Abstract
本实用新型公开一种组合式可调温电工工具，它
由电加热刀身，电烙铁身和装有调温开关的手把组
成。适用于电力工程中塑料电缆头的制作工程。工
作中，可根据不同工序的需要，使用不同的组件与手
把配合，使之既能快速剥切电缆塑料绝缘层，又能方
便的满足不同的焊接要求。
Description
本实用新型提供一种用于电力工程中塑料电缆头制作的组合式可调温电工工具。
目前在电力工程中，制作塑料电缆头时，都使用普通电工刀及普通的电铬铁。在冬季气温较低的情况下，塑料电缆的绝缘层很坚硬，尤其是高压交联电缆，即使在夏天，其绝缘层也非常硬，用普通电工刀剥切很费时间，而且普通电工刀用途单一，在剥好绝缘层，需焊接电缆屏蔽层及地线时，又要使用两把功率不同的普通电铬铁。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种既能较快的剥切塑料电缆绝缘层，又能通过调换不同功率的电铬铁身来满足各种焊接要求的多用途可调温电工工具。
本实用新型是这样实现的，它由电加热刀身、电铬铁身及手把组成。电加热刀身背上小孔内装有电加热芯。电加热刀身及电铬铁身尾部与一个硬质胶木固定座浇注在一起，固定座上有两个小螺孔，用来固定底部带螺纹的插头，电加热芯的引出线就靠插头压紧在固定座上。手把上有调温开关和插座。插座通过导线与调温开关相连，调温开关另一头接外来电源线。使用时只须根据需要插上电加热刀身或电铬铁身即可使用。
本实用新型有如下一些优点和效果：在普通电工刀的基础上，增加了可调温的电加热装置，操作时，可根据电缆绝缘材料的不同和季节的不同，在一定的范围内调节电加热刀的温度，使刀身温度接近被剥切材料的溶化温度，使之剥切起来省时省力。还因采用了插接连接方式，在要焊接时，可拨下电加热刀身，换上所需的电铬铁身，即可满足不同的焊接要求。
以下结合附图详细描述本实用新型的构造。

参照附图，在电加热刀身［1］上有一小圆孔［11］，用以安放电加热芯［12］，电加热芯可用普通内热式电铬铁芯代用。电加热刀刀身与硬质胶木制成的固定座［10］浇注成一个整体。固定座［10］内有一小圆孔［8］，用以穿电加热芯引出线。固定座尾部有插头［4］，插头［4］下部有螺纹，靠螺纹旋紧在固定座［10］上。螺纹外径比插头外径略小，以便固定电加热芯引出线。手把［3］亦用硬质胶木制成，内有插座［5］，用以连接电加热刀身和电铬铁身。插座［5］后有导线槽［13］，用以安放连接插座［5］和调温开关［3］的导线［9］及调温开关［3］本身，调温开关用滑动电位器代用。为方便维修，手把［2］分为两半，手把上有三个小圆孔［7］，用螺栓穿过其中，使手把成为一个整体。
与电加热刀身一样，电铬铁身［6］尾部也有同样大小的固定座［10］和插头［4］，其余部分与普通电铬铁相同。
Claims (1)
1、一种组合式可调温电工工具，由电加热刀身[1]、电烙铁身[6]及手把[2]组成，其特征是：
a.电加热刀身[1]内装有电加热芯[12]，电加热刀身[1]尾部与一硬质胶木固定座[10]浇注在一起，固定座[10]上有插头[4]。
b.电烙铁本身[6]也与一硬质胶木固定座[10]浇注在一起，固定座[10]上有插头[4]。
c.手把[2]内装有插座[5]及调温开关[3]。
