As shown in fig. 5 and 6, and as can be seen from fig. 3, the heat sealing mechanism 6 for the garbage bag in the present embodiment includes a heat sealing seat 61 embedded in the top edge of the partition member 3, and the heat sealing seat 61 is adjacent to the knife seat at the embedded position of the top edge of the partition member 3, so as to facilitate heat sealing in a timely manner after the cutting is completed.
The heat seal holder 61 is formed with a heat seal groove 61a penetrating the heat seal holder 61, and the partition plate 31 is similarly formed with a penetrating groove 31c penetrating the heat seal groove 61 a. As shown in fig. 6, the heat-sealing seat 61 is also formed by fixedly connecting two opposite shaping plates 61b, and an accommodating space 61c communicated with the heat-sealing groove 61a is formed between the two shaping plates 61 b. The heating component 62 and the pressing component 63 are respectively arranged at two sides of the heat-sealing groove 61a in the accommodating space 61c, wherein the position of the heating component 62 is fixed, and the pressing component 63 can move towards the heating component 62 under the extrusion of the garbage bag, so that the garbage bag accommodated in the heat-sealing groove 61a is clamped between the pressing component 63 and the heating component 62, and the heat sealing of the garbage bag is realized.
Wherein, the heating assembly 62 comprises a heat insulation piece 62a fixedly mounted on the heat seal seat 61, a heating sheet 62b is arranged on one side of the heat insulation piece 62a facing the pressing assembly 63, and the heating sheet 62b is electrically connected with the electric control unit; the heat insulator 62a can insulate or weaken the heat transfer between the heating sheet 62b and the heat-seal holder 61, ensuring that the heating sheet 62b retains sufficient heat to ensure the heat-seal efficiency.
As shown in fig. 6, in the present embodiment, the pressing assembly 63 includes an L-shaped swinging member 63a, a fixed end of the L-shaped swinging member 63a is hinged to the heat-sealing seat 61, and a free swinging arm of the L-shaped swinging member 63a is located opposite to the heating assembly 62; this free swing arm still is equipped with conducting strip 63b towards one side of heating plate 62b, and conducting strip 63b makes the heat that heating plate 62b gived off can transmit to conducting strip 63b through the disposal bag fast on, further improves heat-seal efficiency.
As shown in fig. 6, a first touch switch 64 is further installed on the heat sealing seat 61 at a corner of the L-shaped swinging member 63a, and when the free swinging arm of the L-shaped swinging member 63a swings to contact with the heating element 62, the L-shaped swinging member 63a also contacts with the first touch switch 64 to generate a control signal and send the control signal to the electronic control unit, which activates the heating element 62.
The swinging member 63a is away from the heating element 62 under the action of no external force, and the first elastic structure 67, which may be a torsion spring, is disposed at the hinge point 66 of the swinging member 63a and the heat-sealing seat 61, so as to keep the swinging member 63a swinging away from the heating element 62 and the first touch switch 64.
As shown in fig. 6, the L-shaped swinging member 63a has stoppers 63c extending into the heat-sealing groove 61a on both sides (or one side), and the stoppers 63c limit the moving stroke of the garbage bag on one hand and realize transmission between the garbage bag and the swinging member 63 a. The stopper 63c extends to the side of the heat insulating member 62a, and a guide slope 63d for urging the dust bag pushed down along the heat-seal groove 61a toward the swing member 63a is formed on the stopper 63 c.
As shown in fig. 5, the open end of the heat-sealing groove 61a has a second flared portion 61d, and the bottom end thereof has a bent portion 61e inclined toward the heating element 62. When the garbage bag enters the heat-sealing groove 61a through the second flaring part 61d and is pressed down along the heat-sealing groove 61a, the garbage bag firstly slides into a clamping bend formed by the swinging piece 63a and the stop block 63c along the guide inclined plane 63d, so that the garbage bag is prevented from slipping off the swinging piece 63a and the stop block 63c, and the acting force exerted on the swinging piece 63a by the pressed garbage bag can be increased; when the garbage bag slides into the bending part 61e at the bottom end of the heat-sealing groove 61a, the garbage bag can extrude the guide inclined plane 63d, so that the swinging piece 63a and the stop block 63c are closer to the heating component 62, the garbage bag is further clamped, and the heat-sealing efficiency is improved.
When the garbage bag slides to the bottom end of the bending part 61e, the L-shaped swinging member 63a contacts with the first touch switch 64.
The working principle of the garbage can of the embodiment is as follows:
before use, the small flip cover 24 is opened, the pressing cover 23 is taken out, a new garbage bag box 22 is placed in the sinking groove of the large flip cover 21, then the pressing cover 23 is embedded, and the small flip cover 24 is covered.
When the garbage can is used, the power switch 43 is turned on, the large turnover cover 21 covers the can body 1 at the moment, the large turnover cover contacts with the touch switch 41 to generate a control signal, the electronic control unit receives the control signal and then starts the negative pressure fan 42a, and the negative pressure fan 42a takes away air between the outer side of the garbage bag and the inner wall of the can body 1, so that the garbage bag is adsorbed on the inner wall of the can body 1.
