Technical Field
The utility model belongs to the technical field of building and construction thereof, and relates to a house constructed by assembling wallboards, in particular to a house constructed by wallboards based on combination of bamboo wood and concrete and a construction method thereof.
Background
The construction technology of buildings generally includes constructing a reinforced concrete skeleton and building walls with bricks. The construction method has the defects of low construction efficiency and high construction strength. The construction of other fabricated buildings can adopt different prefabricated components, but generally has the defects of labor assembly, troublesome disassembly, higher resource and economic cost and the like, and is difficult to meet the design requirement of the building.
In order to overcome the defects and shortcomings of the conventional construction technology and the corresponding building structure system, a more reasonable scheme needs to be found on the structure process and the construction method, so that the member is simple to process, reasonable in splicing structure and convenient to assemble and construct, and the wall and the building system can meet the requirements of the structure, the environment protection and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
The utility model provides a bamboo timber and concrete combined wallboard and house based on wallboard structure and construction method thereof.
In one aspect, the present invention provides bamboo and concrete bonded wallboard. The wall panel has a first surface and a second surface parallel to and opposite the first surface, two ends and two opposite sides, and further comprises: the first panel is formed by overlapping a layer of bamboo board or a plurality of layers of bamboo boards, and the second panel is formed by overlapping a layer of bamboo board or a plurality of layers of bamboo boards or by longitudinally arranging and combining a plurality of semi-cylindrical strips in parallel along the wall board; and a concrete filler.
According to the invention, the first bamboo wood and concrete combined wall board is provided with a first surface, a second surface parallel and opposite to the first surface, two end parts and two opposite side surfaces. The wallboard that first kind bamboo timber and concrete combine still includes:
a first panel and a second panel each independently formed by laminating a bamboo sheet or a plurality of bamboo sheets and arranged to form the first surface and the second surface, respectively;
the first rod pieces and the second rod pieces are arranged between the first panel and the second panel to form a skeleton which is directly intersected in a longitudinal and transverse mode; wherein a plurality of the first bars are arranged in parallel at a set interval at a position adjacent to the first panel, and a first distance is formed between the middle line of the first bar and the first surface, and the first distance is larger than the sum of the radius of the first bar and the thickness of the first panel; the second rods are arranged in parallel at set intervals and are arranged at positions adjacent to the second panel, a second distance is reserved between the middle line of each second rod and the second surface, the second distance is larger than the sum of the radius of each second rod and the thickness of the second panel, and the first distance is larger than the second distance;
the binding strips are used for binding and fixing the framework components which are vertically crossed in a longitudinal and transverse mode, and the binding strips are arranged at the part or all crossed positions of the first rod piece and the second rod piece which are vertically crossed in a longitudinal and transverse mode;
and the filling material is filled in a cavity filled between the first panel and the second panel and outside the first rod piece and the second rod piece.
In various embodiments of the first bamboo and concrete combined wallboard, the first panel is a double-layer bamboo board, the second panel is a single-layer bamboo board, and the bamboo board is a carbonized bamboo board or a composite bamboo board.
The first rod piece and the second rod piece are both round bamboos. The round bamboos as the first rod piece and the second rod piece can be a single cylinder or formed by extending and jointing a plurality of round bamboos along the plate. The inner cavity of the round bamboo can be selectively inserted with reinforcing steel bars and/or poured with fillers according to the structural requirements.
The binding strip is a fiber rope.
The filling material can be ordinary concrete, light aggregate concrete and porous concrete, including but not limited to polyphenyl granule concrete and polyphenyl granule concrete added with bamboo fiber.
When the wall body is installed, the first rod piece is perpendicular to the base surface of the wall body.
