Abstract
本实用新型关于一种键盘按键结构,此键盘按键结构包括下壳体、上壳体、按压轴及弹簧,下壳体具有底座,底座向上延伸有二卡勾;上壳体具有顶壁、围设在顶壁周缘的环形周壁及自顶壁设有贯通口,上壳体更设有配置在贯通口两侧的二透空卡槽,各卡勾卡合于各透空卡槽,以令下壳体与上壳体上、下组接且内部围设出容腔;按压轴容置于容腔,按压轴的顶端穿设于贯通口;弹簧容置于容腔且弹性支撑在下壳体与按压轴之间。借此,使键盘按键结构具有上壳体的外观设计自由、节省制造成品及良率提高等优点。

技术领域
本实用新型是有关于一种按键结构,且特别是有关于一种键盘按键结构。
背景技术
随着电子竞技游戏更普及与大众化,玩家们的电玩配备规格需求也随之提高,使得市面上出现一种机械键盘,此机械键盘上具有按压行程长、触压手感精准、使用寿命较长的机械式按键。
传统机械式按键包括上壳体、下壳体、按压轴、弹簧及帽盖,上壳体及下壳体相互组接且内部形成有容腔,按压轴与弹簧容置于容腔,按压轴的顶端裸露于上壳体,弹簧弹性支撑在按压轴的底端与下壳体之间,帽盖安装在按压轴的顶端。
然而,上述上壳体由塑料射出成型所制成,所以上壳体与下壳体之间的组接结构若过于复杂,将造成上壳体脱模不易或外观造型设计受限,进而产生制造成本昂贵、良率降低等问题。
有鉴于此,本创作人针对上述现有技术,特潜心研究并配合学理的运用,尽力解决上述的问题点,即成为本创作人改良之目标。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种键盘按键结构,其上壳体的透空卡槽在塑料射出成型过程容易脱模,以达到键盘按键结构具有上壳体的外观设计自由、节省制造成品及良率提高等优点。
在本实用新型实施例中,本实用新型提供一种键盘按键结构,包括:一下壳体,具有一底座,该底座向上延伸有二卡勾;一上壳体,具有一顶壁、围设在该顶壁周缘的一环形周壁及自该顶壁设有一贯通口,该上壳体更设有配置在该贯通口两侧的二透空卡槽,各该卡勾卡合于各该透空卡槽,以令该下壳体与该上壳体上、下组接且内部围设出一容腔;一按压轴,容置于该容腔,该按压轴的顶端穿设于该贯通口;以及一弹簧,容置于该容腔且弹性支撑在该下壳体与该按压轴之间。
基于上述,下壳体与上壳体的组接结构简单,且上壳体的透空卡槽在塑料射出成型过程容易脱模,使上壳体的设计尺寸可因此缩小,上壳体的外观造型设计也较自由不受限制,以达到键盘按键结构具有上壳体的外观设计自由、节省制造成品及良率提高等优点。

具体实施方式
有关本实用新型的详细说明及技术内容,将配合图式说明如下,然而所附图式仅作为说明用途,并非用于局限本实用新型。
请参考图1至图4所示,本实用新型提供一种键盘按键结构,此键盘按键结构10主要包括一下壳体1、一上壳体2、一按压轴3及一弹簧4。
下壳体1具有一底座11,底座11向上延伸有二卡勾12及一凸柱13,每一卡勾12具有一直立片121及自直立片121的末端延伸有一凸块122,凸柱13配置在二直立片121之间。
上壳体2具有一顶壁21、围设在顶壁21周缘的一环形周壁22及自顶壁21设有一贯通口23,上壳体2更设有配置在贯通口23两侧的二透空卡槽24,各卡勾12卡合于各透空卡槽24,以令下壳体1与上壳体2上、下组接且内部围设出一容腔s。
详细说明如下,每一透空卡槽24一端贯通于顶壁21的顶面211及另一端贯通于环形周壁22的内壁面221,每一透空卡槽24的底部具有一底壁241。
其中,上壳体2对应下壳体1罩盖时,各凸块122会容置于各透空卡槽24且被各底壁241止挡定位,使下壳体1与上壳体2稳固地组接在一起。
此外,上壳体2为透光材质所构成,使键盘按键结构10安装有发光组件(图未揭示)时,上壳体2可透出发光组件(图未揭示)的光源。
按压轴3容置于容腔s,按压轴3的顶端穿设于贯通口23,且按压轴3的两侧延伸有二挡块31。其中,按压轴3朝贯通口23方向突伸时,二挡块31会被顶壁21止挡限位,以防止按压轴3从贯通口23脱离出容腔s。
弹簧4容置于容腔s且弹性支撑在下壳体1与按压轴2之间。其中,本实施例的弹簧4为一螺旋弹簧,弹簧4套接于凸柱13。
如图1至图4所示,本实用新型键盘按键结构10的使用状态,其利用下壳体1延伸有二卡勾12,上壳体2设有二透空卡槽24,各卡勾12卡合于各透空卡槽24,使下壳体1与上壳体2稳固地上、下组接。
借此,下壳体1与上壳体2的组接结构简单,且上壳体2的透空卡槽24在塑料射出成型过程容易脱模,使上壳体2的设计尺寸可因此缩小,上壳体2的外观造型设计也较自由不受限制,以达到键盘按键结构10具有上壳体2的外观设计自由、节省制造成品及良率提高等优点。
Claims (6)
1.一种键盘按键结构,其特征在于,包括:
一下壳体,具有一底座,该底座向上延伸有二卡勾;
一上壳体,具有一顶壁、围设在该顶壁周缘的一环形周壁及自该顶壁设有一贯通口,该上壳体更设有配置在该贯通口两侧的二透空卡槽,各该卡勾卡合于各该透空卡槽,以令该下壳体与该上壳体上、下组接且内部围设出一容腔;
一按压轴,容置于该容腔,该按压轴的顶端穿设于该贯通口;以及
一弹簧,容置于该容腔且弹性支撑在该下壳体与该按压轴之间。
2.如权利要求1所述的键盘按键结构,其特征在于,每一该透空卡槽贯通于该顶壁的顶面与该环形周壁的内壁面。
3.如权利要求2所述的键盘按键结构,其特征在于,每一该卡勾具有一直立片及自该直立片的末端延伸有一凸块,每一该透空卡槽的底部具有一底壁,各该凸块容置于各该透空卡槽且被各该底壁止挡定位。
4.如权利要求3所述的键盘按键结构,其特征在于,该底座向上延伸有配置在二该直立片之间的一凸柱,该弹簧为一螺旋弹簧且套接于该凸柱。
5.如权利要求1所述的键盘按键结构,其特征在于,该按压轴的两侧延伸有二挡块,该按压轴朝该贯通口方向突伸时,该二挡块被该顶壁止挡限位。
6.如权利要求1所述的键盘按键结构,其特征在于,该上壳体为透光材质所构成。