When the garbage needs to be thrown in, the corresponding small turnover cover 24 is opened according to the indication mark on the small turnover cover 24, and the garbage is thrown into the corresponding classified garbage storage area 15; after the sorted garbage storage area 15 is filled with garbage, the large flip cover 21 is opened, one hand grasps the garbage bag part filled with the garbage, the other hand grasps the garbage bag main body, and presses the garbage bag into the U-shaped cutting groove 51a, so that the garbage bag part filled with the garbage is cut and separated from the garbage bag main body.
After cutting, the garbage bag filled with garbage can be directly taken out, and the bag opening is manually pricked; the garbage bag can also be sealed by a garbage bag heat sealing mechanism 6. When sealing, the opening of the garbage bag is pressed downwards along the heat-sealing groove position 61a, and when the garbage bag contacts the stop block 63c, the garbage bag slides into a clamping bend formed by the swinging piece 63a and the stop block 63c along the guide inclined surface 63d on the stop block 63c, and drives the swinging piece 63a to overcome the pressure of the torsion spring and swing towards one side of the heating plate 62 b; when the garbage bag slides into the bent part 61e at the bottom end of the heat-seal groove 61a along the heat-seal groove, the garbage bag can simultaneously press the guide inclined surface 63d, so that the swinging piece 63a is closer to the heating sheet 62b until the heat-conducting sheet 63b and the heating sheet 62b clamp the garbage bag; at this time, the swinging member 63a also triggers the first touch switch 64, the first touch switch 64 sends a control signal to the electronic control unit, and the electronic control unit receives the control signal sent by the first touch switch 64 and heats the heating sheet 62b according to the control signal, so as to realize the heat sealing of the garbage bag. After the heat sealing of the garbage bag filled with garbage is finished, the notch at the bottom end of the garbage bag main body is subjected to heat sealing by adopting the same method.
After the heat sealing is completed, the large flip cover 21 is covered again, the second touch switch 41 is triggered, the negative pressure fan 42a is started again, and the garbage bag is sucked to be tightly attached to the inner wall of the barrel body 1 again, so that a new round of garbage throwing is prepared.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 7 and 9, the trash can of the present embodiment includes a can body 1 and a lid assembly 2 hinged to the can body 1, the structure of the can body is the same as that of embodiment 1, and the structure of the lid assembly 2 is also substantially the same as that of embodiment 1, except that, as shown in fig. 8, a small flip cover 24 and a large flip cover 21 are hinged to each other, and only one small flip cover 24 may be provided to cover several trash input ports.
Meanwhile, in order to increase the height of the barrel 1 in a specific use scene, a detachable supporting mechanism 7 may be disposed at the bottom of the barrel 1, and the supporting mechanism 7 includes a supporting base 71 and four supporting rods 72 vertically installed between the supporting base 71 and the base 11. In addition, an additional accommodating space 73 is formed between the supporting seat 71 and the base 11, and a secondary garbage can 74 can be placed in the accommodating space 73, so that the garbage capacity collected by the garbage can is increased.
In this embodiment, the structure of the disposal bag opening mechanism 4 and the disposal bag cutting mechanism 5 is the same as that of embodiment 1, but the structure of the disposal bag heat-sealing mechanism 6 is different.
As shown in fig. 10, the heat sealing mechanism 6 of the present embodiment comprises a heat sealing seat 61 embedded in the top edge of the partition 3, and in the present embodiment, the heat sealing seat 61 is integrated with the knife seat to facilitate heat sealing in time after the cutting is completed. The heat seal holder 61 is formed with a heat seal groove 61a penetrating the heat seal holder 61, and the partition plate 31 is similarly formed with a penetrating groove 31c penetrating the heat seal groove 61 a.
As shown in fig. 11, the heat-sealing seat 61 is also formed by fixedly connecting two opposite shaping plates 61b, and an accommodating space 61c communicated with the heat-sealing groove 61a is formed between the two shaping plates 61 b. The heating component 62 and the pressing component 63 are respectively arranged at two sides of the heat-sealing groove 61a in the accommodating space 61c, wherein the position of the heating component 62 is fixed, and the pressing component 63 can move towards the heating component 62 under the extrusion of the garbage bag, so that the garbage bag accommodated in the heat-sealing groove 61a is clamped between the pressing component 63 and the heating component 62, and the heat sealing of the garbage bag is realized.
As shown in fig. 12 and 13, the heating assembly 62 includes a heat insulating member 62a fixedly mounted on the heat sealing seat 61, a heating sheet 62b is disposed on a side of the heat insulating member 62a facing the pressing assembly 63, and the heating sheet 62b is electrically connected to the electronic control unit; the heat insulator 62a can insulate or weaken the heat transfer between the heating sheet 62b and the heat-seal holder 61, ensuring that the heating sheet 62b retains sufficient heat to ensure the heat-seal efficiency.
As shown in fig. 13 and combined with fig. 10, in the present embodiment, the pressing assembly 63 includes a first translating member 63e disposed opposite to the heating assembly 62, a heat conducting sheet 63b is disposed on a side of the first translating member 63e facing the heating sheet 62b, and a second elastic structure (not shown) is connected to the first translating member 63e to make the first translating member 63e have a moving tendency away from the heating assembly 62. In this embodiment, the second elastic structure may be a compression spring abutting between the first translating member 63e and the heat insulating member 62a, and the first translating member 63e and the heat insulating member 62a are each formed with a sinking groove 63f for accommodating the compression spring.
