The vehicle instrument panel of claim 5 or 6, further comprising a second connecting member (100), wherein the second mounting plate (40) is provided with a first bent portion (46) bent toward the inside of the accommodating chamber, the fourth mounting plate (60) is provided with a second bent portion (64) bent toward the inside of the accommodating chamber, the first bent portion (46) is provided with a third mounting hole, the second bent portion (64) is provided with a fourth mounting hole (641), and the second connecting member (100) passes through the third and fourth mounting holes (641) to connect the second mounting plate (40) and the fourth mounting plate (60).
