one end of the fixed component (2) is connected with the solar photovoltaic panel (1), and the solar photovoltaic panel (1) and a surface to be installed form a certain angle; the other end of the fixed component (2) is provided with the first ash cleaning component (3); the first driving piece (31) can drive the cleaning piece (36) to move on the surface of the solar photovoltaic panel (1).

the second ash cleaning component (4) comprises a second driving piece (41), a limiting rod (42), a third connecting rod (43) and a brush (44); the limiting rod (42) penetrates through the through hole (221) and is rotatably connected with the second driving piece (41); one end of the limiting rod (42) is connected with the third connecting rod (43), the third connecting rod (43) is provided with the hairbrush (44), and the second driving piece (41) can drive the hairbrush (44) to rotate on the surface of the solar photovoltaic panel (1);
the water spray assembly (5) comprises a water pump (51), a first connecting pipe, a second connecting pipe and a plurality of nozzles (52); the plurality of nozzles (52) are communicated with each other through the first connecting pipe, the water pump (51) is communicated with the nozzles (52) through the second connecting pipe, and the nozzles (52) are used for spraying water to the surface of the solar photovoltaic panel (1).
8. The solar photovoltaic panel ash removal device according to claim 7, wherein the second ash removal component (4) further comprises a first rotating shaft (45), a second rotating shaft (46), a first gear (47), a second gear (48) and a bearing (49);
the bearing (49) is arranged in the through hole (221), the bearing (49) is sleeved on the limiting rod (42), one end of the limiting rod (42) is fixedly connected with the second rotating shaft (46), and the second rotating shaft (46) and the limiting rod (42) are coaxially arranged;
