The operating unit 1029 of the upper housing 102 of the embodiment of the present application is formed to extend obliquely downward, so that an operator can observe and operate the operating unit 1029 conveniently; the transition portion 1021 is arranged obliquely upward from the cover plate portion 1020, so that even if the cup body 130 overflows, the fluid is blocked by the transition portion 1021 and does not flow to the operation portion 1029, thereby protecting the operation panel 1051.
