本实用新型涉及采暖,具体为一种利用电热采暖的装置。
现有市场上销售的家用电热取暖器是由充满油的散热器和置于油中的电热元件所构成,由于油容量较大,传热速度慢;受油的温度限制,散热器温度不能太高;油的价格较高,使取暖器的成本也相应较高。
本实用新型的目的在于对上述家用电热取暖器进行改进,提供一种以水蒸汽代替油作传热介质的家用电热取暖器。
本实用新型提供的家用电热取暖器由散热器和安装在散热器下部的电热元件所组成,其特点是整个散热器的上部空腔为抽真空状态,仅在下部安装电热元件部位充水。当电热元件接通电源后,其周围的水在真空状态下低于100℃即可沸腾产生蒸汽,蒸汽携带热量很快充满整个散热器空腔,蒸汽散热后冷凝成水又落到下部的水中,如此循环往复,完成热的传递。
本实用新型如果使散热器空腔中的真空度较高,水温在30-40℃即可沸腾产生蒸汽,在压力升到一个大气压时,蒸汽温度最高可达120℃,不仅传热速度快,而且散热器温度可提高,由于省去了油,使取暖器的成本也相应降低。
附图所示为本实用新型的结构示意图(局部剖视),其中1为散热器,2为散热器上部的空腔,做成抽真空状态,3为散热器下部的水,浸没电热元件4。

1、一种家用电热取暖器,由散热器(1)和安装在散热器下部的电热元件(4)所构成,其特征在于整个散热器的上部空腔(2)为抽真空状态,下部安装电热元件部位充水(3)。
