Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be arbitrarily combined with each other without conflict.
The present application provides a food processor, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 4, comprising: a body 100, a radially outward convex protrusion 110 is arranged on a side wall of the body, a mounting cavity 120 is formed in the protrusion 110, and an opening is arranged on a cavity wall of the mounting cavity 120; an operation panel 200 installed at the opening; a control board 300 positioned in the mounting cavity 120; a mounting bracket 400 between the operation panel 200 and the control panel 300; and a display mask 500 attached on a surface of the mounting bracket 400 facing the operation panel 200.
In the food processor, the mounting bracket 400 is provided between the operation panel 200 and the control panel 300, the display surface film 500 is attached to the surface of the mounting bracket 400 facing the operation panel 200, and the user performs touch operation by touching the operation panel 200, so that the display surface film 500 is not scratched.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the control board 300 is provided with the light emitting member 310 thereon, the mounting bracket 400 is a light guide bracket, and the display mask 500 covers the light emitting member 310.
The display mask 500 is located between the operation panel 200 and the control panel 300, the distance between the display mask 500 and the control panel 300 is shortened, the optical path from the control panel 300 to the display mask 500 is reduced, light emitted by the light emitting member 310 is easier to propagate to the display mask 500, the light guide bracket has good light guide performance, the energy of the light lost through the light guide bracket is very small, and the brightness displayed by the display mask 500 is higher after the light reaches the display mask 500.
The purpose of the present application can be achieved by the light emitting element being a nixie tube, a display lamp or a display screen, etc., and the purpose of the present application does not depart from the design concept of the present invention, which is not repeated herein and shall all fall within the protection scope of the present application.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the control panel 300 is provided with touch keys 320, and the display mask 500 covers the touch keys 320. Moreover, the installation support 400 is provided with the avoiding hole 410, the touch key 320 is located in the avoiding hole 410, the light-transmitting flexible piece 800 is installed in the avoiding hole 410, the top surface of the flexible piece 800 presses the display mask 500, the structure can reduce the sensitivity of touch operation of a user, and the problem that the touch key 320 is triggered by mistake is avoided. The flexure 800 is configured as a silicone piece.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 2, the avoiding hole 410 is a horn hole with a diameter tapering toward the touch key 320 side, and the flexible member 800 has the same shape as the avoiding hole 410, which makes it easier to press the display mask 500 on the top surface of the flexible member 800. The inner side surface of the avoidance hole 410 is coated with a light blocking layer for blocking light from entering the avoidance hole 410.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2, the opening is located on the top wall of the mounting chamber 120, and the control board 300 and the mounting bracket 400 are horizontally disposed; alternatively, the opening is located on the sidewall of the mounting cavity 120, and the control board 300 and the mounting bracket 400 are vertically arranged; the above can achieve the purpose of the present application, and the purpose of the present application does not depart from the design concept of the present invention, which is not repeated herein, and all should fall within the protection scope of the present application.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the food processor further comprises: the crushing cup 600, the lower part of the crushing cup 600 is provided with a radially outward protruding positioning part 610, the machine body 100 is internally provided with a second mounting cavity and an extension cavity which are communicated in the radial direction, the crushing cup 600 is positioned in the second mounting cavity, and the positioning part 610 is positioned in the extension cavity to prevent the crushing cup 600 from rotating in the second mounting cavity; a motor located in the machine body 100 and below the pulverizing cup 600, and a rotating shaft driven by the motor extends into the pulverizing cup 600; and a pulverizing device disposed in the pulverizing cup 600 and installed on the rotating shaft.
Illustratively, as shown in FIG. 1, a discharge valve assembly 620 is disposed within the boss 110.
Optionally, the crushing cup is fixedly arranged in the second mounting cavity; or the crushing cup can be detachably arranged in the second mounting cavity; the above can achieve the purpose of the present application, and the purpose of the present application does not depart from the design concept of the present invention, which is not repeated herein, and all should fall within the protection scope of the present application.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, a bottom wall of the mounting cavity 120 is provided with a sinking groove 130 which is concave and convex, a detection element 140 is installed in the sinking groove 130, and the detection element 140 is used for detecting whether a slurry receiving cup assembly is placed below the protrusion 110.
When the detecting element 140 detects that the slurry receiving cup assembly is placed in position under the protrusion 110, the slurry discharge valve assembly 620 can be opened to discharge slurry into the slurry receiving cup assembly.
For example, as shown in fig. 3, the detecting element 140 is held and fixed on the bottom wall of the sinking groove 130 by a pressing plate, and the pressing plate can be locked on the bottom wall of the sinking groove 130 by a screw.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, a signal part 721 is arranged on the pulp receiving cup assembly, when the pulp receiving cup assembly is placed in place under the convex part 110, the signal part 721 is opposite to the detecting element 140, and the signal part 721 triggers the detecting element 140.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the slurry cup assembly comprises a slurry cup 710 and a slurry cup cover 720, and the signal part 721 is positioned on the slurry cup cover 720.
Illustratively, the signaling component 721 may be a magnet, and the detecting element 140 may be a reed switch or a hall plate.
To sum up, the food preparation machine that this application provided is provided with the installing support between operating panel and the control panel, shows that the facial mask subsides cover on the operating panel's of installing support orientation on the surface, the user carries out touch-control operation through touching operating panel, shows that the facial mask can not by the fish tail.
