The side plate 913 may be a support structure of the toasting device 70 for supporting the toasting device 70. The standard UV lamp of a kilowatt can be selected to bake out lamp 73, and when selecting this kind of bake out lamp 73, bake out lamp 73 can set up to two, and two bake out lamps 73 set up on fixed knot constructs 71 along transmission structure 11's transmission direction interval to the work piece 300 that waits to wash that washs the completion toasts, thereby the stoving waits to wash the moisture on work piece 300 surface. Referring to fig. 5, in an embodiment of the present application, the baking device 70 further includes a blocking structure 75, the blocking structure 75 is connected to the top plate 711, and at least a portion of the blocking structure 75 can move close to or away from the conveying structure 11 and block the workpiece 300 to be cleaned when moving close to the conveying structure 11.
When the workpiece 300 to be cleaned is conveyed to the baking station 115, the blocking structure 75 moves close to the transfer structure 11 to block the conveyance of the workpiece 300 to be cleaned. At this time, the baking lamp 73 can be turned on to heat the baking lamp 73, so as to rapidly dry the workpiece 300 to be cleaned, thereby drying the moisture on the surface of the workpiece 300 to be cleaned. The blocking structure 75 may be only one blocking cylinder, and an output shaft of the cylinder is used to block the workpiece 300 to be cleaned from advancing, so as to simplify the structure of the blocking structure 75 while completing the blocking work, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost. Of course, the blocking structure 75 may also be formed by combining a plurality of elements to block the workpiece 300 to be cleaned, and will not be described in detail herein.
It can be understood that the blocking structure 75 can be disposed on a side of the top plate 711 far away from the cleaning device 50, so as to ensure that when the blocking structure 75 operates, the workpiece 300 to be cleaned can be conveyed to a position below the top plate 711, and the baking lamp 73 is convenient for baking the workpiece 300 to be cleaned, so as to achieve a better drying effect.
Referring to fig. 1, in an exemplary embodiment of the present application, a direction perpendicular to a transport direction of the transport structure 11 is defined as a first direction, and the correcting device 30 includes at least two adjusting plates 31 and a second driving member 33. Two of the adjusting plates 31 are located on two opposite sides of the transmission structure 11 in the first direction, the second driving member 33 is connected to the frame 10, the second driving member 33 is located on at least one side of the transmission structure 11 in the first direction and is connected to at least one of the adjusting plates 31, and the second driving member 33 can drive the adjusting plate 31 connected thereto to move closer to or away from the other adjusting plate 31.
In this embodiment, two adjusting plates 31 may be provided, two adjusting plates 31 are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the conveying structure 11 in the first direction, and two adjusting plates 31 may be respectively driven by the second driving member 33. After the workpiece 300 to be cleaned is transferred to the calibration station 111, the second driving member 33 can move in the opposite direction by the adjusting plates 31 located at both sides, so as to limit and fix the workpiece 300 to be cleaned between the two adjusting plates 31, thereby achieving the purpose of calibrating the position of the workpiece 300 to be cleaned. After the calibration is completed, the second driving member 33 drives the two adjusting plates 31 to move in opposite directions, so that the workpiece 300 to be cleaned can be transported continuously.
When the adjusting plates 31 are provided in two, the two adjusting plates 31 are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the transmission structure 11 in the first direction, and only one adjusting plate 31 of the two adjusting plates 31 disposed on two opposite sides of the transmission structure 11 in the first direction may be driven by the second driving member 33, and the other adjusting plate 31 is fixedly connected to the frame 10. After the workpiece 300 to be cleaned is transferred to the calibration station 111, the second driving member 33 drives the adjusting plate 31 connected thereto to move toward the other adjusting plate 31, so as to push the workpiece 300 to be cleaned, and the workpiece 300 to be cleaned is clamped and fixed between the two adjusting plates 31, so as to perform position calibration on the workpiece 300 to be cleaned. After the calibration is completed, the second driving member 33 drives the adjusting plate 31 connected thereto to move away from the other adjusting plate 31, so that the workpiece 300 to be cleaned can be transported continuously.
It is understood that three or more adjusting plates 31 and air cylinders may be provided to correct the position of each orientation of the workpiece 300 to be cleaned, and thus, a detailed description thereof is omitted. The second driving member 33 can be a pneumatic cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder or other structures capable of providing power, and will not be described in detail herein.
Referring to fig. 2, in one embodiment of the present application, the cleaning machine 100 further includes a position sensor 90, and at least one of the calibration station 111, the cleaning station 113, and the baking station 115 is provided with the position sensor 90.
