When wearing the mask for a long time, the ears feel painful, and at the moment, the hanging belt 2 is taken down from the ears, and then the connecting sheet 4 is pulled to drive the lantern ring 41 to move backwards. When locking the lock mechanism 5, the pair of lock hooks 52 are hooked to each other, and at the same time, the hook and loop fasteners 53 are pressed to be adhered to each other, thereby locking the lock mechanism 5 and fixing the connection piece 4.
