3. A care tote as recited in claim 1, wherein said common item is selected from the group consisting of: glucometer, thermometer, finger oxygen meter, sterilized cotton, scissors, garbage bag, notebook, PDA palm computer, adhesive tape and hemostatic forceps.
4. The care tote of claim 1, wherein the height of the outer barrier layer is less than the height of the inner barrier layer, and wherein the width of the outer barrier layer is different than the width of the inner barrier layer.
5. A care tote according to claim 1, wherein said waist belt length adjustment and securement feature is an adjustable fastener or at least two equally spaced snaps.
6. A nursing tote as in claim 1, wherein said bag body and waist belt are of cotton material.
7. The nursing tote of claim 1, wherein adjacent internal compartments are separated or merged by Velcro strips disposed in a vertical orientation.
8. A nursing tote as in claim 1, wherein adjacent outer compartments are separated or merged by velcro strips arranged in a vertical direction.
9. A care tote as recited in claim 1, further comprising at least one shoulder strap for hanging on a user's shoulder.
10. The nursing tote of claim 1, wherein the nursing tote distinguishes the user's belonging units, departments, and posts in different colors.
