本实用新型涉及污水处理装置技术领域,具体涉及一种一体化城市污水处理设备。
背景技术
污水处理:为使污水达到排入某一水体或再次使用的水质要求对其进行净化的过程。污水处理被广泛应用于建筑、农业、交通、能源、石化、环保、城市景观、医疗、餐饮等各个领域,也越来越多地走进寻常百姓的日常生活,一体化污水处理设备是将初沉池、I、II级接触氧化池、二沉池、污泥池集中一体的设备,并在I、II级接触氧化池中进行鼓风曝气,使接触氧化法和活性污泥法有效的结合起来,节省了找人设计污水处理工艺和做基础建设的繁琐,但是现有的一体化污水处理设备对水中污染物质不能够进行较好的除去,同时污物在沉淀过后再次进行过滤净化时,由于壳体底部为平面设置箱体内的污水一般不能够进行彻底的吸入并进行处理,极大的影响了产品处理的质量以及净化效率的提高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的是提供一种便于操作、净化效果好和能够对污水进行彻底的净化处理以及提高装置工作效率的一体化城市污水处理设备,是通过如下方案实现的。
为了实现以上目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案为:一种一体化城市污水处理设备,包括与进水口相连接的调节池,所述调节池上固定安装有酸碱测试器,且所述调节池一端通过水解池连接有反应池,所述反应池一端远离调节池一侧通过沉淀池连接有与出水口相连接的过滤池,所述反应池包括好氧池和厌氧池,所述好氧池和厌氧池之间通过开设有通孔的隔板相连接,且所述好氧池和厌氧池内壁上均设有与隔板相连接的MBR膜,所述沉淀池包括置于壳体内壁底端的V型板,所述V型板上方设有与吊机相连接的凹形压板,所述凹形压板外壁上开设有与收集盒相连接的通管,所述收集盒外壁两侧均固定安装有与V 型板相连接的倾斜板,所述倾斜板和收集盒之间通过扩散孔相连接,且所述凹形压板、V型板和壳体内壁共同形成有挤压腔,所述收集盒和水解池之间循环泵相连接。
进一步的,所述过滤池内壁上从上到下依次设有滤网、活性炭层和吸附棉。
进一步的,所述吊机上的吊钩一侧靠近凹形压板上固定连接有吊孔。
进一步的,所述反应池内壁底端沿MBR膜上设有与滑槽相连接的推块。
进一步的,所述V型板外壁上一侧设有位于倾斜板下方的护壁。
本实用新型的技术效果在于:调节池内通过酸碱测试器看出污水的PH值,然后倒入相应的酸碱溶液进行中和反应,而反应池中的好氧池和厌氧池,可以分别通过曝气等措施维持水中溶解氧含量在4mg/l左右,适宜好氧微生物生长繁殖,从而处理水中污染物质的构筑物;厌氧池就是不做曝气,污染物浓度高,因为分解消耗溶解氧使得水体内几乎无溶解氧,适宜厌氧微生物活动从而处理水中污染物的构筑物,MBR膜分为两部分,一是支承层,另一部分是覆盖在支撑管外表的膜组分,膜技术与污水处理生物反应器相结合的产品,用于固体别离截留,沉淀池中V型板可以将污水收集到挤压腔中,并通过凹形压板配合倾斜板挤压到收集盒中并通过循环泵重新吸入到水解池中进行净化处理,这样的一体化城市污水处理设备大大提高了使用性能,便于操作、净化效果好和能够对污水进行彻底的净化处理以及提高装置工作效率。

参照附图1-2,一种一体化城市污水处理设备,包括与进水口相连接的调节池1,所述调节池1上固定安装有酸碱测试器2,且所述调节池1一端通过水解池3连接有反应池4,所述反应池4一端远离调节池1一侧通过沉淀池5连接有与出水口相连接的过滤池6,所述反应池4包括好氧池7和厌氧池8,所述好氧池7和厌氧池8之间通过开设有通孔的隔板9相连接,且所述好氧池7和厌氧池8内壁上均设有与隔板9相连接的MBR膜10,所述沉淀池5包括置于壳体内壁底端的V型板11,所述V型板11上方设有与吊机12相连接的凹形压板13,所述凹形压板13外壁上开设有与收集盒14相连接的通管,所述收集盒14外壁两侧均固定安装有与V型板11相连接的倾斜板15,所述倾斜板15和收集盒14 之间通过扩散孔相连接,且所述凹形压板13、V型板11和壳体内壁共同形成有挤压腔16,所述收集盒14和水解池3之间循环泵17相连接。
本方案的具体实施例为,所述过滤池6内壁上从上到下依次设有滤网、活性炭层和吸附棉,且所述调节池1一端通过水解池3连接有反应池4,水解是指有机物进入微生物细胞前、在胞外进行的生物化学反应,物质与水发生的导致物质发生分解的反应。
本方案的具体实施例为,所述吊机12上的吊钩一侧靠近凹形压板13上固定连接有吊孔,所述反应池4内壁底端沿MBR膜10上设有与滑槽相连接的推块, MBR膜10将用于固体别离截留到反应池4内壁上时,通过推块的移动,可以将附着在池子内壁上的杂物推送到顶部并进行相应的清洁作业。
本方案的具体实施例为,所述V型板11外壁上一侧设有位于倾斜板15下方的护壁,所述收集盒14外壁两侧均固定安装有与V型板11相连接的倾斜板 15,V型板11与倾斜板15的相互配合,可以使得倾斜板15在下降挤压的过程中,有效的将污水完全的通过挤压作用并经过扩散孔落入到收集盒14中,然后通过循环泵17进行再抽取吸入到水解池3中进行水解净化,相当于进行多次净化处理,提高净化效果。

1.一种一体化城市污水处理设备,其特征在于,包括与进水口相连接的调节池(1),所述调节池(1)上固定安装有酸碱测试器(2),且所述调节池(1)一端通过水解池(3)连接有反应池(4),所述反应池(4)一端远离调节池(1)一侧通过沉淀池(5)连接有与出水口相连接的过滤池(6),所述反应池(4)包括好氧池(7)和厌氧池(8),所述好氧池(7)和厌氧池(8)之间通过开设有通孔的隔板(9)相连接,且所述好氧池(7)和厌氧池(8)内壁上均设有与隔板(9)相连接的MBR膜(10),所述沉淀池(5)包括置于壳体内壁底端的V型板(11),所述V型板(11)上方设有与吊机(12)相连接的凹形压板(13),所述凹形压板(13)外壁上开设有与收集盒(14)相连接的通管,所述收集盒(14)外壁两侧均固定安装有与V型板(11)相连接的倾斜板(15),所述倾斜板(15)和收集盒(14)之间通过扩散孔相连接,且所述凹形压板(13)、V型板(11)和壳体内壁共同形成有挤压腔(16),所述收集盒(14)和水解池(3)之间循环泵(17)相连接。
