A hole cover mounting and fixing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the outer wall of one side of the fixed support column (20) is provided with two fixed switch buttons (11), one side of each of the two fixed switch buttons (11) is connected with a fixed power interface (18) through a wire, and the other side of each of the two fixed switch buttons (11) is fixedly connected with a rotating motor (13) and a movable telescopic rod A (3).
