The display portion 311 is formed by a partial region of the top wall 313 protruding upward, and the display portion 311 is provided with an inner cavity that accommodates the indicator paper 4, the inner cavity communicating with the conduction hole 314. A saliva isolation layer 6 is arranged between the sampling cotton 7 and the sampling end 31, and the sampling cotton 7 is pasted below the sampling end 31 through the saliva isolation layer 6.
One side of the saliva isolating layer 6 is contacted with the inner layer of the top wall 313 of the sampling end 31, the other side of the saliva isolating layer 6 is contacted with the sampling cotton 7, and a through hole 61 for the saliva conducting part 5 to pass through is arranged on the saliva isolating layer 6. The through hole 61 is positioned corresponding to the conduction hole 314, so that the saliva is conducted to pass through the through hole 61 and the conduction hole 314 in sequence and then contacts the indicator paper 4. Because on the prerequisite that has sufficient saliva volume on the sample cotton 7, sample cotton 7 can transmit saliva to indicating test paper 4 through saliva conduction part 5, then judge whether the collection of saliva is complete through indicating test paper 4, consequently, guarantee through saliva insulating layer 6 that sample cotton 7 extracts sufficient saliva volume, make even absorption saliva on the sample cotton 7, prevent sample cotton 7 direct and indicate test paper 4 contact, when leading to sample cotton 7 to gather the saliva volume not enough, sample cotton 7 leads to indicating test paper 4 to change colour with the direct contact of indicating test paper 4, then make the sampling personnel take place the erroneous judgement, so saliva insulating layer 6 both can be connected sample cotton 7 and sampling rod 3's sample end 31, also can make the sample of indicating test paper 4 more accurate, be convenient for confirm whether the saliva is got to extract completely.
The saliva barrier 6 has an area greater than or equal to the area of the upper surface of the sampling cotton 7, which ensures that the saliva barrier 6 completely separates the sampling cotton 7 from the indicator paper 4. The saliva barrier 6 is a double-sided adhesive tape that adheres the sampling cotton 7 to the inside of the top wall 313 of the sampling end 31.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, a fixture block 315 is disposed outside one end of the sampling end 31, two sides of the sample loading port 11 of the upper cover 1 are provided with frames 14, one end of the sample loading port 11 is provided with a baffle 15, the other end of the sample loading port 11 is provided with a buckle 13, two ends of the baffle 15 are respectively connected with the frames 14 at two sides, the sample loading port 11 is disposed in an area enclosed by the frames 14 and the baffle 15, a clamping hole 151 is disposed on the frame 14 or the baffle 15 and is clamped with the fixture block 315, and the buckle 13 is used for clamping the rod body 33 between the sampling end 31 and the handheld end 32. The frame 14 and the baffle 15 tightly hold the sampling end 31 of the sampling rod 3 in the sample port 11, so that the saliva sample can be prevented from being lost around during the extrusion process.
In this embodiment, the latch 315 is preferably disposed on the outer side of the sidewall 312 far away from the handheld end 32, the latching hole 151 is disposed on the baffle 15, the number of the latches 315 is one, and the number of the corresponding latching holes 151 is also one. After the clamping block 315 is matched with the clamping hole 151, the sampling end 31 of the sampling rod 3 is clamped in the sample adding port 11. The upper end surface of the latch 315 is flush with the top wall 313 of the sampling tip 31, and the height of the latch 315 is lower than the height of the side wall 312, so that the latch 315 is easily engaged with the engaging hole 151.
The height of fixture block 315 is less than the height of joint hole 151, can guarantee like this that sampling rod 3 pushes down in application of sample port 11, can make handheld end 32 exert external force and have sufficient space of pushing down of fixture block 315 and sample cotton 7 when pushing down sample cotton 7, prevent simultaneously that fixture block 315 card from dying to lead to the unable pushing down of sample end 31 in joint hole 151.
As shown in FIG. 5, the pressing plate 16 of the upper cover 1 is provided with a plurality of liquid inlet holes 161 and a plurality of protruding strips 162, and the liquid inlet holes 161 are disposed above the sample inlet area 81 of the test strips 8. The convex strips 162 are symmetrically distributed on two sides of the liquid inlet hole 161. The liquid inlet 161 is one or more than two, and the two or more than two liquid inlets 161 can ensure that saliva flows from the sampling cotton 7 to the test strip 8, and the liquid inlets 161 can be arranged at intervals along the length direction of the test strip 8, that is, one or more liquid inlets 161 are arranged above the sample inlet 81 of each test strip 8.
The rib 162 may be provided along the length direction of the strip 8. The convex strip 162 is of a splash-proof strip structure, when the sampling cotton 7 is in full contact with the convex strip 162 on the extrusion plate 16, saliva in the sampling cotton 7 flows out from the bottom of the sampling cotton 7 more easily and uniformly and flows onto the test strip 8 through the liquid inlet hole 161, and the saliva in the sampling cotton 7 in the extrusion process of the handheld end 32 is prevented from being splashed out from the upper end and the periphery of the sampling cotton 7.
As shown in fig. 4, when in use, the upper cover 1 and the lower cover 2 are opened, 1 or more test strips 8 are uniformly placed on the lower cover 2, the upper cover 1 and the lower cover 2 are clamped tightly, saliva is collected by using the sampling rod 3, the sampling end 31 is held in the mouth of a patient, saliva is collected by the sampling cotton 7 made of absorbent cotton strips, after sufficient saliva content is obtained, the clamping block 315 on the sampling end 31 is placed into the clamping hole 151 to be clamped with the clamping hole, the clamping block 13 is fixedly connected with the rod body 33 of the sampling rod 3, the holding end 32 is pressed downwards and forcibly, the clamping block 13 is clamped with the rod body 33, the sampling cotton 7 is fully contacted with the extrusion plate 16 on the sample adding port 11, saliva in the sampling cotton 7 is uniformly extruded and flows from the liquid inlet hole 161 to the sample inlet area 81 on the reagent strip under the combined action of the holding end 32 and the convex strip 162 on the extrusion plate 16, and then fully contacted and reacted, and reading the corresponding result of the display area 82 of the test strip 8 from the display window, thereby achieving the purpose of simultaneously collecting and detecting saliva.
