As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the atomizing head 30 includes an atomizing base 31, an atomizing pipe 32 provided on the atomizing base 31, and a heating structure 33 accommodated on the atomizing base 31.
The atomizing base 31 is a hollow cylindrical structure with two through ends, one end of the atomizing base 31 is convexly provided with a mounting protrusion 311, the mounting protrusion 311 is inserted in the groove 133, so that one end of the atomizing base 31 is connected with the connecting piece 13, the other end of the atomizing base 31 is connected with the vent pipe 113, and the inner cavity of the atomizing base 31 is communicated with the air inlet channel 126 and the inner cavity of the vent pipe 113; the side wall of the atomizing base 31 is provided with a liquid guiding hole 312, and the liquid guiding hole 312 is communicated with the inner cavity of the atomizing base 31. The atomizer head 30 further comprises a sealing ring 35, and the sealing ring 35 is clamped between the atomizer base 31 and the vent pipe 113 to enhance the sealing performance between the atomizer head 30 and the liquid storage assembly 10 and prevent the aerosol-forming substrate in the liquid storage cavity 111 from leaking from the connection between the atomizer base 31 and the vent pipe 113.
The atomizing pipe 32 cover is established in atomizing base 31 outside, and atomizing pipe 32 roughly is the cavity tubular structure that both ends link up, has seted up feed liquor hole 321 on the lateral wall of atomizing pipe 32, and feed liquor hole 321 all communicates with stock solution chamber 111 and drain hole 312.
The heating structure 33 includes a liquid absorbing member 331 and a heating member 332 which are in contact with each other, the liquid absorbing member 331 has a function of absorbing aerosol to form a matrix, the liquid absorbing member 331 may be one or a combination of two or more of cotton, porous ceramic, fiber rope, foamed metal and foamed graphite, the heating member 332 is a sheet structure, the heating member 332 is a heating element which can be electrified to generate heat, in this embodiment, the liquid absorbing member 331 is hollow cylindrical grid cotton, the heating member 332 is a metal heating sheet, the liquid absorbing member 331 is attached to an inner cavity wall of the atomizing base 31, the heating member is attached to an inner cavity wall of the liquid absorbing member 331, the heating member 332 is provided with two pins 3321, one pin 3321 corresponds to one electrode connector 14, and each pin 3321 is electrically connected with the corresponding electrode connector 14, so that the heating member 332 is electrically connected with the power supply device.
When a user uses the aerosol generating device, the aerosol-forming substrate in the liquid storage cavity 111 slowly flows into the space between the atomizing pipe 32 and the atomizing base 31 through the liquid inlet hole 321, and then flows to the liquid absorbing member 331 in the inner cavity of the atomizing base 31 through the liquid guide hole 312, the heating member 332 heats the aerosol-forming substrate on the liquid absorbing member 331 under the electric drive of the power supply device to form smoke, and the arrangement of the liquid inlet hole 321 and the liquid guide hole 312 prevents the aerosol-forming substrate in the liquid storage cavity 111 from flowing into the liquid absorbing member 331 in the inner cavity of the atomizing base 31 at once, so that the heating structure 33 is not too late for atomization. Because the heating member 332 is of a sheet-like structure, when the heating member 332 heats the aerosol-forming substrate on the liquid absorbing member 331, the smoke formed on the wall surface of the heating member 332 is the largest, the wall surface of the heating member 332 forms the smoke gathering region 34, the smoke gathering region 34 is communicated with the inner cavity of the air duct 113, and the smoke gathering region 34 is located on the straight flow path of the air inlet passage 126; it will be appreciated that in other embodiments, not shown, heating element 332 may be omitted and wicking element 331 made of a material that is both liquid and electrically conductive, such as a porous electrically conductive ceramic material, in which case, aerosol collecting region 34 is formed by the walls of wicking element 331, i.e., the walls of heating structure 33, forming aerosol collecting region 34.
Since the air inlet hole 123 is communicated with the air inlet channel 126 on the peripheral side of the air guide pillar 122, the smoke gathering area 34 is located on the straight flow path of the air inlet channel 126, and the outside air enters the air inlet channel 126 through the air inlet hole 123, then directly flows to the smoke gathering area 34 and is mixed with the smoke in the smoke gathering area 34, and then directly flows upwards to the inner cavity of the air vent pipe 113 under the smoking action of the user, and is smoked by the user through the smoke outlet 112. In the present embodiment, the straight flow path of the intake duct 126 refers to the shortest path through which the air in the intake duct 126 flows to the smoke outlet 112.
It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, not shown, the atomizing base 31 may be omitted, and only one end of the atomizing tube 32 may be connected to the connecting member 13 and the other end of the atomizing tube 32 may be connected to the vent tube 113, as well as the connection between the atomizing head 30 and the reservoir assembly 10.
As shown in fig. 3, since the aerosol generating device is small in size, when a user uses the aerosol generating device, the external air entering the atomizer 100 through the air inlet 123 can be quickly sucked into the air inlet, and the air guide pillar 122 is arranged so that the external air enters the air inlet channel 126 through the air inlet 123, then directly flows through the smoke gathering area 34 under the guiding action of the air guide pillar 122, and carries the smoke at the smoke gathering area 34 to be sucked by the user through the smoke outlet 112; the guiding effect of the air guide column 122 and the matching effect of the air inlet channel 126 and the smoke gathering area 34 prevent outside air entering the atomizer 100 through the air inlet hole 123 from directly flowing to a non-smoke gathering area in the atomizer 100, and then the outside air is not mixed with smoke in the smoke gathering area 34 under the sucking effect of a user, namely the outside air is sucked into a suction port of the user, so that the smoke in the suction port is not uniformly mixed, the taste is too light, and the experience is not good.
