本实用新型属于电暖气的改进。
目前,在一些商店和用户中,见到的电暖气,是通过管状电热元件将暖气片中的导热油加热。所存在的缺点是耗能量大、结构复杂、成本高。
本实用新型的目的是针对上述存在的缺点,提供一种样式新颖,结构先进,耗能少,使用方便的电热暖气。并以电热膜取代电热元件;以酒精取代导热油。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的,它由挂架、立柱、底座构成。其特征是在立柱(2)底部装有加热器(4),它是由φ25厘米空心薄壁管制成。在管内刷涂一层电热膜并装有簧片触点,经导线与底座(3)紧固的控制盒(5)电源插座、电源开关、限温器、电源指示灯连接。采用限温器保证恒温常压。立柱(2)采取真空装液,传导热能快。
本实用新型与现有电暖气相比,具有结构先进、耗能少、成本低、使用方便等优点。在使用过程采用电热膜加热,安全可靠,热效率高,便于推广使用。

本实用新型的立柱(2)采用薄壁钢管制成,在立柱(2)上部装有挂架(1),下部插入底座(3)中。在立柱(3)底部装有加热器(4),通过电热膜加热,所说电热膜是采用硅、锡、铝粉与树脂制成。在真空立柱(2)中装有燃点低,热传导快的酒精。通过试验:在接通220V电源后,10分钟立柱表面温度可达100℃以上。它比管状电热元件、导热油加热节能50%。

1、一种电热暖气,具有直立式立柱和挂架,其特征是立柱(2)上部装有挂架(1)下部插入底座(3)中,在立柱(2)底部装有电热膜加热器(4),通过控制盒(5)电源插座接通。
2、按照权利要求,所述的电热暖气,其特征是所说的立柱(2)体内无空气,处于真空状态。体内溶液为酒精。
