Claims (10)

1. A stop device for a conveyor apparatus, comprising:
the magnetic suction piece is arranged on the conveying equipment;
the rotating mechanism is rotatably arranged on the conveying equipment and is provided with a dead weight end and a stop end which can be magnetically connected with the magnetic suction piece;
under the nonmagnetic state of the magnetic part, the stopping end rises under the action of the gravity of the dead weight end and moves into the conveying path of the conveying equipment so as to stop the tray conveyed along the conveying path of the conveying equipment; and the magnetic part is provided with a magnetic state, the stop end is attracted with the magnetic part under the action of the magnetic attraction force of the magnetic part and moves out of the transmission path so as to abdicate the tray.

The apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the rotating mechanism comprises a lever, arranged along the conveying direction of the conveying path and located below the conveyor belt, and having the dead-weight end and the stopping end, wherein the moment of the dead-weight end is greater than that of the stopping end, and the stopping end tilts up to the conveying path to form a stopper in a natural equilibrium state of the lever;
the magnetic part is arranged at the lower position corresponding to the stop end, and the magnetic attraction acting force of the magnetic part is larger than or equal to the moment of the dead weight end.
3. The apparatus of claim 2, wherein the stop end is positioned below the conveyor belt in a state of being engaged with the magnetic member.
4. The apparatus of claim 2, wherein the rotation mechanism further comprises:
the balancing weight is arranged at the dead weight end;
the distance value between the balancing weight and the fulcrum of the lever is larger than the distance value between the stopping end and the fulcrum.
5. The apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising:
and the controller is electrically connected with the magnetic attraction piece to form a passage, can change the power-on state of the magnetic attraction piece and is set to change the magnetic attraction force of the magnetic attraction piece by controlling the on-off state of the passage.
6. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the controller controls the passage to be turned on after controlling the passage to be turned off for a preset time period, so that the stopping end stops the tray for the preset time period.
7. The device of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the stop end is made of a permanent magnet material or a metal material.
8. The device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the edge of the tray has an end portion bent in a vertical direction, and the stopper end has a plate-like structure provided in the vertical direction to be capable of stopping at least the end portion.

A conveying apparatus comprising a main body and a conveyor belt provided in the main body, characterized by further comprising the stopping device for a conveying apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 8, the conveyor belt being provided in parallel in two rows along the conveying path, a gap being provided between the two conveyor belts, the stopping device being provided between the two conveyor belts and the stopping end being movable up and down via the gap to stop or give way the tray.
10. The transport apparatus of claim 9, wherein a plurality of stops are disposed along the transport path.
