Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following drawings and specific examples, which should not be construed as limiting the invention.
Referring to fig. 1-4, the office chair of the present invention comprises a base 6, a cushion 4, a backrest 2, a headrest 1 and a lumbar 18.
The seat cushion 4 is disposed above a base 6, the base 6 is a five-claw base having five claws, and a roller 7 is disposed under each of the claws so that the office chair can be moved easily. A pneumatic rod 5 is provided between the seat cushion 4 and the base 6 so as to adjust the height of the seat cushion 4 with respect to the ground by operating the elevation adjuster 13. Armrests 3 are arranged on two sides of the seat cushion 4 so that a user can hold the seat cushion by hands, and the armrests 3 are fixed on the seat back 2 and the seat cushion 4 through fixing pieces 12.
The chair back 2 is arranged at the rear side of the chair cushion 4, the chair back 2 and the chair cushion 4 can be connected through an iron sheet 15, and the chair back 2 is used for a user to lean. An iron sheet decorating cover 11 is arranged on the chair back 2. The chair back 2 can be laid backwards to 160 degrees, and of course, the chair back 2 can also be locked by the angle locking piece 14 to be in a state that the chair back is not laid backwards, and the functions of the part can be realized by the existing structures on various existing office chairs; the waist support 18 is provided with a device which can move up and down and back and forth, and a soft cushion is arranged above the waist support 18. The lumbar region is also provided with a lumbar adjustment block 10 for adjusting a lumbar support 18 provided at the back of the seat back 2. The lumbar support 18 can be adjusted in the vertical position and in the front-rear position by an adjusting mechanism. The iron piece decorative cover 11 is provided below the waist adjusting block 10.
The headrest 1 is arranged above the chair back 2, and the headrest 1 can be adjusted up and down through an adjusting device 9 so as to be adjusted to the most comfortable state and the angle can be adjusted through a group of rotating shaft mechanisms. A detachable foot pad 8 is arranged below the seat cushion 4, the foot pad 8 can be pulled out to be used as a part of an office chair for supporting legs and/or feet, in this case, the foot pad is connected with the seat cushion 4; the foot pad 8 may also be used alone to form an ergonomic chair, in this case in a separated state from the seat cushion 4. The foot pad 8 has a support portion 21, a foot rest 22 is provided on the back surface of the support portion 21, and the foot rest 22 and the support portion 21 can be turned over relatively. The detachable structure of the foot pad 8 and the seat cushion 4 can be selected as a threaded connection, a clamping connection or other common connection modes.
Referring to fig. 5-8, in the present invention, two foot rests 22 are disposed on one side of the back surface (i.e. the surface not directly contacted with the user) of the carrying portion 21, one of the two foot rests 22 is located on the outer side, and the other is located on the inner side, as shown in fig. 5. It is easy to understand that the two foot rests can be folded back relative to the back of the carrying portion 21, so that they are in a folded state to be stored in the office chair, or in an unfolded state to function as a stool. A sleeve 23 is arranged below the seat cushion 4, two foot rests 22 can be inserted into the sleeve 23 side by side, and the other side of the back surface of the bearing part 21 is provided with a bayonet 17, wherein the bayonet 17 can be installed in the bayonet 17 when one foot rest 22 is detached from the sleeve 23, so that the other foot rest 22 can be matched with the other foot rest 22 to realize the function of using the stool. As previously mentioned, the foot rest 22 may be folded over with respect to the carrier 21, the folding over being such that when the foot rest 8 is used as part of an office chair, folding the carrier 21 up may facilitate supporting the legs and/or feet, as shown in fig. 7; when the foot rest 8 is used alone, one foot stand 22 may be folded downward relative to the carrying portion 21, and another foot stand 22 that is detached may be inserted into the bayonet 17, so as to form a separate stool, as shown in fig. 8.
Further, the sleeve 23 is provided with a fixing means for fixing the foot rest 22 at a fixed position (not shown) in the sleeve 23, which constitutes the aforementioned detachable structure, so that the foot pad 8 can be easily detached from the seat cushion 4 or mounted on the seat cushion 4. When detached, it can be used independently.
Specifically, the foot rest 22 is provided with a plurality of locking holes (not shown) along the length direction thereof, the fixing device includes a button, an insert and an elastic member (not shown), the elastic member applies an elastic force to the insert in the direction of the locking holes, the elastic member may be a spring ball, and the button can overcome the elastic force of the elastic member. A fixing means, which may be constructed as an umbrella, and which is adapted to be released from the locking hole when the button is pressed, and at this time, to release the foot 22 from the sleeve 23; when the foot rest 22 is inserted, the insert can be inserted into the locking hole under the force of the elastic member, retaining the foot pad 8 within the sleeve 23.
When in use, the two foot rests 22 under the carrying part 21 form two supporting parts to form two supports of the carrying part 21, so that the foot pad 8 can be used as a stool. As shown in fig. 8, when the stool is used, the two foot rests 22 form a scissors shape, and the position limitation of the two foot rests can be realized by fixing the fixing parts, so that the foot rests 22 cannot rotate freely, and a certain bearing requirement is met. In addition, the two foot rests 22 may be square, and when the stool is used, the foot rests rotate vertically relative to the supporting portion 21, that is, the two foot rests 22 are finally perpendicular to the supporting portion 21, and at this time, the stool is used as a stool, and the supporting strength is higher. In this case, a stopper mechanism or the like may be provided so as to maintain the vertical state of the foot stool 22 with respect to the carrier part 21.
In this embodiment, the number of the bayonets 17 is two, and the bayonets are spaced from each other, as shown in fig. 7. The two-step bayonet 17 can adjust the foot pad 8 to two different heights, such as 42cm and 37 cm. When the foot rest 22 is located in the inner bayonet 17, a higher height of the foot rest 8 is obtained, whereas when the foot rest 22 is located in the outer bayonet 17, a relatively lower height of the foot rest 8 is obtained.
Referring to fig. 9 to 10, a protruding step 20 is provided on the front side above the cushion 4, and a groove 19 is provided on the rear side above the cushion 4.
The utility model discloses an office chair, callus on the sole 8 can the independent utility, and back of the chair 2 can be laid down backward and reach 160 degrees, and the waist leans on 18 to be equipped with the device of back-and-forth movement from top to bottom, is equipped with recess 19 and protruding shelves 20 on the seatpad, is provided with callus on the sole 8 that can stretch out and draw back under the chair cushion 4, and callus on the sole 8 can be pulled out and accords with ergonomic chair when the stool uses. The utility model discloses an office chair has both protected user's caudal vertebra, has protected lumbar vertebrae and cervical vertebra again for the user reaches a function of subtracting the burden at the health of permanent official working, and more spaces have been saved for the user to hidden callus on the sole.
The above embodiments are only exemplary embodiments of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the present invention, and the protection scope of the present invention is defined by the claims. Various modifications and equivalents of the invention can be made by those skilled in the art within the spirit and scope of the invention, and such modifications and equivalents should also be considered as falling within the scope of the invention.
