The inner housing 123 may be made of black Polycarbonate (PC) by injection molding, the outer housing 121 may be made of polycarbonate and Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS), the outer housing 121 may be made by secondary injection molding on the basis of the inner housing 123, the inner housing 123 needs to support the main circuit board 14 and other elements and needs to form various grooves, so the inner structure is complex, the structural strength requirement is high, and the outer housing 121 needs to have a good appearance, and the outer housing 12 of this embodiment may satisfy different requirements of the outer housing 121 and the inner housing 123 by secondary injection molding.
The first light source 11 may be a light emitting diode lamp or the like, and is used for providing a light source for the sub-camera 18 to take a picture in a dark environment. The number of the first light sources 11 may be at least two or more, and the first light sources are respectively located outside the flange 1232 and at two opposite sides of the flange 1232.
The first infrared lens 13 is used for converting the light emitted by the first light source 11 into infrared light, so that the secondary camera 18 can take a picture in a dark environment.
The camera lens 15 is used for converging incident light rays to the sub-camera 18, and can improve the imaging quality and the shooting distance of the sub-camera 18.
In this embodiment, the flange 1232 surrounds the camera lens 15, and the first infrared lens 13 surrounds the flange 1232, so that the structure of the intelligent doorbell 100 is compact, and further, the flange 1232 separates the first infrared lens 13 from the camera lens 15, so as to prevent the light of the first light source 11 from being incident to the secondary camera 18 through the camera lens 15, and thus the imaging quality of the secondary camera 18 is affected.
The bottom wall of the first lens receiving cavity 1210 is provided with a positioning groove 1212. The first sealing collar 50 may be a waterproof glue.
The intelligent doorbell 100 comprises a horn sound cavity 60 and a gasket 70, wherein the horn sound cavity 60 comprises a support 62. The spacer 70 is pressed between the support member 62 and the bottom of the secondary camera 18, and the spacer 70 tightly fixes the bottom of the secondary camera 18. The second light source 98 is mounted to the key main plate 96 (see fig. 16). The outer shell 121 is provided with a mounting groove 1214, and the sensor through hole 1231 and the main camera through hole 1233 are both communicated with the mounting groove 1214. The second infrared lens 99 is mounted to the mounting groove 1214, and the second infrared lens 99 surrounds the key assembly 94 and the lens 92.
In this embodiment, the lens 92 surrounds the main camera through hole 1233, and the second infrared lens 99 surrounds the key assembly 94 and the lens 92, so that the second light source 98 can be mounted on the key main board 96, the volume of the second light source 98 is smaller, and the second light source 98 is mounted on the key main board 96, so that the distance between the key main board 96 and the inner shell 123 is shorter, and the thickness of the smart doorbell 100 is reduced. The sensor 90, which is bulky and adjacent to the main camera 16, may be mounted on a sensor board that is located remotely from the inner housing 123, thereby not increasing the thickness of the smart doorbell 100. The sensor motherboard is electrically connected to the main circuit board 14.
The sensor 90 may be a PIR human sensor, the lens 92 may be a PIR lens, and the second light source 98 may be a light emitting diode lamp.

Further, the second sealing collar 52 separates the lens 92 from the main camera 16, which prevents light rays inside the housing 12, such as light rays emitted by the second light source 98, from entering the main camera 16 through the lens 92 and affecting the imaging quality of the main camera 16.
The second sealing collar 52 may be a sealing foam.
The intelligent doorbell 100 comprises a third waterproof glue piece and a fourth waterproof glue piece. The third waterproof adhesive member is connected between the bottom wall of the mounting groove 1214 and the second infrared lens 99. The fourth waterproof adhesive is attached between the lens 92 and the inner face cover 123.
With the aid of the third waterproof glue piece and the fourth waterproof glue piece, the intelligent doorbell 100 of this embodiment can be made to have a waterproof function. The third waterproof glue piece and the fourth waterproof glue piece can be waterproof glue.
Referring to fig. 15 and 16, the key assembly 94 includes a light-tight pressing portion 940, a light-tight portion 942, and a key dome 944. The pressing portion 940 is made of a light-tight material, such as black and high-brightness plastic material. The light-transmitting portion 942 is made of a light-transmitting material, such as opal PC plastic material and diffusing powder.
When the pressing portion 940 is pressed to push the abutting block 9420 to press the button spring 944, the smart doorbell 100 sounds, meanwhile, the button light source 946 emits light to the light incident surface 9480, the light is emitted to the button assembly 94 through the light emitting surface 9482, and the emitted light is emitted through the light transmission portion 942, so that the light transmission portion 942 is lightened, and user experience can be improved.
The light guide plate 948 has a ring shape and surrounds the key light source 946. The light incident surface 9480 has a circular shape, and the light emitting surface 9482 has a circular ring shape.
The key light source 946 includes 5 light source units, the 5 light source units are uniformly arranged along a circle, each light source unit includes two lamps with different colors, for example, a white light emitting diode lamp and a red light emitting diode lamp, and the two light emitting diode lamps with different colors can alternately emit light, so that the light-transmitting portions 942 can alternately emit light with different colors, and the user experience is further improved.
It will be appreciated that in some other embodiments, the 5 light source units may be light emitting diode lamps that alternately emit different colors of light. Further, the number of the light source units may be changed according to actual needs, and is not limited in this embodiment.
The key assembly 94 includes a rigid contact sheet 949, and the contact sheet 949 is located between the interference block 9420 and the key dome 944. The contact piece 949 may be made of a hard plastic material, and is used to increase the feeling of a user pressing the pressing portion 940.
The smart doorbell 100 comprises a first elastic flashing member 54 comprising a flap 540, the flap 540 being folded towards the inner housing 123 to form an annular groove 542. The inner face shell 123 is partially received in the annular groove 542. The contact sheet 949 is installed on a side of the first elastic waterproof member 54 facing the key dome 944.
The folded edge 540 is folded towards the inner shell 123 to form an annular groove 542, and the inner shell 123 is partially accommodated in the annular groove 542, so that liquid, such as water, cannot enter the housing 12 through the space between the folded edge 540 and the inner shell 123, and the intelligent doorbell 100 has a waterproof function.
Referring to fig. 17, the smart doorbell 100 comprises a key switch 110, a second elastic waterproof member 112 and a power on key 114. The key switch 110 is mounted on a side of the main circuit board 14 facing away from the main camera 16 and is located on a back side of the main camera 16.
