The tank body has specific requirements on rolling: firstly, rolling the tank body for 4 times along a certain direction, wherein the rolling is carried out for 90 degrees each time; then the tank body is rolled for 4 times in sequence along the opposite direction, and the tank body is rolled for 90 degrees each time; and finally, repeating the operations of the first step and the second step. This rolling is done to counteract or eliminate axial displacement of the can body. After the tank body is filled and rolled, the tank body needs to be subjected to gas replacement and detection operation, but the gas in the tank needs to be checked in a sampling mode in the transportation or storage process, and once the nitrogen content or the pressure is unqualified, the gas needs to be pumped or inflated immediately until the nitrogen content or the pressure is qualified.

A storage and transport container as defined in claim 7, wherein: the gas filling pipe is provided with a bidirectional electromagnetic valve for opening or closing a pipeline, the bidirectional electromagnetic valve is arranged between the test pipe and the gas needle valve, and the bidirectional electromagnetic valves are electrically connected with and controlled by the PLC; two pressure gauges are connected to the test tube side by side, a pressure transmitter is arranged between one pressure gauge and the test tube, a bidirectional electromagnetic valve and a pressure transmitter are arranged between the other pressure gauge and the test tube, and the bidirectional electromagnetic valve and the pressure transmitter are electrically connected with and controlled by the PLC.