According to the invention, the second bamboo wood and concrete combined wallboard is provided with a first surface, a second surface parallel and opposite to the first surface, two end parts and two opposite side surfaces, and comprises:
a first panel and a second panel, wherein the first panel is formed by laminating a layer of bamboo board or a plurality of layers of bamboo boards and is arranged to form the first surface; the second plate is formed by longitudinally and parallelly arranging and combining a plurality of semi-cylindrical battens along the wall plate, and is provided with a corrugated second surface formed by the semi-cylindrical appearance;
a plurality of rod-like members disposed between the first sheet and the second sheet in a parallel configuration with a set centerline spacing between the rod-like members, wherein one side of the rod-like members abuts or is adjacent to the inner wall of the first sheet and the other side of the rod-like members abuts the interior of the second sheet;
and the filling material is filled in a cavity outside the rod-shaped member and filled between the first plate and the second plate.
In another specific embodiment of the second bamboo and concrete combined wallboard, the first board is a double-layer bamboo board, and the bamboo board is a carbonized bamboo board or a composite bamboo board.
The rod-shaped member is a round bamboo, and the semi-cylindrical lath of the second plate is a semi-round bamboo.
The round bamboo as the rod-shaped component can be a single column or formed by combining a plurality of round bamboos along the width of the board in an extending way.
Reinforcing steel bars and/or filling filler can be optionally inserted into the inner cavity of the round bamboo according to the structural requirements.
One side of the rod-like member abuts against the inner wall of the first plate.
The filling material can be ordinary concrete, light aggregate concrete and porous concrete, including but not limited to polyphenyl granule concrete and polyphenyl granule concrete added with bamboo fiber.
When the wall is installed, the rod-shaped members are arranged to be parallel to the base surface of the wall.
According to the invention, a third bamboo and concrete combined wallboard is provided, which has a first surface, a second surface parallel and opposite to the first surface, two end parts and two opposite side surfaces. The wallboard that third bamboo timber and concrete combine still includes:
a first and a second sheet, each being independently formed by laminating a layer or layers of bamboo, and arranged to form the first and the second surfaces, respectively;
a tubular member disposed between said first and second panels on one side of said wall panel and configured to nest in said one side along the longitudinal direction of the entire side;
a fill material filling the cavity between the first and second panels and having lateral longitudinal grooves engaging the tubular member;
and the nail pieces are fixedly arranged on the inner walls of the first plate and the second plate and are arranged at set intervals according to design requirements, so that the nail pieces can be used for stabilizing the combination of the filling material and the first plate and the second plate.
In different specific embodiments of the third bamboo and concrete combined wallboard, the first board is a double-layer bamboo board, the second board is a single-layer bamboo board, and the bamboo board is a carbonized bamboo board or a composite bamboo board.
The tubular member is a steel tube column. The tubular members are capable of being inserted into the opposite lateral longitudinal grooves of adjacent wall panels during assembly of the wall.
The filling material can be ordinary concrete, light aggregate concrete and porous concrete, including but not limited to polyphenyl plates, foamed concrete and foamed concrete added with bamboo fibers.
The wall body is arranged in the installation mode that the tubular parts are perpendicular to the base surface of the wall body.
On the other hand, the invention also provides a house based on the bamboo and concrete combined wallboard structure. The house comprises the bamboo wood and concrete combined wallboard, the wall column component and the building/roof component which are connected with each other to form a space structure system.
In another aspect, the invention further provides various bamboo and concrete combined wall boards and a building construction method based on various wall board structures.
The technical characteristics and effects of the invention include:
1) the wallboard based on the combination of bamboo wood and concrete can be prepared in a large scale in a factory by utilizing the prior art, so that industrialization is realized.
2) Because the wallboard is processed and manufactured in a factory, the workload on a construction site is greatly reduced, the labor intensity of workers is reduced, and the construction speed is accelerated.
3) The manufacturing materials of the wallboard comprise bamboo wood and concrete, the bamboo wood can be a carbonized bamboo board or a composite bamboo board, and the concrete can also be polyphenyl particle concrete or polyphenyl particle concrete added with bamboo fibers, so that renewable resources can be fully utilized, resources can be saved, and the environment can be protected.