The pressing assembly 63 of this embodiment further includes a second translating member 63g, the second translating member 63g is disposed around the peripheries of the heat insulating member 62a and the first translating member 63e, and in the vertical direction, the second translating member 63g is in sliding fit with both the heat insulating member 62a and the first translating member 63 e. The second translation member 63g sleeved on the first translation member 63e can ensure that the first translation member 63e can only move to one side of the heating plate 62b after being stressed.
As shown in fig. 11, the second translation member 63g is also provided with a through groove 63h penetrating the heat-seal groove 61a, but the depth of the through groove 63h is shallow, so that the through groove 63h serves as a stopper to limit the trash bag while ensuring that the trash bag can enter the heat-seal groove 61a, and when the trash bag is pressed into the heat-seal groove 61a, the trash bag synchronously presses the bottom of the through groove to press down the second translation member 63 g. A first touch switch 64 is fixedly mounted on the heat sealing base 61 at the bottom of the second translation member 63g, and a third elastic structure (not shown in the figure) which enables the second translation member 63g to have a moving trend away from the first touch switch 64 is connected to the second translation member 63 g; in this embodiment, the third elastic structure is a compression spring abutted between the second translating member 63g and the heat seal holder 61, and a bottom of the second translating member 63g is also formed with a sinking groove 63i for accommodating the compression spring.
In this embodiment, the moving direction of the second translating member 63g is perpendicular to the moving direction of the first translating member 63e, that is, the first translating member 63e moves horizontally, the second translating member 63g moves vertically, a transmission structure 65 is provided between the second translating member 63g and the first translating member 63e, and the pressure generated by the movement of the second translating member 63g is transmitted to the first translating member 63e through the transmission structure 65. As shown in fig. 13, the transmission structure 65 includes a first wedge-shaped inclined surface 65a disposed on a side of the first translation member 63e facing away from the heating assembly 62, and a second wedge-shaped inclined surface 65b formed on the second translation member 63g and abutting against the first wedge-shaped inclined surface 65 a.
The working principle of the garbage can of the embodiment is as follows:
before use, the small flip cover 24 is opened, the pressing cover 23 is taken out, a new garbage bag box 22 is placed in the sinking groove of the large flip cover 21, then the pressing cover 23 is embedded, and the small flip cover 24 is covered.
When the garbage can is used, the power switch 43 is turned on, the large turnover cover 21 covers the can body 1 at the moment, the large turnover cover contacts with the touch switch 41 to generate a control signal, the electronic control unit receives the control signal and then starts the negative pressure fan 42a, and the negative pressure fan 42a takes away air between the outer side of the garbage bag and the inner wall of the can body 1, so that the garbage bag is adsorbed on the inner wall of the can body 1.
When the garbage needs to be thrown in, the corresponding small turnover cover 24 is opened according to the indication mark on the small turnover cover 24, and the garbage is thrown into the corresponding classified garbage storage area 15; after the sorted garbage storage area 15 is filled with garbage, the large flip cover 21 is opened, one hand grasps the garbage bag part filled with the garbage, the other hand grasps the garbage bag main body, and presses the garbage bag into the U-shaped cutting groove 51a, so that the garbage bag part filled with the garbage is cut and separated from the garbage bag main body.
After cutting, the garbage bag filled with garbage can be directly taken out, and the bag opening is manually pricked; the garbage bag can also be sealed by a garbage bag heat sealing mechanism 6. When sealing, the bag opening of the garbage bag is pressed down along the heat-sealing groove position 61a, and when the garbage bag contacts the bottom of the through groove, the second translation piece 63g overcomes the elasticity of the tension spring and synchronously descends along with the garbage bag; when the second translation piece 63g moves downwards, the second wedge-shaped inclined surface 65b downwards extrudes the first wedge-shaped inclined surface 65a, and then the first translation piece 63e overcomes the elasticity of the pressure spring and moves towards one side of the heating component 62; when the heat conducting sheet 63b and the heating sheet 62b clamp the garbage bag, the second translation member 63g also moves downward to contact with the first touch switch 64, the first touch switch 64 sends a control signal to the electronic control unit, and the electronic control unit receives the control signal sent by the first touch switch 64 and heats the heating sheet 62b according to the control signal, so that the garbage bag is heat-sealed. After the heat sealing of the garbage bag filled with garbage is finished, the notch at the bottom end of the garbage bag main body is subjected to heat sealing by adopting the same method.
After the heat sealing is completed, the large flip cover 21 is covered again, the second touch switch 41 is triggered, the negative pressure fan 42a is started again, and the garbage bag is sucked to be tightly attached to the inner wall of the barrel body 1 again, so that a new round of garbage throwing is prepared.

