Description

Combine harvester
Technical Field
The utility model relates to a combine has corn eduction gear, and this corn eduction gear carries the corn of storage at the corn case to it is outside from the discharge port discharge organism with corn.
Background
The combine harvester threshes the harvested crops and stores the obtained grains in a grain box. In addition, the stored grain is discharged to the outside through a grain discharging device. The grains discharged from the grain discharge device are supplied to a transport vehicle such as a truck.
There is a demand for collecting and carrying grains on a transport vehicle and for collecting grains in a small grain collection container such as a storage bag. However, according to the above-described conventional configuration, the grain discharge device discharges the grain from a high position to be collected on the transport vehicle, and discharges the grain in a state of being largely extended outward so as to correspond to the load bed of the transport vehicle. As a result, when the grain discharged from the grain discharge device is collected by the grain collection container by an assistant operator located outside the machine body, the operation is difficult.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
(problem to be solved by the utility model)
In this regard, it is desirable to realize a combine harvester capable of easily recovering grains stored in a grain tank to a grain recovery container.
(means for solving the problems)
The utility model discloses a combine's characterized in that has: a grain box for storing harvested grains; a grain discharging device for transporting the grains stored in the grain box and discharging the grains from the discharging port to the outside of the machine body; and a supporting member provided at a position corresponding to the discharge port and supporting the grain recovery container.
According to the utility model, the grain in the grain box is discharged through the grain discharging device in the state that the grain recovering container is supported by the supporting part. Since the support member is located at a position corresponding to the discharge port, the grains discharged from the discharge port of the grain discharge device can be directly collected into the grain collection container. As a result, the grains stored in the grain tank can be easily recovered to the grain recovery container.
In the present invention, preferably, the grain discharging device includes: a vertical conveying part for conveying the grains upwards; and a horizontal conveying part which conveys grain transversely from the upper end part of the vertical conveying part, and can change the position between a storage position where the horizontal conveying part is positioned above the grain box and an extending position where the horizontal conveying part extends to the transverse outer side of the machine body, wherein the top end part of the horizontal conveying part is provided with the discharge port, and the supporting component is positioned below the discharge port in the state that the grain discharging device is positioned at the storage position.
According to this configuration, the supporting member is positioned below the discharge port in a state where the grain discharge device is at the storage position, and therefore, the supporting member can be arranged in a small size in a state of being close to the inner side of the machine body.
The present invention preferably comprises: a harvesting part for harvesting crops; a threshing device into which all the harvested crops are thrown; and a crop carrying device for carrying the crop from the harvesting unit to the threshing device, wherein the supporting member is supported by the crop carrying device.
According to this configuration, the support member can be stably supported by the crop transport device having a high support strength for transporting crops.
Preferably, the crop carrying device is configured to be movable between a lowered position for harvesting and a raised position for evacuation, and the support member is provided in a state where the container mounting surface is in a horizontal posture when the crop carrying device is located at the raised position.
According to this configuration, when the grain is collected in the grain collection container, the crop transport device is switched to the raised position, and the grain collection container can be stably supported because the container mounting surface is in the horizontal posture. Further, since the support member is raised to a high position away upward from the floor surface, the grain recovery container can be brought close to the discharge port, and the grains can be easily recovered.
Preferably, the supporting member is configured to be capable of switching between a use posture in which the supporting member is extended outward from the machine body and capable of supporting the grain collection container and a storage posture in which the supporting member is retracted inward from the machine body.
According to this configuration, the grain collection container can be supported satisfactorily by the support member in the use posture. On the other hand, when the grain is not collected, the support member is switched to the storage posture, and the support member does not protrude outward, and there is no problem that the support member comes into contact with another object during travel of the machine body.
In the present invention, it is preferable that the support member is provided on a side of the driver's seat.
According to this configuration, when the operator on the driver operates the grain discharging device, the operator can easily observe and confirm the grain discharging state, and can easily operate the grain discharging device.

Detailed Description
Next, a case where the embodiment of the present invention is applied to a general type combine harvester as an example of a combine harvester will be described with reference to the drawings. In the following description, the direction of arrow "F" is "front side of the body", and the direction of arrow "B" is "rear side of the body" (see fig. 1).
Fig. 1 is a side view of a conventional combine harvester. The combine is provided with a whole-feed threshing device 3 and a grain tank 4 for storing grains, which are arranged in the left-right direction in a traveling body 2 having a pair of left and right crawler traveling devices 1. A driver 5 is provided in front of the grain tank 4. There is also a grain discharge device 6 for discharging the grains stored in the grain tank 4 to the outside.
A harvesting part 7 for harvesting standing grain stalks as an example of crops is provided at the front of the body. A feeder 8 as a crop conveying device for conveying the harvested straw to the rear side of the machine body is provided at the rear part of the harvesting part 7. The harvesting unit 7 and the feeder 8 are supported by the front portion of the threshing device 3 so as to be integrally swingable up and down about a horizontal axis P1 by the telescopic operation of the hydraulic cylinder 9. A reel 10 for pulling in the standing crop backward is provided above the harvesting unit 7.