4) The bamboo and concrete combined wallboard provided by the invention is low in manufacturing cost and wide in applicability, and is particularly suitable for building construction in tourist areas or vast rural areas.

Detailed Description
In order that the technical solution, novel features and technical effects of the invention will be readily understood, a more particular description of the invention will be rendered by reference to specific embodiments that are illustrated in the appended drawings.
Example 1: wallboard that bamboo timber and concrete combine
1A-1D, the first bamboo-concrete bonded wall panel having a first surface and a second surface parallel and opposite thereto, two ends and two opposite sides, the wall panel further comprising:
a first panel 110a and a second panel 110b each independently formed by laminating a bamboo board or bamboo boards and arranged to form the first surface and the second surface, respectively;
a plurality of first bars 120a and a plurality of second bars 120b, which are arranged between the first panel 110a and the second panel 110b to form a directly criss-cross skeleton; wherein a plurality of the first bars 120a are arranged in parallel at a predetermined interval at a position adjacent to the first panel 110a, and a first distance is provided between a central line of the first bars 120a and the first surface, the first distance being greater than a sum of a radius of the first bars 120a and a thickness of the first panel 110 a; a plurality of second bars 120b are arranged in parallel at a predetermined interval adjacent to the second panel 110b, and a second distance is formed between the center line of the second bars 120b and the second surface, the second distance is greater than the sum of the radius of the second bars 120b and the thickness of the second panel 110b, and the first distance is greater than the second distance; the plurality of first rod pieces 120a and the plurality of second rod pieces 120b are all made of bamboo; the skeleton formed by the plurality of first rod pieces 120a and the plurality of second rod pieces 120b can form fixed connection with adjacent wall boards or wall columns or beam columns when being installed;
a binding bar 125 for binding and fixing the skeleton members vertically crossing in the longitudinal and transverse directions, wherein the binding bar 125 is disposed at a part or all of the crossing positions of the first rod member 120a and the second rod member 120b in the longitudinal and transverse directions;
and a filling material 130 filling a cavity filled between the first panel 110a and the second panel 110b and outside the first bar 120a and the second bar 120 b.
The first panel 110a is a double-layer bamboo board, the second panel 110b is a single-layer bamboo board, and the bamboo board is a carbonized bamboo board or a composite bamboo board.
The first rod piece 120a and the second rod piece 120b are both made of bamboo, preferably round bamboo.
The round bamboos as the first rod 120a and the second rod 120b may be a single cylinder or a plurality of round bamboos joined by extending along a plate.
The inner cavity of the round bamboo can be selectively inserted with reinforcing steel bars and/or poured with fillers according to the structural requirements.
The binding strips 125 are fiber ropes.
The filler 130 is polystyrene particle concrete.
The filler 130 is polyphenyl granule concrete added with bamboo fiber.
The wall is installed such that the first pin 120a is perpendicular to the base surface of the wall.
Example 2: wallboard that second bamboo timber and concrete combine
As shown in fig. 2A-2E, the second bamboo-concrete bonded wall panel has a first surface and a second surface parallel to and opposite to the first surface, two ends and two opposite sides, and comprises:
a first board 210a and a second board 210b, wherein the first board 210a is formed by laminating one or more bamboo boards and is configured to form the first surface; the second plate 210b is formed by a plurality of semi-cylindrical strips 211b arranged and combined in parallel along the longitudinal direction of the wall board, and is provided to form the wave-folded second surface (shown in fig. 2C and 2D) formed by the semi-cylindrical appearance;
a plurality of rod-shaped members 220 disposed between the first plate 210a and the second plate 210b to form a parallel structure in which the rod-shaped members 220 have a set centerline spacing from each other, wherein one side of the rod-shaped members 220 abuts or is adjacent to the inner wall of the first plate 210a and the other side of the rod-shaped members 220 abuts the inside of the second plate 210 b; the plurality of rod-shaped members 220 are bamboo; the plurality of rod-like members 220 may form a fixed connection with an adjacent wall panel when installed;
and a filling material 230 filling a cavity between the first plate 210a and the second plate 210b and outside the rod member 220.
