Abstract

电加热器皿,由容器、电热体、电功率控制器构成,容器可用陶瓷、搪瓷、紫砂瓷或经绝缘处理的金属板料制作。在容器底部或侧部制备电极,两电极之间涂覆电热涂料,然后依次涂刷绝缘层和保温隔热层。容器形状可是开口圆柱形、开口鼓形、开口半球形、开口倒球冠形、开口的横截面为矩形或正方形的棱柱。该电热器皿可用作电热火锅、电热开水器、电饭煲、电炒锅等产品,具有结构与制造工艺简单、成本低、热效率高、节能20-30%等特点。

Description

电加热器皿
本实用新型属于电热器件,特别用于电加热容器。
现有的电加热容器,由容器、电热体和电功率控制器组成,电热体采用镍铬丝或PTC等电阻器件,由于电阻器件不能紧密附着在容器壁上,且发热不均匀,因此结构复杂、热效率低、制造成本高。
本实用新型目的在于通过改变电热体材料,使电热体与容器形状紧密拟合,简化电加热器皿结构,提高热效率,降低其制造成本。
本实用新型的电加热器皿,由容器、电热体、电功率控制器构成,对于绝缘性能好的容器,在底部或侧部制备电极,电极引线与电功率控制器联结,在容器表面电极之间涂覆电热涂料,形成电热膜,作为电热体,在电热膜表层制备外绝缘层,在外绝缘层表面制备保温隔热层。对于金属容器,在其表面先制备内绝缘层,在经绝缘处理的容器底部或侧部制备电极,电极引线与电功率控制器联结,在容器内绝缘层表面电极之间涂覆电热涂料,形成电热膜,作为电热体,在电热膜表层制备外绝缘层,在外绝缘层表面制备保温隔热层。
本实用新型的电加热器皿,电热膜均匀、紧密地附着在容器壁上,通电后热量直接通过容器壁传导给容器内的受热体,涂层的电发热温度可达600℃,接上电功率控制器,受热体可达600℃以下的任何温度,热效率高达90%,该电加热器皿结构和制作工艺简单、使用安全可靠、省电节能、寿命长、成本低,适合于制作电火锅、电热开水器、电饭煲,电炒锅等产品。

现结合附图说明本实用新型实施情况。从图1—图3中可见,在绝缘性能好的容器1底部制备电极2,容器可以是陶瓷、搪瓷或紫砂瓷材料,本例采用外径250mm,厚5mm,高100mm紫砂瓷制成的圆柱形开口容器。电极不直接连通,电极引线与电功率控制器6联结,两电极之间涂覆电热涂料,形成电热膜3,电热膜表层依次制备外绝缘层4和保温隔热层5。电极制备方式是在容器底部涂制宽6mm,长100mm的银浆电极,或采用厚0.1mm,宽6mm,长100mm的紫铜片,以粘结方式固定在容器底部。电热涂料按重量配比为:石墨粉100,锌粉30,铅酸钡20,三氧化二锑10,氧化铜20,三氧化二铬10,硅溶胶200,水100。外绝缘层采用硅溶胶和钛白粉混合制成,涂覆在电热膜和容器底部。保温隔热层采用轻质耐火砖粉料和硅胶混合,涂覆在外绝缘层上。电功率控制器采用3kw可控硅控制器。
本实用新型的电加热器皿,容器形状可为开口圆柱形或开口鼓形;也可为开口半球形或倒球冠形;还可为开口的横截面为矩形或正方形的棱柱。图4—A为倒球冠形的容器,电热膜和绝缘层构成的涂层7拟合容器1底部和部分侧面的形状,从图4—B中可看出,电极2亦拟合容器的形状。

Claims (4)

1.一种电加热器皿,由容器、电热体、电功率控制器构成,其特征在于:
(1)在绝缘性能好的容器底部或侧部、或在其表面制备内绝缘层的金属容器底部或侧部制备电极,电极引线与电功率控制器联结;
(2)在所述容器表面或金属容器内绝缘层表面电极之间涂覆电热涂料,形成电热膜,作为电热体;
(3)在电热膜表层制备外绝缘层;
(4)在外绝缘层表面制备保温隔热层;
2.如权利要求1所述的电加热器皿,其特征在于容器形状为开口圆柱形或开口鼓形。
3.如权利要求1所述的电加热器皿,其特征在于容器形状为开口半球形成或倒球冠形。
4.如权利要求1所述的电加热器皿,其特征在于容器形状为开口的横截面为矩形或正方形的棱柱。
