5. A cart lift apparatus, as recited in claim 1, wherein:
the fixing assembly further comprises clamp spring sleeves, the two clamp spring sleeves are respectively arranged on two sides of the wheel fixing block in a back-to-back mode, and return springs are arranged in the clamp spring sleeves;
a part of the spoke locking rod penetrates through the clamp spring sleeve and is inserted between the grooves of the wheel fixing block;
the spoke locking rod penetrating through the clamp spring sleeve is inserted in the return spring;
and a baffle is arranged at one end of the return spring and at one side of the wheel fixing block, and the baffle is fixedly connected with the spoke locking rod.
6. A cart lift assembly, as recited in claim 5, wherein:
the securing assembly further includes a latch mechanism for locking the spoke locking lever.
7. A cart lift apparatus, as recited in claim 6, wherein:
the latch mechanism includes:
the clamping block is arranged on one side, away from the wheel fixing block, of the clamping spring sleeve, and a clamping groove is formed in the clamping block; and
and the bent part of the spoke locking rod is bent for being clamped into the clamping groove so as to fix the spoke locking rod, and the bent part of the spoke locking rod is positioned outside the clamping spring sleeve.

the winch is an electric winch.
