The film covering device 6 in the embodiment acts on a power device through the air pump 16 to realize the adsorption of the plastic film 36 in the counter basin 5 and ensure the volume required by the water consumption of the counter basin 5. After the air pump 16 finishes air suction through the air pipe 17, the space between the plastic film 36 and the counter basin 5 is almost vacuumized and is in a negative pressure state, the plastic film 36 is automatically adsorbed on the inner wall of the counter basin 5, and the air pump 16 is closed at the moment; when the plastic film 36 needs to be replaced, the air pump 16 can rotate reversely to realize air delivery into the air pipe 17, and at the moment, the plastic film 36 can be bulged and separated from the inner wall of the counter basin 5, so that the plastic film 36 can be more conveniently detached and replaced.
