Description

本实用新型涉及电加热器领域。
目前,市场所销售电热煮锅多采用电热丝,热效率不高,在加热易膨胀液体时,容易外溢造成电源短路。
本实用新型的目的就是要解决上述已知技术的不足,提供一种热效率高,加热稳定的自动控温电热膜煮锅。
本实用新型的目的是用如下方式实现的。
煮锅由锅盖、锅体和底座构成,其中,锅体底部的外表面喷涂有一层环形电热膜,电热膜径向对称布置两条电极,电极上带有两条导线,在电热膜环形中央下,装有一热敏继电器,导线通过热敏继电器与电源插座相连。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,热转换效率高,对加热能实行控温,防止液体外溢。

在图1中,1,底座;2,盖板;3,电热膜;4,导线;5,接线柱;6,热敏继电器;7,把手。
在图2中,继电器6处于环形电热膜3的中央,导线4连接继电器6。
下面举出一种实施例,
热敏继电器常闭节点允许电流6~7A,大小为φ16×12mm,电热膜厚度为0.2~0.7μm,功率500W。
本实用新型还适合其它材料,如陶瓷、搪瓷等煮锅,还可用作淋浴器、热水器,用途非常广泛。

1、一种自动控温电热膜煮锅,由锅盖、锅体和底座构成,其特征在于:锅体底部外表面喷涂有一层环形电热膜,电热膜径向对称布置两条电极,电极上带有两条导线,在电热膜环形中央下,装有一热敏继电器,导线通过热敏继电器与电源插座相连。
2、如权利要求1所述的自动控温电热膜煮锅,其特征在于:电热膜厚度在0.2~0.7μm之间。