The position sensor 90 located at the calibration station 111 is used for sensing whether the workpiece 300 to be cleaned reaches the calibration station 111, so as to stop the transmission structure 11 when the workpiece 300 to be cleaned reaches the calibration station 111, and simultaneously start the second driving member 33, so that the second driving member 33 drives the adjusting plate 31 to perform position correction on the workpiece 300 to be cleaned. The position sensor 90 located at the cleaning station 113 is used for sensing whether the workpiece 300 to be cleaned reaches the cleaning station 113, stopping the operation of the conveying structure 11 if the workpiece 300 to be cleaned reaches the cleaning station 113, and starting the first driving member 55 to drive the cleaning structure 53 to descend, so that the isolation cover 57 can cover and clean the workpiece 300 to be cleaned. Two position sensors 90 may be disposed on the same side of the cleaning station 113 in the first direction of the conveying structure 11 to monitor whether both the front and rear ends of the workpiece 300 to be cleaned are in place, so as to ensure that the isolation cover 57 can completely cover the workpiece 300 to be cleaned. The sensor located at the baking station 115 is used for sensing whether the workpiece 300 to be cleaned reaches the baking station 115, and if it is detected that the workpiece 300 to be cleaned is located at the baking station 115, the blocking structure 75 can be controlled to descend so as to block the workpiece 300 to be cleaned from advancing, so that the workpiece 300 to be cleaned can be quickly dewatered and dried in the baking device 70.
The position sensors 90 at each station may be disposed at two opposite sides of the conveying structure 11 in the first direction, so as to better monitor the position of the workpiece 300 to be cleaned, and to ensure that the workpiece 300 to be cleaned blocks or stays at the workpiece 300 to be cleaned when the workpiece 300 to be cleaned reaches each station.

Claims (12)

1. A cleaning machine, comprising:
the cleaning machine comprises a rack, wherein a transmission structure for transmitting a workpiece to be cleaned is arranged on the rack, and a correction station, a cleaning station and a baking station are formed on the transmission structure;
the correcting device is connected with the rack and used for correcting the position of the workpiece to be cleaned conveyed to the correcting station before cleaning;
the cleaning device is connected with the rack and used for cleaning the workpiece to be cleaned conveyed to the cleaning station; and
and the baking device is connected with the rack and used for drying the workpiece to be cleaned, which is conveyed to the baking station after being cleaned.
2. The cleaning machine of claim 1 wherein said cleaning device comprises:
the mounting rack is connected with the rack;
the cleaning structure is connected with the mounting frame; and
and two opposite ends of the first driving piece are respectively connected with the mounting frame and the cleaning structure and drive the cleaning structure to be close to or far away from the rack to move.
3. The cleaning machine of claim 2 wherein said cleaning structure comprises:
the connecting plate is connected with the first driving piece;
a plurality of fixed blocks are arranged on the side face, away from the first driving piece, of the connecting plate, and water guide through holes are formed in the fixed blocks; and
the shower nozzle, the shower nozzle is equipped with a plurality ofly, one the shower nozzle corresponds set up in one the fixed block, the shower nozzle rotate connect in the fixed block deviates from the one end of connecting plate, and with the water guide through-hole intercommunication.
4. The cleaning machine of claim 3, wherein the cleaning structure further comprises a fixing plate connected to the first driving member, the fixing plate is spaced apart from one side of the connecting plate facing away from the fixing block, the fixing plate is provided with a water inlet, and the water inlet is communicated with the water guiding through hole.
5. The cleaning machine of claim 2 wherein said cleaning apparatus further comprises a cage connected to the cleaning structure and covering said workpiece to be cleaned during cleaning.
6. The cleaning machine of claim 2 wherein said cleaning apparatus further includes a guide bar, opposite ends of said guide bar being connected to said mounting bracket and said cleaning structure, respectively.
7. The cleaning machine of claim 2 wherein said cleaning apparatus further includes a water collection tank disposed in said frame and below said transport structure and a water circulation tank connected to said water collection tank and said cleaning structure, respectively.
8. The washer of claim 7, wherein said water circulation tank comprises:
a tank body;
the sewage treatment structure is arranged in the tank body and is used for purifying sewage conveyed into the tank body from the water collecting tank; and
the high-pressure pump is arranged in the tank body and used for pressurizing and conveying the purified sewage to the cleaning structure.
9. The cleaning machine of claim 1 wherein said toasting means comprises:
the fixing structure comprises a top plate and at least two side plates, wherein the two side plates are arranged on two opposite sides of the top plate and connected with the rack; and
and two opposite ends of the baking lamp are respectively connected with the two side plates.
10. The cleaning machine of claim 9 wherein said toasting device further comprises a blocking structure connected to said top plate, at least a portion of said blocking structure being movable toward and away from said transport structure and blocking said workpiece to be cleaned when moving toward said transport structure.
11. The cleaning machine according to any one of claims 1 to 10, characterized in that a direction perpendicular to the transport direction of the transport structure is defined as a first direction, the correction device comprising:
at least two adjusting plates, wherein the two adjusting plates are positioned on two opposite sides of the transmission structure in the first direction; and
the second driving piece is connected to the rack, the second driving piece is located at least one side of the transmission structure in the first direction and is connected with at least one adjusting plate, and the second driving piece can drive the adjusting plate connected with the second driving piece to be close to or far away from the other adjusting plate to move.
12. The cleaning machine of any one of claims 1 to 10 further comprising a position sensor, at least one of the alignment station, the cleaning station and the toasting station being provided with the position sensor.