Claims (10)

1. A garbage can comprises a can body (1), wherein a top cover component (2) is arranged on the top surface of the can body (1), and is characterized in that the top cover component (2) comprises a large turnover cover (21) hinged with the can body (1), and a garbage throwing-in opening (21b) and a garbage bag box storage area (21c) located around the garbage throwing-in opening (21b) are formed in the large turnover cover (21);
a garbage bag cutting mechanism (5) is arranged in the barrel body (1), and the garbage bag cutting mechanism (5) is used for cutting and separating a garbage bag part containing garbage from a garbage bag main body;
the garbage can is characterized in that a garbage bag heat-sealing mechanism (6) is arranged in the can body, and the garbage bag heat-sealing mechanism (6) is at least used for heat-sealing the bottom opening of the garbage bag main body.
2. A waste bin according to claim 1 wherein the waste bag cutting mechanism (5) comprises a blade holder (51) fixedly mounted in the bin body (1), the blade holder (51) being provided with a cutter (52) for cutting the waste bag and a blade protecting structure.

A trash can according to claim 2, wherein the blade protecting structure is a cutting slot (51a) formed in the blade holder (51), the cutting slot (51a) penetrates through the blade holder (51), the cutting blade (52) is located at the bottom of the cutting slot (51a), and the blade of the cutting blade (52) is obliquely arranged between two opposite side walls of the cutting slot (51 a);
the opening end of the cutting groove (51a) is provided with a first flaring part (51b) which is convenient for the garbage bag to be accommodated.

