The temperature threshold represents the maximum water temperature in the water coil 11 and may be set in connection with the actual situation. If the water in the water coil 11 is always at a high temperature, the temperature difference between the water coil 11 and the refrigerant of the air conditioner external unit is small, which affects the heat exchange efficiency of the refrigerant, and thus the cooling capacity of the air conditioner becomes low, so a temperature threshold (denoted by T) is set, when the temperature of the water in the water tank 31 (denoted by Tsx) is less than the temperature threshold (T), the controller 13 controls the water inlet switch device 12 to be opened, so that the water in the water tank 31 enters the water coil 11 through the first water inlet pipe L2, and after the water in the water coil 11 is heated by the heat dissipated by the heat exchanging device 21, the water returns to the water tank 31 through the first water outlet pipe L1, thereby heating the original water in the water tank 31 by the heat dissipated by the heat exchanging device 21.
