gathered, so that the blower opening is too high in temperature, and blower faults and thermal deformation of the fan cover are caused. Therefore, the existing blower hoods do not have the function of adsorbing and fixing hair in order to avoid heat damage to the hair.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly solves the technical problem of providing a fan cover of a hair dryer, which can form negative pressure to adsorb hair, provide hot jet airflow for drying and shaping the hair, and provide external circulation air supplement to accelerate heat dissipation efficiency so as to avoid the problem of overhigh temperature of the fan cover, thereby improving the use safety of the hair dryer and protecting the hair.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts a technical scheme that a fan cover of a blower is provided. The blower fan cover comprises an air dispersing sheet, air dispersing teeth, a filter sheet, an inner pipe wall and an outer pipe wall so as to form an inner fluid path and an outer fluid path. The inner fluid path is positioned within the inner tube wall and the outer tube wall extends around the inner tube wall, and wherein the outer fluid path is positioned between the inner tube wall and the outer tube wall. The inner fluid path and the outer fluid path are in communication. The outer tube wall is provided with an opening and is communicated with the outer fluid path. The inner fluid path is communicated with the air dispersing sheet and the air dispersing teeth for sucking air. The wind cover closing-in of the outer pipe wall is longer than the wind cover closing-in of the inner pipe wall. The filter sheet is arranged between the inner pipe wall and the air dispersion sheet. The far center areas of the air dispersing piece and the filter piece are respectively provided with a first high-flux through hole and a second high-flux through hole, and the positions of the first high-flux through hole and the second high-flux through hole correspond to each other.
First aspect, the first high flux through-hole and the second high flux through-hole that far central zone set up respectively of air-dispersing piece and cassette for the hair-dryer during operation, the fan housing forms outer lane wind pressure and is higher than the inner circle wind pressure, thereby forms the negative pressure, and is stable to the absorption of hair. In the second aspect, the inner diameter of the wind-dispersing teeth of the outer ring is larger than the inner diameter of the wind-dispersing teeth of the inner ring, so that the air-discharging speed of the wind-dispersing teeth of the outer ring is larger than the air-discharging speed of the wind-dispersing teeth of the outer ring, and the horizontal height of the wind-dispersing grooves of the outer ring is higher than the horizontal height of the wind-dispersing grooves of the inner ring, thereby further adsorbing and fixing hair. The negative pressure in the two aspects ensures that the hair cannot be scattered in the drying and shaping process, and is convenient for heat shaping.
The fan cover simultaneously solves the problem of overheating of the fan cover, and avoids the hair from being damaged by heat in the adsorption drying process. Generally, a fan unit driven by a digital high-speed motor sucks air fluid to provide high-pressure jet hot air flow, and the air blower is overheated after being used for a long time, so that a potential safety hazard is formed. Therefore, the negative pressure existing on the inner fluid path inside the inner pipe wall of the blower fan housing sucks air through the outer fluid path communicated with the inner fluid path to realize air flow balance, thereby cooling the blower fan housing. The double-layer pipe wall structure of the blower fan cover forms an inner fluid path and an outer fluid path. The communication of the inner fluid path and the outer fluid path increases the way of supplementing or discharging air fluid, on one hand, the external circulation air supplementing can be improved, so that the heat dissipation efficiency is accelerated, and on the other hand, the speed of discharging hot air is increased. The fluid in the outer fluid path avoids potential safety hazards caused by overheating the outer tube wall.