The feeder 8 includes a chain-rotating conveying mechanism (not shown) inside a conveying box 8A having a substantially rectangular cross-section and an angular cylinder shape. The feeder 8 can be raised and lowered between a lowered position at which the harvesting unit 7 is close to the ground as shown by the broken lines in fig. 1 and a raised position for evacuation at which the harvesting unit 7 is greatly raised as shown by the solid lines in fig. 1. When a harvesting operation for harvesting a crop is performed in a farm field, the feeder 8 is switched to a lowered position to perform the operation. Further, when the rotation travel is performed during the harvesting operation, or when the maintenance operation is performed inside the machine body, the feeder 8 is switched to the raised position. During maintenance work, the feeder 8 is held at the raised position by a lock mechanism not shown. The feeder 8 supports the harvesting unit 7 so as to be integrally liftable and lowerable, and therefore has a high strength and a high support strength.
The grain discharging device 6 includes: a vertical conveying part 11 which is arranged at the rear part of the grain box 4; and a horizontal conveying unit 12 connected to an upper end of the vertical conveying unit 11. The vertical conveying section 11 and the horizontal conveying section 12 are each constituted by a spiral conveyor.
The vertical conveying part 11 of the grain discharging device 6 conveys the grains discharged from the lower part of the rear side of the grain box 4 upwards. The horizontal conveying section 12 conveys grains in the horizontal direction from the upper end of the vertical conveying section 11 and discharges the grains outward from a discharge port 13 provided at the top end.
The grain discharging device 6 is rotatable about the vertical axis Y of the vertical conveying unit 11, and can be changed between a storage position (see fig. 1) in which the horizontal conveying unit 12 is positioned above the grain box 4 and an extended position in which the horizontal conveying unit 12 extends laterally outward of the machine body. The grain discharging device 6 can be rotationally operated by a motor-driven rotational operation mechanism (not shown) provided on the outer periphery of the vertical conveying section 11.
As shown in fig. 1, a support member 14 for supporting a grain recovery container Q such as a storage bag is provided at a position corresponding to the discharge port 13 of the grain discharge device 6. The support member 14 is supported on the left side surface of the feeder 8 via a mounting member 15. The support member 14 is formed of a flat plate having a large container mounting surface 14A.
The supporting member 14 can be switched between a use posture in which it projects outward in the lateral direction of the machine body and can support the grain collection container Q and a storage posture in which it retreats inward in the machine body. The mounting member 15 is integrally fixed to the left side surface of the feeder 8. The support member 14 is supported by the mounting member 15 via a hinge 16 so as to be rotatable about the front-rear axis X.
When the support member 14 assumes the laterally inclined posture and the container placement surface 14A is oriented upward in the use posture (solid line in fig. 2), further downward swinging can be restricted by a fixing member (not shown). The support member 14 can be held in position by a lock (not shown) in a storage posture (broken line in fig. 2) in which it is in a vertical posture and retracted inward of the machine body.
The support member 14 swings integrally with the swing operation of the feeder 8 in the state switched to the use posture. As shown in fig. 1, the support member 14 is provided in a state in which the container mounting surface 14A is in a horizontal posture when the feeder 8 is at the raised position. When the feeder 8 is at the raised position, the support member 14 is raised to a high position, and therefore, is in a state of being close to the discharge port 13 of the grain discharge device 6. The discharge outlet 13 of the grain discharging device 6 has a vertically long guide tube 17. According to this configuration, the distance from the lower end of the guide tube 17 to the grain collection container Q is shortened, and the discharged grains are less likely to scatter around the grain collection container Q, and can be efficiently collected.
As shown in fig. 1, the support member 14 is located on the left side of the cab 5. As a result, the operator who performs the driving operation in the driving unit 5 can easily observe and confirm the grain discharge state of the grain collection container Q placed on the support member 14.
(other embodiments)
(1) In the above embodiment, the support member 14 is provided in a state in which the container mounting surface 14A is in a horizontal posture when the feeder 8 is at the raised position, but instead of this configuration, the forward and backward inclination state with respect to the feeder 8 may be adjusted and changed so that the container mounting surface 14A is always in a horizontal posture regardless of the height of the feeder 8.
(2) In the above embodiment, the posture of the support member 14 can be switched between the use posture and the storage posture, but instead of this configuration, the support member 14 may be kept in the use posture at all times.
(3) In the above embodiment, the support member 14 is provided on the side of the cab 5, but instead of this configuration, the support member 14 may be provided at a position different from the cab 5.
(4) In the above embodiment, the support member 14 is positioned below the discharge port 13 in the state where the grain discharging device 6 is at the storage position, but instead of this configuration, the support member 14 may be positioned below the discharge port 13 when the grain discharging device 6 rotates from the storage position to the intermediate rotation position.
(5) In the above embodiment, the configuration applied to a general type combine harvester having the threshing device 3 into which all of the harvested crop is introduced and the crop conveying device (feeder 8) for conveying the crop from the harvesting unit 7 to the threshing device 3 is shown, but instead of this configuration, the present invention may be applied to a semi-feeding type combine harvester having a threshing device for threshing the top of the ear while holding and conveying the root of the harvested straw by a feeder chain. In this case, the support member 14 may be provided on a carrier or the like extending from a conveying device for conveying the harvested straw or the threshing device.
