Description

本实用新型聚酯单丝编织边螺旋网，它涉及一种纺织、造纸机械的干燥设备配件。
近年来，造纸机械干燥部和纺织印花机烘房导带均采用聚酯单丝螺旋网代替干毯或帆布，这种螺旋网是在相邻两条螺旋环的啮合部穿入一根连网线，用801胶将网边两面封严。当两侧边缘封边胶被磨损后，螺旋环容易脱落，露出的聚酯丝头就会剐纸剐布，影响产品质量，网边脱落严重时，整个螺旋网报废。
为避免上述现有技术存在的缺点，本实用新型提供一种带编织边的聚酯单丝螺旋网。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：聚酯单丝编织边螺旋网是在现有的聚酯单丝螺旋网两侧边加设2～3根径向加强丝，把每条连网线的两端头延长弯转并绕过压住加强丝插入相邻的螺旋网内。

下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步详述：参见图1和图2，由螺旋环（1）和连网线（2）组成的聚酯单丝编织边螺旋网，本实用新型是在两侧网边加设2～3根经向加强丝（3），将连网线（2）的两端头延长弯转并绕过压住加强丝（3）插入相邻的螺旋环内，网边两面仍涂胶封严。使用过程中，即使封边胶被磨掉，有弯转连网线和加强丝的防护，螺旋环也不会脱落。
本实用新型与现有技术相比，具有网边不易脱落、使用寿命长、保证产品质量等优点。

1、一种由螺旋环(1)和连网线(2)组成的聚酯单丝编织边螺旋网，其特征在于两侧网边设经向加强丝(3)，连网线(2)的两端头延长弯转并绕过压住加强丝(3)插入相邻的螺旋环内。
