Detailed Description
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, a flavored ice cube assembly with overwrap 100 includes an overwrap body 110 and at least one flavored ice cube 120. The flavored ice cubes 120 are contained in the outer packing body 110. Referring to fig. 2, flavored ice cubes 120 are formed by subjecting a flavored liquid to a low temperature environment, such as below 0 degrees celsius, to cause the flavored liquid to solidify and have a solid appearance. The flavoring liquid is edible liquid for adding taste and flavor. Thus, flavored ice 120 is a solid, i.e., a homogeneous ice body consisting only of a flavored liquid, which is solidified directly from the flavored liquid.
In one embodiment, the solid appearance of flavored ice 120 is cubic, rectangular parallelepiped, cylindrical, spherical, pyramidal, polygonal, or a combination thereof. As one example, the solid appearance of flavored ice 120 may be frozen at a low temperature by placing a flavored liquid in a rigid container, such as an ice-making tray. As another example, the solid appearance of flavored ice 120 may be cryogenically solidified by placing a flavored liquid in a flexible container, such as a plastic bag.
In one embodiment, the flavored liquid is a coffee liquid. For example, a coffee extractor extracts a plurality of coffee beans to obtain a coffee liquid (e.g., a coffee extract), and places the coffee liquid in a low temperature environment to solidify the coffee liquid into flavored ice cubes having the coffee flavor.
In one embodiment, the flavored liquid is a fruit liquid. As an example, fruit liquid is obtained by adding water to the fruit, followed by heating (e.g., distillation, frying, or boiling, etc.) or soaking to extract the fruit components, and then optionally concentrating as appropriate. The fruit liquid is placed in a low temperature environment to solidify the fruit liquid into flavored ice cubes having a fruit flavor. For example, the fruit liquid can be an apple extract, a blackcurrant extract, a raspberry extract, a cranberry extract, a blueberry extract, a kiwi extract, a lemon extract, and the like. As another example, fruit is added with water and then pulped (e.g., with a juicer) to obtain a fruit component to obtain a fruit liquid. For example, the fruit liquid may be fruit juice.
In one embodiment, the flavored liquid is a vegetable liquid. For example, the vegetable liquid can be obtained by adding water to the vegetable, heating (e.g., distilling, frying, or boiling, etc.) or soaking to extract the vegetable components, and optionally concentrating. The vegetable liquid is placed in a low temperature environment to solidify the vegetable liquid into flavored ice cubes having a vegetable flavor. For example, the vegetable liquid can be bitter tea seed extract, asparagus extract, carrot extract, onion extract, cucumber extract, etc. As another example, vegetables are added with water and then subjected to mashing (e.g., with a juicer) to obtain a vegetable component, to obtain a vegetable liquid. For example, the vegetable liquid may be vegetable juice.
In one embodiment, the flavored liquid includes alcohol. As an example, the wine or the wine after adding water is directly placed in a low-temperature environment to be solidified into the seasoning ice block with wine flavor. In one embodiment, the flavored liquid can be red wine, piano wine, vodka, or the like.
In one embodiment, the flavoured liquid is a tea leaf liquid. For example, tea leaves are heated (e.g., distilled, fried, or boiled, etc.) or steeped with water to extract the tea leaf components, and then optionally concentrated to obtain a tea leaf liquid (e.g., a tea leaf extract). The tea leaf liquid is placed in a low temperature environment to solidify the tea leaf liquid into flavored ice cubes having a tea leaf flavor.
In another variation of the flavored ice cube, as shown in fig. 3, the flavored ice cube 220 can also be prepared by mixing at least one solid food material 221 and a solution, and then placing the mixture in a low temperature environment, such as below 0 ℃, so that the solution coats the solid food material 221 and solidifies to have a solid appearance. Therefore, the flavored ice cubes 220 are formed by the solidified solid food material 221 and the solution, in other words, the flavored ice cubes 120 are heterogeneous ice cubes formed by the frozen solid food material 221 and the solution. Therefore, flavored ice cubes 220 can also be contained within outer package 110 (not shown).
