Claims (10)

1. The film sticking mechanism is characterized by comprising a feeding conveying line and an attaching conveying line, wherein the feeding conveying line and the attaching conveying line are connected through a feeding mechanical arm; the feeding conveying line and the attaching conveying line are parallel.

The film sticking mechanism according to claim 1, wherein the sticking conveying line comprises a horizontal support frame, a moving assembly and a sticking platform, the moving assembly comprises a pair of sticking linear guide rails arranged in parallel and a sticking sliding block arranged on the sticking linear guide rails, the sticking sliding block and the sticking platform are fixedly arranged, the sticking linear guide rails and the horizontal support frame are fixedly arranged, and the sticking platform freely slides in the horizontal direction through the sticking linear guide rails and the sticking sliding block.

The film sticking mechanism according to claim 2, wherein the moving assembly further comprises an attaching motor, an attaching lead screw and an attaching connecting block, the attaching motor is fixedly arranged on the horizontal support frame, the attaching lead screw is fixedly arranged on the horizontal support frame through a mounting seat, the attaching lead screw is connected with an output shaft of the attaching motor, the attaching lead screw is connected with the attaching connecting block through threads, and the attaching connecting block is fixedly arranged on the attaching platform.
4. The film sticking mechanism as claimed in claim 3, wherein the sticking platform is configured as a vacuum adsorption plate, and the upper end face of the sticking platform is provided with a plurality of first adsorption holes for adsorbing the screen.
5. The film attaching mechanism as claimed in claim 4, wherein a screen sensor for sensing whether a screen is placed on the attaching platform is further provided on the upper end surface of the attaching platform.

The film sticking mechanism according to claim 1, wherein the film covering module comprises an adjusting assembly and a roll attaching head, the adjusting assembly comprises a first linear adjusting piece and a second linear adjusting piece, the first linear adjusting piece and the second linear adjusting piece are both arranged into linear modules, the roll attaching head is connected with the first linear adjusting piece through the second linear adjusting piece, the first linear adjusting piece is arranged above the attaching conveying line through a fixing frame, the second linear adjusting piece is arranged perpendicular to the first linear adjusting piece, the first linear adjusting piece horizontally adjusts the position of the second linear adjusting piece in the direction perpendicular to the attaching conveying line, and the second linear adjusting piece horizontally adjusts the horizontal position of the roll attaching head in the conveying direction of the attaching conveying line.

The film attaching mechanism according to claim 6, wherein the roll attaching head comprises a rolled portion and a suction portion, the rolled portion is fixedly disposed on the suction portion, the suction portion is connected to the second linear adjuster through a third linear adjuster, and the third linear adjuster can adjust vertical heights of the rolled portion and the suction portion.

The film sticking mechanism as claimed in claim 7, wherein the suction part comprises a first connecting plate, a second connecting plate and a mounting plate, the first connecting plate and the second connecting plate are vertically connected, the first connecting plate is fixedly arranged on the third linear adjustment member and is movably connected with the mounting plate through a first rotating shaft, the first connecting plate and the mounting plate can rotate around the first rotating shaft, the second connecting plate is provided with a first lifting cylinder, a telescopic rod of the first lifting cylinder is slidably connected with a movable block through a second rotating shaft, and the second connecting plate and the movable block can rotate around the second rotating shaft; the mounting plate is provided with a movable groove, and the movable block is limited in the movable groove and can freely move along the movable groove in the movable groove.
