本实用新型实施例公开了一种充气吸尘一体设备,包括吸尘装置、充气装置以及筒体,吸尘装置和充气装置通过隔板隔离,并通过相互独立的风道设计分别完成吸尘和充气功能,充气装置外侧设计有风道进行散热,在实现吸尘功能的同时还可用于日常充气、篮球打气、自行车补气、汽车轮胎补气等充气需求场景。

本实用新型实施例涉及清洁设备技术领域,具体涉及一种充气吸尘一体设备。
背景技术
便携式吸尘器是体积较小、方便携带的吸尘产品,日常生活中使用非常广泛。其原理是风机叶轮在电动机高速驱动下,使得吸尘器内部和外部之间产生较高的压差,从而使外面的灰尘、碎屑等脏物随着空气进入吸尘器内部,并经过过滤将灰尘、碎屑等收集在吸尘仓,从而实现环境清洁的目的。目前市面上的吸尘产品仅仅是吸尘功能,无其他复用功能。本实用新型实施例提出的一种充气吸尘一体设备,兼具吸尘和打气功能,在实现吸尘功能的同时还可用于日常充气、篮球打气、自行车补气、汽车轮胎补气等充气需求场景。

为此,本实用新型实施例提供一种充气吸尘一体设备,以解决现有的吸尘器产品无法兼具吸尘和打气功能,应用场景有限的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型实施例提供如下技术方案:一种充气吸尘一体设备,所述设备包括吸尘装置、充气装置以及筒体,所述吸尘装置包括吸嘴、吸尘仓和吸尘风机,所述吸嘴连接吸尘仓,所述吸尘仓连接筒体并与吸尘风机连通,所述充气装置包括充气叶轮、充气电机、活塞驱动机构以及气缸,所述充气叶轮连接充气电机,所述充气电机通过活塞驱动机构连接所述气缸内的活塞,所述气缸的端部连接有气缸盖,所述筒体的侧面上对称开设有进出气风孔,所述吸尘风机和充气电机之间设置有隔板,并通过所述隔板将进出气风孔分隔为左右相邻的互不连通的第一透气风孔区和第二透气风孔区,所述第一透气风孔区连通吸尘仓并用于吸尘装置过滤空气的排出,所述第二透气风孔区连通充气叶轮并用于充气装置吸风时空气的流入,所述活塞驱动机构外侧的机壳上开设有进气口,所述筒体的端部设置有充气孔,位于充气孔一侧的筒体上开设有散热风孔,充气电机启动时,充气电机带动充气叶轮旋转由第二透气风孔区吸风,同时充气电机通过活塞驱动机构驱动活塞在气缸内来回运动,吸入的空气一部分流经充气装置外侧的风道并由散热风孔将电机产生的热量排出,另一部分由所述进气口流入活塞驱动机构的机壳内部并进入气缸,在活塞的作用下由气缸流出经气缸盖并由充气孔排出。
进一步地,所述筒体上设置有吸尘电源开关,所述筒体内设置有电池,所述电池设置在充气电机的上方。
进一步地,所述筒体上设置有吸尘充气切换开关。
进一步地,所述筒体的端部设置有充气触摸操作屏。
进一步地,所述吸尘仓内设置有过滤网。

