Background
The steamer is an indispensable machine in the textile printing production process. The steaming process is a process of treating a printed fabric with steam and temperature. The purpose of the steaming is to ensure that the printed fabric finishes the moisture absorption and temperature rise of auxiliary agents such as fiber, color paste, urea and the like, and the reduction and dissolution of dye, and the dye is transferred and fixed into the fiber, thereby achieving the color development effect.
In the traditional printing (circular screen printing and flat screen printing), dye, sodium bicarbonate (commonly called sodium bicarbonate) and carbamide (commonly called urea) are mixed in paste according to a certain proportion, and then the mixture is printed on the surface of the fabric by a printing machine (circular screen printing machine or flat screen printing machine), urea exists in the places with patterns, urea does not exist in the places without patterns, and the steam of a steamer can not stain, so that the steaming machine has no special requirements.
The digital ink-jet printing (printer) sprays ink on the surface of the fabric through a nozzle controlled by a computer. The surface of the fabric must be pre-sized in order for the fabric to contain baking soda, urea, etc. Because the front and back sides of the fabric are full of bottom sizing, the fabric is very easy to stain when being steamed by a steamer.
In order to achieve the saturation and brightness of coloring, a certain amount of oxygen needs to be stored when the reactive dye is steamed in the steamer, and the acid dye and the vat dye need to be in an oxygen-free state when the reactive dye and the vat dye are steamed in the steamer, namely, the interior of the steamer is always kept in a clean steam state.
