Description

本实用新型涉及一种螺纹联接防松装置,特别适合于振动冲击场合联接螺纹的防松。
目前螺纹联接的防松方法主要有弹簧垫圈压紧法、固定螺母法、热装配法等三种,这些方法只适用静联接或振动冲击负荷较小的场合。在振动冲击负荷较大且频繁的场合,由于螺栓(或螺柱)变形伸长,螺母与联接件接触面就出现间隙,而弹簧垫圈压紧法防松行程极短,固定螺母法只是螺母被固定在螺栓上,热装配法预变形量很小,它们都不能补偿和消除螺柱伸长产生的间隙。因此,不可避免发生松动现象。
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种改进的螺纹防松装置,它能有效地防止承受振动冲击负荷联接螺纹产生松动现象。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:在固紧螺母上钻有一孔,弹簧一端簧丝插入该孔中,另一端簧丝插入防松螺母孔中,通过拧防松螺母使弹簧对固紧螺母施加防松扭矩。
本实用新型的具体结构由以下实施例及其附图给出。
图1是本实用新型的装配示意图。
将螺栓(1)穿入所需联接的零件(2)、(3),把固紧螺母(4)拧紧在螺栓(1)上,弹簧(5)套入螺栓(1)并将其一端簧丝插入固紧螺母(4)孔中,另一端簧丝插入防松螺母(6)孔中,拧动螺母(6),弹簧(5)受扭,在固紧螺母(4)上施加防松力矩,当螺栓(1)受振动冲击变形伸长时,固紧螺母(4)与零件(3)之间就会有间隙,在弹簧扭矩作用下,固紧螺母(4)转动消除这个间隙,达到防松目的。
拧防松螺母(6)的同时,拧螺母(7),螺母(7)的作用是挡住防松螺母(6)不让防松螺母(6)反转。

Claims (3)

1、一种螺纹防松装置,特别适合于承受振动冲击负荷螺纹联接的防松,其特征在于固紧螺母(4)和防松螺母(6)上各钻有一孔,弹簧(5)两端簧丝分别插入这两个螺母孔内,拧紧固紧螺母(4),再拧防松螺母(6)和螺母(7)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征是固紧螺母(4)和防松螺母(6)上有插入簧丝的孔。
3、根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征是螺母(6)、(7)之间是紧配合。
