When the device is used, the electric elements appearing in the device are externally connected with a power supply and a control switch, when the device is used, firstly, an aluminum alloy wallboard of a motor train unit is placed on an operation table 1, a vertically-arranged threaded rod 14 is moved to a proper distance on a sliding rail 15 according to the actual width of the wallboard, then an L-shaped connecting plate 10 is pulled outwards to slide on a fixed rod 9, the L-shaped connecting plate 10 is abutted against the side wall of the wallboard through the resilience effect of a second connecting spring 11, the end part of the wallboard is clamped by adjusting the positions of two vertical pressing plates 20, the fixing of the end part is completed through screwing a limiting threaded ring 23, then the power supply of a motor 16 is turned on through the mutual matching of a horizontally-arranged sliding rod 5 and a first sliding seat 7 to drive a lead screw 17, a threaded sliding sleeve 18 is moved on the lead screw 17, the wallboard at the front end and the rear end is limited and fixed through a pushing plate 19, prevent that the dislocation from appearing in the welded in-process of processing of wallboard, influence welding quality.
