The following description of the preferred embodiments of the present invention is provided for the purpose of illustration and description, and is not intended to limit the invention.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1-8, a protective self-cleaning transfer vehicle comprises a transfer vehicle frame and a transparent sealing protective cover 7, wherein the transfer vehicle frame is composed of a bed head frame 1, a bed plate frame 2, a functional cabin 5, a sealing cleaning and disinfecting roller shaft cylinder 3 and a bearing frame 22; the bed head frame 1 is circular, the inner sides of the two middle ends of the bed head frame 1 are welded on the two side edges of the front end of the bed plate frame 2, and the bed head frame 1 is divided into an upper bed head frame part and a lower bed head frame part by the bed plate frame 2; the left side and the right side of the headstock 1 are respectively and symmetrically provided with a slide rail; the sliding rail is semicircular; the length of the slide rail is half of the circumference of the headstock 1, and the slide rail is used for connecting and fixing a slide bar 711 of the protective cover 7; two ends of the sliding rail are closed ports; the slide rail is concave, and the wall of the slide rail is provided with an inner notch for placing a pulley 717 on the slide bar 711;

a key board is arranged on the upper headboard 11, and 6 press keys and 1 timing knob are arranged on the key board and are respectively and electrically connected with an air pump switch, a negative pressure filter switch, an oxygen cylinder switch, a monitor switch, a lifting sterilizing lamp 44 switch and a drying equipment switch to respectively control the air pump, the negative pressure filter, the oxygen cylinder, the ECG monitor, the lifting sterilizing lamp 44 and the drying equipment to be started or closed; the timing knob is used for controlling the timing starting of the water suction pump 511 and is electrically connected with the water suction pump 511; a timing device is arranged in the timing knob and is used for selecting time;
the upper middle part of the lower head plate 13 is equidistantly provided with 4 penetrating round ports 131 which are respectively used for connecting pipelines; both sides of the upper part of the lower bed head plate 13 are provided with through square openings for connecting and fixing two side frames of the bearing frame 22;
the two side edges of the bed frame are semicircular inner grooves 21, the groove walls at the two ends of the inner grooves are provided with mounting holes, and one-way rotating bearings are arranged in the mounting holes and used for mounting rotating rods 32 of the sealed clean disinfection roller barrel 3; the semicircular inner groove 21 is provided with a plurality of nozzles 211, and the nozzles 211 are connected with a liquid spraying pipe 513 and used for spraying disinfectant.
The bed board frame 2 is provided with a bed board 4, two ends of the surface of the bed board 4 are transversely provided with concave rails 42, the concave rails 42 are provided with a pull-out movable mattress 41, and the pull-out movable mattress 41 consists of a mattress board 411, a pull-out handle 412 and a mattress 413; the mattress 413 is arranged on the bed bottom plate 411, inverted T-shaped support strips are transversely arranged at two ends of the lower part of the bed bottom plate 411, and a plurality of groups of pulleys 717 which are symmetrically arranged on two sides of each support strip at equal intervals are used for sliding on the concave-shaped rails 42; the bed bottom plate 411 is provided with concave strips at two ends for placing the drawing handles 412, the drawing handles 412 are composed of drawing rods and transverse handles 221, the drawing handles 412 are placed in the concave strips at two ends of the bed bottom plate 411 daily, when the drawing type movable mattress 41 is drawn out from the upper side of the bed plate for independent use, the drawing handles 221 can be drawn out from two sides, a simple stretcher is formed, and a patient can be quickly carried on or off the protective self-cleaning transfer trolley; the mattress 413 is made of smooth rubber, the surface of the mattress 413 is wrapped with a photocatalyst sterilization layer, and the photocatalyst sterilization layer is nano-scale titanium dioxide; the mattress 413 is lined with sponge to increase comfort.
The length of the concave track 42 is shorter than the width of the bed board; the top of the concave track 42 is positioned at 1/5 on the left side of the bed plate, the tail of the concave track 42 is in an open design and is positioned on the right side edge of the bed plate, a fixing lock 43 is arranged at 1/5 of the concave track 42 on the right side of the bed plate, the fixing lock 43 is arranged on the bed plate on the edge of the concave track 42, is in a buckle cover 432 type design and consists of an installation seat 431, a buckle cover 432 and a rubber fixing strip; the mounting seat 431 is a U-shaped seat and is used for mounting and fixing the buckle cover 432; the buckle cover 432 is made of a strip-shaped PVC material, a rubber fixing strip is installed on the buckle cover 432, the width of the rubber fixing strip is consistent with that of the concave rail 42, and a plurality of rubber strips are arranged on the rubber fixing strip and used for enhancing the fixing effect; when the pull-out type movable mattress 41 is installed on the bed board through the concave-shaped rail 42, in order to prevent the pull-out type movable mattress 41 from sideslipping, the fixing lock 43 is buckled on the concave-shaped rail 42 to fix the pull-out type movable mattress 41.
The width of the pull-out movable mattress 41 is shorter than that of the bed board and is 4/5 of the bed board; when the pull-out type movable mattress 41 is installed on the bed board, the pull-out type movable mattress 41 is located at the middle of the bed board, and the two sides of the bed board are not covered by the pull-out type movable mattress 41.
