A cleaning device for processing steel and wood furniture parts comprises a supporting part and a transporting part, and is characterized in that the transporting part is arranged below the supporting part and consists of a first driving part and a plurality of roller rods, two cleaning parts, a washing part and a drying part are sequentially arranged above the supporting part, the washing part is positioned between the two cleaning parts, the cleaning part comprises a first shell, a clamping component and a transferring component, the clamping component is positioned in the first shell, the transferring component is arranged on one side of the first shell, wherein,

The cleaning apparatus for processing parts as claimed in claim 1, wherein a first gear is fixedly connected to an output of the first driving member, a second gear is fixedly connected to each of the plurality of rollers, and the first gear is connected to the plurality of second gears by a chain.

The cleaning device for parts machining according to claim 1 or 2, wherein a filter unit is further provided below the support unit, the filter unit includes a first filter tank and a second filter tank, the first filter tank is located directly below the cleaning unit, the first filter tank has a first row of ports, the second filter tank is located directly below the drying unit, and the second filter tank has a second row of ports.

The cleaning device for processing parts as claimed in claim 3, wherein the flushing part comprises a second housing, water inlets are provided at two sides of the second housing, a filter screen is further installed on the second housing, one of the water inlets is connected to the first outlet, and the other water inlet is connected to the second outlet.

The cleaning device for parts machining according to claim 1, wherein the supporting portion comprises a supporting plate and a plurality of supporting columns, the supporting columns are fixedly connected above the supporting plate, side plates are fixedly connected above the supporting columns, blocking strips are fixedly connected to two sides of each side plate, and a plurality of roller rods are rotatably connected to the side plates.

The cleaning device for parts processing according to claim 5, further comprising an adjusting portion, wherein the adjusting portion is located on a side of the cleaning portion away from the drying portion, the adjusting portion comprises two adjusting seats, the adjusting seats are fixedly connected above the side plate, the adjusting seats are provided with adjusting rods, and the distance between the two adjusting rods is adjustable.
7. The cleaning device for parts machining according to claim 6, wherein the adjusting rod is composed of a round rod and a guide member, the round rod penetrates through the adjusting seat, and the guide member is fixedly connected with the round rod.
8. The cleaning device for processing parts according to claim 1, wherein the drying part comprises a third housing, an air inlet is arranged above the third housing, and a side of the third housing far away from the cleaning part is provided with the maneuvering assembly.

The cleaning device for part processing according to claim 1 or 8, wherein the maneuvering assembly comprises a limiting bar and a base, an asynchronous double-shaft motor is mounted in the middle of the base, ball screws are connected to two ends of the asynchronous double-shaft motor, and a sliding part is further connected to the base and matched with the ball screws.
10. The parts processing cleaning apparatus according to claim 9, wherein output shafts at both ends of the asynchronous double-shaft motor are turned in opposite directions, and wherein the two sliding members are moved toward or away from each other when the ball screw is rotated.
