1、技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种太阳能热水器配件,具体地说是一种多功能太阳能热管集热器。
2、技术背景
现有技术的太阳能真空管集热器其结构是中心管与太阳能蓄水箱的底部相接,冷水进入真空管的中心管吸收太阳的辐射热量温度升高后通过对流热水进入蓄水箱的上部,冷水又补充进中心管内,最后将蓄水箱内的水加热至上下等温。在实际应用中所存在的不足是采热效率低,在冷热不均的过程中集热管易爆裂,不具有水电隔离安全措施的电加热功能等。
3、发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种采热效率高、自带电加热器的多功能太阳能热管集热器。
本实用新型的目的是按以下方式实现的,在太阳能真空管的真空腔内填充热管锅炉中使用的超导热介质,在真空管的中心管中设置电加热装置作为补充热源,通过导热介质将太阳能和电热器的热量传递给蓄水箱。克服了现有技术的太阳能热水器在蓄水箱中另外加设电加热器造成蓄水箱漏水或漏电的不足。

本实用新型的多功能太阳能热管集热器,其结构是由管体1、中心加热管2、超导介质3及电加热器4构成,超导介质3位于管体1中的底部,中心加热管2设置在管体1的中间,电加热器4设置在中心加热管2之中。
5、实施方式
本实用新型的多功能太阳能热管集热器其加工制作非常简单方便,按说明书附图所示加工制作即可,其加工工艺与普通太阳能真空管集热器相同。不同的是在真空管内注入超导介质以提高热的传导性提高太阳能的吸收率,同时在真空管的中心管内设置电加热器,通过加热超导介质间接对蓄水箱中的冷水进行辅助加热,用以提高电热器的换热效率和安全性。
本实用新型的多功能太阳能热管集热器和现有技术相比,具有设计新颖合理、结构简单、易于加工、体积小、使用方便、热效率高和安全可靠等特点,可实现集热水箱与恒温水箱分离使用。因而,具有很好的推广使用价值。
