Illustratively, the outer garnish 124 is secured to a protruding portion of the inner garnish 123. The decorative sheet 122 is located outside the housing 11 and is fixedly connected to the housing 11. The decorative sheet 122 is disposed around the protruding portion. The exterior garnish 124 covers a protruding portion in the garnish sheet 122 and a part of the structure of the garnish sheet 122. Another part of the structure of the decorative sheet 122 is exposed with respect to the exterior trim 124. It is understood that the decorative sheet 122 is fixedly connected between the outer decoration 124 and the housing 11, and the housing 11 and the outer decoration 124 sandwich the decorative sheet 122. With continued reference to fig. 5, in some embodiments, the housing assembly 10 further includes a third adhesive layer 13 disposed between the outer decoration 124 and the inner decoration 123. The third adhesive layer 13 may be, but is not limited to, a solid adhesive, such as a double-sided adhesive.
In the embodiment of the present application, the outer decoration 124 and the inner decoration 123 are hermetically connected by the third adhesive layer 13, so that the sealing performance of the housing assembly 10 is improved, and the electronic device can be effectively protected from water and dust, thereby improving the reliability of the electronic device.
In some embodiments, the inner decoration 123 includes a body portion 1231 and a skirt 1232. The body 1231 is fitted in the through hole 110. The protruding portion is located on the side of the main body portion 1231 near the outer garnish 124. Skirt 1232 projects outwardly from body 1231 and is located inside housing 11. Skirt 1232 is adapted to be fixedly coupled to inner surface 111 of housing 11. The skirt 1232 forms a stepped surface with the body 1231, and the stepped surface is fixed to the inner surface 111. Illustratively, the first adhesive layer 14 is bonded between the skirt 1232 and the inner surface 111 to secure the interior trim 123 to the inner surface 111 of the housing 11. The first adhesive layer 14 may be, but is not limited to, a solid adhesive, such as a double-sided adhesive.
In the embodiment of the present application, the inner decoration 123 is provided with the skirt 1232 fixed to the inner surface 111 of the housing 11, so that the risk of the camera decoration 121 and the decoration sheet 122 falling off from the outer surface 112 of the housing 11 is reduced, thereby improving the reliability of fixing the camera decoration 121 and the decoration sheet 122 to the housing 11. Meanwhile, the skirt 1232 increases the area of the fixed connection of the camera trim 121 with respect to the housing 11, and further improves the waterproof and dustproof performance of the electronic device.
In the present application, the inner decoration 123 is fixedly connected to the outer decoration 124, the inner decoration 123 and the outer decoration 124 are fixedly connected to the decoration piece 122, and the decoration piece 122 is fixedly connected to the outer surface 112 of the housing 11, so that the inner decoration 123 and the outer decoration are fixedly connected to the housing 11, at this time, the width of the skirt 1232 can be appropriately reduced, the internal space of the electronic device occupied by the skirt 1232 is reduced, the gap between the skirt 1232 and the internal components of the electronic device is increased, and the risk of interference failure between the skirt 1232 and the internal components is reduced.
With continued reference to fig. 5, in some embodiments, the body portion 1231 is convex with respect to the outer surface 112. The decorative sheet 122 surrounds the edge of the main body 1231. Illustratively, the decorative sheet 122 surrounds the edge of the protruding portion of the main body portion 1231. The decorative sheet 122 is fixed to the outer surface 112 of the case 11 by the second adhesive layer 15. The second adhesive layer 15 may be, but is not limited to, a solid state adhesive, such as a double sided adhesive.
In the present embodiment, the portion of the main body 1231 protruding from the outer surface 112 is used to position the decorative sheet 122, so as to improve the accuracy and speed of mounting the decorative sheet 122 on the housing 11.
In some embodiments, the outer garnish 124 covers the main body portion 1231 in the thickness direction of the housing assembly 10. The edge of the exterior trim 124 and the main body 1231 form a stepped structure, and the decorative sheet 122 is fitted in the stepped structure.
In the embodiment of the present application, the decorative sheet 122 is embedded in the stepped structure formed by the edge of the outer decorative member 124 and the main body 1231, and the outer decorative member 124 and the housing 11 clamp the decorative sheet 122, so that the risk of the decorative sheet 122 falling off from the outer surface 112 of the housing 11 is reduced.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, fig. 6 is a partially assembled structural view of the housing assembly 10 shown in fig. 5. In some embodiments, the interior trim 123 has a recess 1210 on a side facing the exterior trim 124. The outer garnish 124 has a boss 1220 on a side facing the inner garnish 123. The boss 1220 is received in the groove 1210.