实施例1
本实施例提出的一种充气吸尘一体设备,如图1、图2和图3所示,该设备包括吸尘装置、充气装置以及筒体1,吸尘装置包括吸嘴2、吸尘仓3和吸尘风机4,吸嘴2连接吸尘仓3,吸尘仓3连接筒体1并与吸尘风机4连通,吸尘仓3内设置有过滤网5,充气装置包括充气叶轮6、充气电机7、活塞驱动机构18以及气缸19,充电电机7通过少数的定位支点进行固定,以提供足够的风道空间来让散热风通过,充气叶轮6连接充气电机7,充气电机7通过活塞驱动机构18连接气缸19内的活塞,气缸19的端部连接有气缸盖20。本实施例中,活塞驱动机构18采用齿轮驱动机构,将旋转运动转化为水平往复运动,充气电机7带动齿轮旋转,齿轮连接有活塞驱动杆,齿轮旋转时带动活塞驱动杆驱动活塞来回运动,并实现吸气-排气的往复,气缸19的进气口和出气口处均设置有单向止回阀,防止空气的倒流。筒体1侧面上对称开设有进出气风孔9,吸尘风机4和充气电机7之间设置有隔板15,并通过隔板15将进出气风孔9分隔为左右相邻的互不连通的第一透气风孔区16和第二透气风孔区17,第一透气风孔区16连通吸尘仓3并用于吸尘装置过滤空气的排出,第二透气风孔区17连通充气叶轮6并用于充气装置吸风时空气的流入。活塞驱动机构18外侧的机壳上开设有进气口,筒体1的端部设置有充气孔8,位于充气孔8一侧的筒体上开设有散热风孔10。风孔设计在筒体两侧,不会干扰使用者,也不会对地上的灰尘有所影响。
吸尘功能下,吸尘风机4启动,外面的灰尘、碎屑等脏物随着空气由吸嘴2进入吸尘仓3,并经过过滤网5过滤将灰尘、碎屑等收集在吸尘仓3,过滤后的空气由第一透气风孔区16排出;充气功能下,充气电机7启动,充气电机7带动充气叶轮6旋转由第二透气风孔区17吸风,同时充气电机7通过活塞驱动机构18驱动活塞在气缸19内来回运动,吸入的空气一部分流经充气装置外侧的风道并由散热风孔10排出以将电机产生的热量排出,另一部分由进气口流入活塞驱动机构18的机壳内部并进入气缸19,在活塞的作用下由气缸19流出经气缸19盖并由充气孔8排出完成打气。
筒体1上设置有吸尘电源开关11,筒体1内设置有电池12,电池12设置在充气电机7的上方。筒体1上设置有吸尘充气切换开关13,可用于实现吸尘和充气的切换。筒体1的端部设置有充气触摸操作屏14,可用于切换不同场景需要的打气要求。
本实施例提出的一种充气吸尘一体设备,兼具吸尘和打气功能,吸尘装置和充气装置通过隔板隔离,并通过相互独立的风道设计分别完成吸尘和充气功能,充气装置外侧设计有风道进行散热,在实现吸尘功能的同时还可用于日常充气、篮球打气、自行车补气、汽车轮胎补气等充气需求场景。

1.一种充气吸尘一体设备,其特征在于,所述设备包括吸尘装置、充气装置以及筒体,所述吸尘装置包括吸嘴、吸尘仓和吸尘风机,所述吸嘴连接吸尘仓,所述吸尘仓连接筒体并与吸尘风机连通,所述充气装置包括充气叶轮、充气电机、活塞驱动机构以及气缸,所述充气叶轮连接充气电机,所述充气电机通过活塞驱动机构连接所述气缸内的活塞,所述气缸的端部连接有气缸盖,所述筒体的侧面上对称开设有进出气风孔,所述吸尘风机和充气电机之间设置有隔板,并通过所述隔板将进出气风孔分隔为左右相邻的互不连通的第一透气风孔区和第二透气风孔区,所述第一透气风孔区连通吸尘仓并用于吸尘装置过滤空气的排出,所述第二透气风孔区连通充气叶轮并用于充气装置吸风时空气的流入,所述活塞驱动机构外侧的机壳上开设有进气口,所述筒体的端部设置有充气孔,位于充气孔一侧的筒体上开设有散热风孔,充气电机启动时,所述充气电机带动充气叶轮旋转由第二透气风孔区吸风,同时充气电机通过活塞驱动机构驱动活塞在气缸内来回运动,吸入的空气一部分流经充气装置外侧的风道并由散热风孔将电机产生的热量排出,另一部分由所述进气口流入活塞驱动机构的机壳内部并进入气缸,在活塞的作用下由气缸流出经气缸盖并由充气孔排出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种充气吸尘一体设备,其特征在于,所述筒体上设置有吸尘电源开关,所述筒体内设置有电池,所述电池设置在充气电机的上方。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种充气吸尘一体设备,其特征在于,所述筒体上设置有吸尘充气切换开关。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种充气吸尘一体设备,其特征在于,所述筒体的端部设置有充气触摸操作屏。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种充气吸尘一体设备,其特征在于,所述吸尘仓内设置有过滤网。