the heat seal seat (61) is internally provided with a first touch switch (64), the first touch switch (64) is electrically connected with an electric control unit for controlling the heating assembly (62) to work, and the electric control unit is used for receiving a control signal generated by the first touch switch (64) due to the contact with the pressing assembly (63) in the heat seal position and controlling the heating assembly (62) to start working according to the control signal.

A trash can as claimed in claim 4, wherein the stitching assembly (63) comprises a swinging member (63a), one end of the swinging member (63a) is hinged with the heat sealing seat (61), and a first elastic structure (67) enabling the swinging member (63a) to have a swinging tendency away from the heating assembly (62) and the first touch switch (64) is connected to the swinging member (63 a);
the swinging piece (63a) is provided with a stop block (63c) which spans the heat-sealing groove position (61a) and extends towards the heating component (62), and the garbage bag pressed down along the heat-sealing groove position (61a) exerts force on the stop block (63c) for counteracting the swinging trend.

A waste bin according to claim 5, wherein the first elastic structure (67) comprises a torsion spring arranged at a hinge point (66) of the oscillating member (63a) and the heat seal seat (61); or the first elastic structure (67) comprises a tension spring, and two ends of the tension spring are respectively connected with the swinging piece (63a) and the heat seal seat (61).

A garbage can according to claim 5, wherein the stopper (63c) extends from the swing member (63a) to the side of the heating unit (62), and the stopper (63c) is formed with a guide slope (63d) for urging the garbage bag pushed down along the heat-seal groove (61a) toward the side of the swing member (63 a); the bottom end of the heat-sealing groove position (61a) is provided with a bending part (61e) which is obliquely arranged towards one side of the heating component (62).

A waste bin according to claim 4, wherein the pressing assembly (63) comprises a first translation member arranged opposite to the heating assembly (62), and a second elastic structure is connected to the first translation member (63e) to enable the first translation member (63e) to have a moving trend away from the heating assembly (62);

A waste bin according to claim 8, wherein the transmission structure (65) comprises a first wedge-shaped inclined surface (65a) arranged on a side of the first translation member (63e) facing away from the heating assembly (62), and the second translation member (63g) is provided with a second wedge-shaped inclined surface (65b) which is in contact with the first wedge-shaped inclined surface (65 a).

A waste bin according to claim 4, wherein the heating assembly (62) comprises a heat insulating member (62a) fixedly mounted on the heat sealing seat (61), a heating plate (62b) is arranged on one side of the heat insulating member (62a) facing the pressing assembly (63), and a heat conducting plate (63b) is arranged on one side of the pressing assembly (63) facing the heating plate (62 b).