The first board 210a is a double-layer bamboo board, and the bamboo board is a carbonized bamboo board or a composite bamboo board.
The rod-shaped member 220 is made of bamboo, preferably round bamboo, and the semi-cylindrical strip 211b of the second plate 210b is made of semi-round bamboo.
The round bamboo as the rod-shaped member 220 may be a single column or a plurality of round bamboos joined by extending along the width of the board.
Reinforcing steel bars and/or filling filler can be optionally inserted into the inner cavity of the round bamboo according to the structural requirements.
One side of the rod-shaped member 220 abuts against the inner wall of the first plate 210 a.
The filler 230 is polyphenyl particle concrete.
The filler 230 is polyphenyl granule concrete added with bamboo fiber.
The wall is installed such that the bar member 220 is parallel to the base surface of the wall.
Example 3: third type bamboo wood and concrete combined wallboard
3A-3E, the third bamboo-concrete bonded wall panel having a first surface and a second surface parallel and opposite thereto, two ends and two opposite sides, the wall panel comprising:
a first panel 310a and a second panel 310b, each independently formed by laminating a bamboo sheet or bamboo sheets, and arranged to form the first surface and the second surface, respectively;
a tubular member 320 disposed between said first panel 310a and said second panel 310b on one side of said wall panel and configured to engage said one side in a longitudinal direction along the entire side; the tubular member 320 can form a fixed connection with an adjacent wall panel or beam column when installed;
a filling material 330 filling the cavity filled between the first panel 310a and the second panel 310b and having lateral longitudinal grooves 325 engaging the tubular member 320;
and a plurality of nails 315 fixed to inner walls of the first and second panels 310a and 310b and arranged at a predetermined interval according to design requirements, so as to be able to stabilize the combination between the packing material 330 and the first and second panels 310a and 310 b.
The first board material 310a is a double-layer bamboo board, the second board material 310b is a single-layer bamboo board, and the bamboo board is a carbonized bamboo board or a composite bamboo board.
The tubular member 320 is a steel tube column.
The tubular members 320 can be inserted into the opposing lateral longitudinal grooves 325 of adjacent wall panels when the wall is assembled.
The filler 330 is a polystyrene board.
The filling material 330 is foamed concrete.
The filler 330 is foamed concrete added with bamboo fibers.
The wall is arranged when mounted such that the tubular member 320 is perpendicular to the base of the wall.
Example 4: bamboo and concrete combined wallboard and building construction method based on wallboard structure
A house constructed based on bamboo-concrete bonded wallboard may include various bamboo-concrete bonded wallboard as described herein. For the sake of simplicity, the first bamboo and concrete combined wallboard described in example 1 is only used as an example for illustration.
The method for constructing the house comprising the bamboo and concrete combined wallboard structure comprises the following steps:
(1) the wallboard that preparation bamboo timber and concrete combine includes:
manufacturing a first panel 110a and a second panel 110b, which are respectively formed by laminating one layer of bamboo board or a plurality of layers of bamboo boards;
manufacturing a plurality of first rod pieces 120a and a plurality of second rod pieces 120b, and arranging the first rod pieces and the second rod pieces between the first panel 110a and the second panel 110b to form a directly criss-cross skeleton;
binding and fixing the vertically and horizontally crossed framework components by using binding strips 125;
filling a filling material 130 into a cavity filled between the first panel 110a and the second panel 110b and outside the first rod 120a and the second rod 120b to form the bamboo and concrete combined wall panel;
(2) forming a space structure system comprising the bamboo wood and concrete combined wall plate, the wall column member and the building/roof member according to the design requirements of the house structure;
(3) and installing and fixing the space structure system to form a house with a bamboo and concrete combined wallboard structure.
The step (1) of manufacturing the bamboo and concrete combined wallboard can be completed in advance in a factory.