The solid food material 221 is a food that is edible and does not dissolve in the solution. In one embodiment, the solid food material is fruit or a cut thereof, the fruit may be, for example, but not limited to, strawberry, blueberry, cranberry, cherry, and the like; the fruit pieces may be, for example but not limited to, apple pieces, citrus fruit pieces, banana pieces, lemon pieces, and the like. In another embodiment, the solid food material 221 is a vegetable or a cut thereof, the vegetable can be, for example but not limited to, mint leaf, thyme leaf, and the like; the vegetable pieces may be, for example, but not limited to, onion pieces, aloe pieces, cucumber pieces, and the like.
The solution is water or an edible liquid containing ingredients to add taste and flavor. In one embodiment, the edible liquid containing flavoring to add taste flavor is substantially the same as the previous embodiment, and therefore, the same or similar parts are not repeated.
In one embodiment, the outer packaging body 110 is an edible cup or an edible bag. An edible cup or bag refers to a cup or bag that is edible and can be used to hold a load (e.g., flavored ice 120). For example, the edible cup may be, but is not limited to, a cone cup, a cookie cup, a bread cup, and the like. Further, in order to prevent the edible cup from being dissolved or softened by the moisture contacting the seasoning ice cubes 120, the edible cup may be coated with chocolate or other food material on the inner wall of the cup body to prevent the seasoning ice cubes 120 from directly contacting the edible cup.
In one embodiment, the outer package 110 is a microorganism-degradable cup or a microorganism-degradable bag. The microorganism decomposable cup or bag can be a Polylactic Acid (PLA) cup or bag, which can be decomposed by microorganisms in a high temperature and high humidity environment.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, outer package 110 is a sealed pouch and flavored ice 120 is interspersed within the sealed pouch. In one embodiment, the sealed pouch may have a zipper or a cinch cord (not shown) to enclose the mouth of the pouch. In another embodiment, the sealed bag body can be heated and sealed at the opening of the bag body by a sealing machine so as to seal the opening. In one embodiment, the sealed bag body may be a plastic bag, an aluminum foil bag, a pauli bag, a silicone bag, or the like.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, overwrapped body 210 of overwrapped flavored ice cube assembly 200 is a containment cup, and flavored ice cubes 120 are interspersed within the containment cup. In one embodiment, the containing cup can cover the cup lid F at the opening of the containing cup or be sealed at the opening of the containing cup by a film sealing machine so as to seal the opening of the containing cup. In one embodiment, the receiving cup may be a plastic cup, an aluminum foil cup, a silicone cup, or the like.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, overwrap 310 of overwrapped flavored ice cube assembly 300 includes a sub-cup 311 and a parent cup 312. The sub-cup 311 is superposed on the mother cup 312, and the bottom surface S of the sub-cup 311 covers the opening H of the mother cup 312. Flavored ice cubes 120 may be contained within the sub-cup 311. Therefore, the user can take out an appropriate amount of the flavored ice cubes 120 from the sub-cup 311 and add the flavored ice cubes to the mother cup 312 according to the personal taste when drinking. In another embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6, flavored ice cubes 120 may also be received within the mother cup 312. Therefore, the sub-cup 311 may additionally contain food materials such as cookies, honey, cakes, etc. in the sub-cup 311. In one embodiment, the volume of the sub-cup 311 is smaller than the volume of the mother cup 312, and the bottom surface S of the sub-cup 311 has an area substantially equal to the opening H of the mother cup 312, so that the bottom surface S of the sub-cup 311 encloses the opening H of the mother cup 312.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the flavored ice cube assembly with overwrap 100 can further include at least one potable water ice cube 130. The drinking water ice 130 is contained in the outer package body 110. The drinking water ice 130 is disposed in a low temperature environment, such as below 0 ℃, so that the drinking water is solidified and has a solid appearance. The drinking water liquid is an edible pure water liquid not containing any flavor for adding taste. Therefore, the drinking water ice 130 is formed by directly solidifying the drinking water, in other words, the drinking water ice 130 is a homogeneous ice body consisting of only the drinking water. In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the drinking water ice 130 and the seasoning ice 120 are contained in the outer package body 110.
