12. The management device of claim 8, wherein a surface of the mounting bracket is provided with a moving handle.

The management device according to claim 8, further comprising a power supply member and a charging socket, wherein the charging socket is disposed inside the accommodating chamber, and the power supply member is disposed at the bottom of the mounting frame and electrically connected to the charging socket so as to charge a device to be managed connected to the charging socket.