In the embodiment of the present application, the inner decoration 123 has a groove 1210 at a side facing the outer decoration 124, and the outer decoration 124 has a boss 1220 matching with the groove 1210 at a side facing the inner decoration 123, and the matching between the groove 1210 and the boss 1220 is used to position the position where the outer decoration 124 is installed on the inner decoration 123, thereby improving the accuracy and speed of installing the outer decoration 124 on the inner decoration 123.

In some embodiments, the main body portion 1231 is provided with a first camera hole 1230. The skirt 1232 protrudes from the main body part 1231 in a direction away from the first photographing hole 1230. The outer garnish 124 is provided with a second camera hole 1240. The second camera hole 1240 is disposed opposite to and communicates with the first camera hole 1230 to form a camera hole.
In some embodiments, light-transmissive layer 16 is fixed to the side of outer trim 124 facing away from inner trim 123, and light-transmissive layer 16 blocks the opening of second camera hole 1240. Transparent layer 16 may be a transparent material such as glass. The material of light-transmitting layer 16 is not limited in this application. Transparent layer 16 is fixedly attached to outer garnish 124 through a transparent adhesive layer.
In this embodiment of the application, the light-transmitting layer 16 blocks the opening of the second camera hole 1240, so as to ensure the sealing performance of the electronic device and prevent external impurities from entering the electronic device from the camera hole, thereby improving the reliability of the electronic device. In some embodiments, light transmissive layer 16 can also function to filter stray light. The material of light-transmitting layer 16 is not limited in the present application, and those skilled in the art can select the material of light-transmitting layer 16 according to actual requirements.
Referring to fig. 4 and 7, the number of the first camera hole 1230 and the second camera hole 1240 is plural, and a plurality of camera holes are formed together. The plurality of imaging holes 120 are spaced apart from each other. A plurality of camera holes 120 one-to-one correspond a plurality of modules of making a video recording, supply each module of making a video recording to gather light. The number of the inner garnish 123 and the outer garnish 124 is single. In this embodiment, the housing assembly 10 further includes a fastener 18. The fastener 18 is used to fasten the exterior trim 124 and the interior trim 123. Illustratively, the outer garnish 124 is provided with a first fastening hole, and the inner garnish 123 is provided with a first fastening groove, into which the fastener 18 passes through the first fastener 18 to fasten the outer garnish 124 and the inner garnish 123. The number and location of the fasteners 18 is not limited in this application. In this embodiment, the housing assembly 10 further includes a third adhesive layer 13 adhered between the outer decoration 124 and the inner decoration 123. The third adhesive layer 13 may be, but is not limited to, a solid adhesive, such as a double-sided adhesive.
In the embodiment of the present application, the outer decoration 124 and the inner decoration 123 are not only hermetically connected by the third adhesive layer 13 to improve the waterproof and dustproof performance of the housing assembly 10, but also the outer decoration 124 and the inner decoration 123 are tightly connected by the fastening member 18, which effectively improves the accuracy of assembling the outer decoration 124 and the inner decoration 123, and reduces the risk of the outer decoration 124 falling off from the inner decoration 123, thereby improving the reliability of the housing assembly 10.
With continuing reference to fig. 9 and 10, fig. 9 is a top view of a housing assembly 10 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, and fig. 10 is a cross-sectional view of the structure shown in fig. 9 taken along line C-C.
The present embodiment includes most of the technical features of the foregoing embodiments, and most of the technical solutions of the following embodiments that are the same as the foregoing embodiments are not described in detail. For example, the case assembly 10 includes a case 11, an inner decoration 123, an outer decoration 124, and a decoration sheet 122. The interior trim 123 is secured to the interior surface 111 of the housing 11. The number of light-transmitting layers 16 is plural, and the plural light-transmitting layers 16 are fixed to the plural exterior decorations 124 in one-to-one correspondence. That is, the plurality of light-transmitting layers 16 are disposed to be offset from each other, and close the openings of the second camera holes 1240 in the plurality of exterior trim 124 in one-to-one correspondence.
In the embodiment of the present application, the exterior surface of the housing assembly 10 presents a plurality of exterior decorations 124, and each exterior decoration 124 corresponds to each camera module, so as to satisfy diversified aesthetic requirements of users. Meanwhile, the number of the light-transmitting layers 16 is also multiple, and each light-transmitting layer 16 blocks the opening of the second camera hole 1240 in the corresponding exterior trim 124, so that the area of the light-transmitting layer 16 is reduced on the basis of ensuring the sealing performance of the housing assembly 10, and the risk of cracking of the light-transmitting layer 16 is greatly reduced.