Lifting ports are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the bed board and used for installing lifting type sterilizing lamps 44 and sterilizing the mattress 413 and the bed board; the lifting germicidal lamp 44 consists of a lifting cover plate 441, an ultraviolet lamp tube 442, a lifting rod 443 and a slow-speed motor, and is lifted and controlled to light up through a control button on a key board; the length and the width of the lifting cover plate 441 are slightly smaller than those of the lifting opening; the ultraviolet lamp tube 442 is installed in the middle of the lifting cover plate 441, the two sides of the lifting cover plate are connected with the lifting rod 443, and the lifting rod 443 is controlled to lift by the slow speed motor; when the protective self-cleaning transfer vehicle is used, the lifting type sterilizing lamp 44 sinks in the lifting port; when the protective self-cleaning transfer trolley does not work, the lifting sterilizing lamp 44 is lifted to sterilize the bed surface within a certain time range.
A function cabin 5 is arranged below the bed board, the function cabin 5 is divided into an upper layer and a lower layer, the upper layer is a disinfection cabin 51, and the lower layer is an equipment cabin 52; the disinfection cabin 51 is used for storing disinfectant, and a liquid filling port is formed in one side of the disinfection cabin 51; a plurality of holes are symmetrically formed in two sides of the upper part of the disinfection cabin 51 and used for installing liquid spraying pipes 513; the bottom of the disinfection cabin 51 is semicircular; the disinfection cabin 51 is internally provided with two water suction pumps 511, and the two water suction pumps 511 are respectively fixed on the front inner wall and the rear inner wall of the disinfection cabin 51; the water pump 511 is provided with a signal receiving module for receiving an instruction of the wireless remote control switch 12; the water pump 511 is connected with a Y-shaped liquid feeding pipe, the Y-shaped liquid feeding pipe is provided with an annular liquid conveying pipe 512, and the annular liquid conveying pipe 512 is provided with a plurality of holes for mounting the liquid spraying pipe 513; one end of the liquid spraying pipe 513 is installed on a hole of the liquid conveying pipe, and the other end of the liquid spraying pipe is connected and installed on the nozzle 211 of the semicircular inner groove 21 through the hole of the disinfection cabin 51; the equipment cabin 52 is used for accommodating an air pump, a negative pressure filter, a negative pressure control air inlet device, an oxygen bottle, an electrocardiogram monitor, drying equipment, an ultraviolet disinfection lamp and an electric power storage device; 4 equipment cabin outlets 53 are arranged on the front cabin wall of the equipment cabin 52 and are used for connecting the connecting pipeline 14; ultraviolet disinfection lamps are arranged at two sides of the bottom of the equipment cabin 52 and are used for disinfecting the transparent sealing protective cover 7; a drying hole 528 is formed in the middle of the bottom of the equipment cabin 52 and used for drying the transparent sealing protective cover 7; a vertical partition plate and a transverse partition plate are arranged in the equipment cabin 52, and two vertical partition plates are arranged in the middle of the inside of the equipment cabin 52 to form a wiring space; the outer sides of the two vertical partition plates are respectively connected with and provided with a plurality of transverse partition plates to form 7 independent cabins, and the vertical partition plates and the transverse partition plates divide the interior of the equipment cabin 52 into a non-shaped space pattern; the 7 independent cabins are specifically an ECG monitor cabin 521, an air pump cabin 524, an oxygen bottle cabin 523, an air pump cabin 524, a negative pressure filter cabin 525, a drying equipment cabin 522, an electric storage equipment cabin 526 and a tool cabin 527; the electrocardiograph monitor cabin 521, the drying equipment cabin 522 and the oxygen bottle cabin 523 are positioned on the left side of the equipment cabin 52; the air pump cabin 524, the negative pressure filter cabin 525 and the electric storage equipment cabin 526 are positioned on the right side of the equipment cabin 52; a lock groove is formed in the middle of the lower portion of the upper frame of each door frame and used for fixing a cabin door lock 530; the ECG monitor cabin 521, the air pump cabin 524, the negative pressure filter cabin 525, the oxygen cylinder cabin 523, the drying equipment cabin 522, the electric storage equipment cabin 526 and the tool cabin 527 are all provided with cabin doors 529, the cabin doors 529 are installed at the lower part of a door frame through hinges, an installation opening is formed in the middle of the top of the cabin doors 529 and used for installing a cabin door lock 530, and the cabin door lock 530 consists of a circular rotary key and a locking plate; the circular rotary key is arranged outside the cabin door 529 and is connected with the locking plate through a screw; a plurality of raised transverse grains are arranged around the circular rotary key at equal intervals to increase the friction force; the bottom of the locking plate is a circular connecting column and is used for connecting a screw, a triangular lockstitch is welded at the upper part of the circular connecting column, the width of the lockstitch is slightly smaller than that of the lockstitch groove, and the lockstitch is wrapped with a rubber edge and is used for increasing fixation; the circular rotary key controls the locking plate to rotate through rotation, so that the cabin door lock 530 is arranged on the door frame; the cabin door 529 is opened and closed from bottom to top; the surfaces of the electrocardiograph monitor cabin 521, the air pump cabin 524, the negative pressure filter cabin 525 and the cabin door 529 of the electric storage device are made of acrylic materials, and the contents on the display screen of the devices can be clearly seen.
